I never write reviews! But after reading several negative reviews, I wanted to share my experiences. My old computer crashed and I was at a loss for how I would find, and install a new computer. I called Office Max and was connected to Scott!!! My lucky day! He walked me through the types of computers, additional programs (Word, McAfee, etc) I could buy and helped me figure out what I needed. When I got to the store Krissy immediately asked if she could help me and called for Scott when I told her what I needed. Scott arrived with a shopping cart and proceeded to put everything he thought I would need in the cart. He told me what he thought I needed, but asked several questions, then exchanged some long cables for shorter ones! Unbelieveable!! He explained how to proceed then told me, if I had any trouble to call him (he gave me his card) and he would help me as I installed my new computer. I am done, it was easy, and I really appreciate how Scott went above and beyond my expectations to make me feel at ease. I met 2 great employees and representatives for Office Max and just wanted to share my experiences. Thanks so much Scott!!!! You made my day!!!

Only been there six times . 1 good experience. 5 bad experiences. Never went back. Rudeness, slow, unhelpful, lacking knowledge, couldnt find employee for help. No wonder they are closing up.

Really good service. I purchased a new laptop for working from home, and they went above and beyond to help me get the correct adapters for my second monitor, and to resolve a settings issue so my microphone would work for Microsoft Teams. Thanks!

Horrible customer service from Cora. My last print order was screwed up causing me to spend more money to correct their mistake, but I went back today to have a single thing printed and the young lady didnt even know how to set it up. I asked to speak with a manager and Cora told me she was the one that was there and as for my complaint, I was told that I was new on a job at some point.Poorly trained employees, ersatz management who are more combative than interested in resolving a problem are the reasons, after years of shopping at this particular Office Depot, I will never shop there again.

The pickup was super easy, and located in the front of the store. The filing cabinet we purchased was amazing quality for a great price!

I just needed to fax a document and it took nearly 30 minutes. There were at least 4 employees in the store and 4 customers including me. The other 3 customers were disgruntled. One because of the quality of his order. One because she thought 5 comb bound books should only take 10 minutes and the third because she has a coupon for the copy center but it was invalid because she copied photos. So between slow service and crabby customers this was a terrible experience. Not to mention the self service fax says to us a cover sheet which you are then charged for. Lesson learned. Stay clear of Office Max.
