I have had my screen replaced at this location and I was very pleased with everything. Price, time to repair and the service. I never do reviews, but this one I had to do, its a great business.

Big thanks to Robert! He repaired my broken screen within an hour. His professionalism, friendly service, and knowledge are unsurpassed.

Aside from being a lot farther west than I thought it was (my fault!), I was treated very well by this store. Parts had to be ordered for my phone, and everything came in on schedule. The repair was made on time, and the gentleman who helped me was very personable. All in all, a very good experience.

Can say enough about this place. If there was six stars I would give it that. My nephew cracked his iPad screen badly and they were still able to fix it for a fair price. About 40 dollars cheaper than the 3 other places I checked.

Excellent service with friendly knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased with my experience at the CPR store on Irving Park Rd in Chicago. The fellow behind the counter was very professional and he took time to fully explained the entire repair process to me. He answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the cost and the repair done to my phone.

Extremely arrogant and most rude first time customer service experience ever. Whoever they had in that store clearly has no customer service experience or has never made contact with a normal human being. Arrived inside the store with no one in it only to be yelled at by some stranger saying it was closed and that he forgot to lock the store in a very angry tone, if you like being yelled at, go for it but I rather spend my money elsewhere not by some douche hiding behind a wall doing god knows what, and yes I said whoever was behind that was a major douche bag.

Thought I needed to replace USB port. Talked to them and turns out it just needed to be cleaned for a fraction of the price. Excellent service. Minimum wait. Highly recommend.

Robert went out of his way to make an unpleasant experience a good one. He went above and beyond his job to help me understand nuances of At&t website. I appreciate this level of service and you don’t find it very often in 2019, sadly. Robert is an asset to CPR and I hope he never leaves!

My granddaughters I-phone screen was shattered. The tech reassured me that this was easily repairable in about an hour. I was thrilled with the techs knowledge and courteousness. This is rare that I find some one inthe service industry with these qualities. I would highly recommend this store at this location for any electronic repairs.

I cant say enough great things about Rich, his customer service, and his professionalism. Ive hired him twice now for help with my computer, and both times he has been thorough, responsive, honest, and reliable. Hes also fixed both of my problems, which helps! The rest of the reviews are what brought me to call him, and Im glad I did. He provides consultation for free and was incredibly forthcoming with me. I would absolutely recommend Rich, and will definitely call on him in the future.

Incredible staff, good, fast and HONEST!

The guy didnt even have a dust cloth to clean the screen before installing the screen protector. It has bubbles and isnt on there even. I HIGHLY suggest just getting the item you need and taking it to your service provider and have them do it for you! Ill never have him install again.

Absolutely phenomenal place. This shop is a one man team and he does amazing work. Ive had multiple diagnostics that were shown to not correct an issue, and they carried no charge. When I did have to have a USB-C port fixed on my Nexus 5 it was sourced and completed in less than 24 hours and affordable. Most recently I had to have a mothervoard swapped between two iPhone 5s phones and it was again done within two hours and looked tremendous. And was only about $50 which I though was totally reasonable for a major repair. Anyway this dude is awesome and its the only place I suggest for cell phone work in the Chicago.

My Samsung Galaxy 7 was sitting in water for at least 2-4 minutes this morning. I knew I had serious water damage and would need professional help. I had to search the Net on what to do, it was way too much water damage for rice to work. Basically you need to turn your phone, not charge, or use the phone, remove as much water as possible and get it dried out professionally somewhere asap. Luckly CPR is near my job. I was there at 10am, right at Open. I told Edgar I had water damage he explained the drying out process. I left my phone with him at 10am and my phone was repaired before 2pm. Edgar is awesome! He saved my phone!

Bad service.First they said they can repair my iPhone 6plus and when i pick it up it was not working very well the guy said you need to erase some data. In which I took it home and erase some videos and pictures and it didnt work at all.I came back to the store the guy said I will try to replace the screen he saw it wasnt working at all. After 30 mts he tells me something is wrong with the phone that he cant BE fix and I was charge with labor job in which they WOULD OF NOTICED AT THE BEGINNING THAT THIS WAS NOT ABLE TO BE FIXED AND NOT CONTINUE WITH THE SERVICE.BE CAREFUL GUYS WHERE YOU TAKE YOUR PHONES.

I reached out to them by phone, email and stopped at the office. No response back, no answers, nothing. It is so unprofessional that they wouldnt even respond to a request for service.

I needed a temporary phone to use while mine goes back to Samsung for warranty repair, so I stopped by there to see if they might have a cheap phone I could buy as a replacement while mine is out at Samsung. They sold me a perfectly serviceable Samsung phone for 75 bucks out the door, including a new charger which I didnt really need. It turned out my sim card was too small, so I called them and they gave me an adapter free.Nice guys, and very helpful.

An employee named Robert was very rude to me and used very foul language. I dropped my phone off and Robert said he would call me when its ready. 3 hours passed and I never received a call, so I ended up calling; Robert picked up and said that he couldnt do anything with my phone in order to fix it. So I dont why Robert didnt call me to let me know. Not only did he waist my time, but when I went to go pick up my phone I ask about my options with my phone and Robert was rude and gave me attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I came over because my phone sounded like I was muffled to everyone after burning going to burning man. Khan cleaned my mic and it sounded normal again! Cant believe he didnt charge me anything. If I ever do have a problem or know a friend who does j will be sure to send business his way.
