I could not have had a better experience picking out/designing my wedding bands. I did not have a concrete idea of what I wanted when I initially started looking, but I had a general idea of the look I was going for. Frank listened to what I was envisioning and knew that there was not anything exactly as I was describing in the store, but immediately started to search for examples and bands that were similar to what I described to try and come up with a custom design. Every other store I went to just kept showing me bands with the most diamonds or trying to get me to change my mind. After he had an idea of what I wanted they were able to give me a quote on what the cost would be; which was super reasonable, and he submitted the notes to their artist to get the design process in motion. They were able to send me a visual image of what they would look like before it went in to casting. The turn around time was also super quick. The bands look perfect and are even better than I could have imagined. They helped my dream wedding bands become a reality and I could not be more pleased.

Back in January my bf & I walked into Mon Ami exhausted after spending the day shopping for engagement rings. After looking for a few in the cases in the store & me getting ready to walk out with a swollen finger my bf looked down at the case in front of me and pointed to a ring. I was like, uh, uhm, uck! But then I tried it on, and my opinion changed. Not only did the ring fit like it was meant for my finger, it was different, it felt comfortable it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!! Naturally, my then bf bought it and we are now engaged!!!EVERYONE that we have dealt with at Mon Ami is super nice and helpful! Yes, I know everyone usually is, but here they are different, we feel like friends and that is so important to us!!! So much so, we plan to return this Saturday. If you are creative, the take your design and make a ring for you. My fiance is designing his wedding band and will take it to Mon Ami to have them make it!

Extremely helpful and built a beautiful engagement ring for my (now) fiancé. They were even able to complete it earlier than expected and it was a custom ring. It looks perfect and my fiancé absolutely loves it. They also got me a great deal on a high quality center diamond and I admittedly did shop around and compare and did my homework. Michael Dunlap helped me every step of the way and greatly exceeded my expectations when first starting this process!
