A coworker recommended me this place and I’m glad she did! I got my septum and rook pierced about a month ago and it went flawless!! I’ve had my industrial for three years so I’m familiar with the healing / cleaning process but the girl at the front was super helpful and made sure I was still informed on the healing / cleaning process. My mom also got her daith piercing too! She wasn’t at first but everyone was super helpful and answered any questions my mom had before deciding on getting the piercing. I just recently went back to get my conch piercing and again it went super well! I will definitely be going again for my nose piercing. (: 10/10 Recommend this place!!

I took my 10 month old here a few months ago to get her ears piercing and the girl who did them was awesome. She took her time making sure the holes were even, she was patient with my baby, it was just a really good experience. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but would definitely recommend.

I went to get my nose pierced after many years of debating of getting it re pierced. They had a great selection on 14k piercings & were very clear on the healing process. The girl who does the piercings is super nice and very informative. She explained aftercare very detailed. Overall I’m getting all my piercings done here! The people are super friendly and they speak Spanish so that’s a plus! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love going to this place. Got my first lip piercing when I was 16 (mom came with me) and just recently started going back for all my other piercings. They’re all very patient when it comes to answering any questions on the piercings and the aftercare. Plus, having the piercer show how everything is new gives me such a peace of mind. Will definitely keep going here for all of my other piercings.Thank you guys!

Reasonable pricing but no real communication from the ladies. If there is a long wait why not say its about a 40 minute wait prior to taking my money. What if I have things to do? U go through the whole process have me pick earrings and fill out paperwork and pay over $100 then finally tell me I u can walk around because its gonna be about a 40 min wait! They are in the business to take your money for a service but their customer service sucks

They do a great and quick job!

I went here about a month ago to get my rook piercing changed. Mind you my rook piercing has been healed for years. After a week, I noticed that my rook was starting to bleed and it felt sore. I went to another piercing shop and it took them 30 minutes to remove the replaced piercing. Theyre the ones that told me that the people working at Lucky Star replaced my rook with a BELLY BUTTON PIERCING. In short, I do not trust this place and wouldnt come back.

They are amazing! Fast passed so you’re in and out. They are all super sweet and helpful. I love my piercing and she was super kind to me. 10/10! Definitely have to get my next one done here too. (I got my septum pierced). Plus it’s a great price. I don’t think I could say enough good things about them.

Awesome people!! Great aftercare instructions. The people here are incredibly nice and very informative about the earnings and promotion during the holidays. I got here and it only took 10 minutes to get a tragus piercing on a Wednesday afternoon. Would highly recommend if it’s a impulsive decision like mine.

I brought my sister here for a piercing as a gift to her for her 17th birthday. I have legal guardianship of her and had the paperwork and ID to show. The front desk girl was rude when handling my paperwork. They were coming up with reasons why they couldn’t accept the paperwork. The paper was signed and notarized. I guess she thought I was lying. I feel like I shouldn’t have to explain to her the reason why I have guardianship of my sister, it’s extremely personal and a very sensitive subject. I felt a little discriminated and turned away. I feel like they were doubting my credibility and didnt really want to accept her. At the end they accepted it but I didn’t really feel comfortable having my sister pierced there anymore with the bad taste that was left from the treatment. I ended up going to Pink Ink piercings and got a piercing for both me and my sister. We paid a little more than the asking price here but it was well worth it, Fess was so professional. I would recommend going to a tattoo parlor shop.

The staffs are very profesional and they make you feel welcome in their business. I did the orbital, nose piercing, and the rook and I love all my piercings. I would HIGHLY recommend coming there.

I walked in without an appointment here for 2 snug piercings and a nipple repiercing and I highly recommend them. I had to ask the security guard for directions to find the shop inside the mall, but finally did find it. I had 2 people in front of me and it still took about 30 minutes to get seen after my paperwork, which was great. The lady was very professional and each needle was showed to me in sterile packaging. With 10 piercings already, these were by far the fastest healing and with least complications despite them being known for being 2 the most painful, slowest healing, and highest rejection rated piercings. I still have healing issues with my first nipple piercing (not done here) and the one Lucky Star healed faster than it and it was older! I was comfortable through out the whole process and they confirmed placement before they pierced.

I was first pierced at the age of 14. Being my first time, I didnt know which shop to go to in order to get my piercing. Walking through the Super Mall, I came across this store and I dont regret it. The people who work there always address their customers concerns and needs. The variety of piercings to choose from is also freaking amazing. Ive already bought 10 ear piercings here. This is a great store. I always feel comfortable and happy shopping there.

The best affordable piercing shop! I had a hoop stuck in my cartilage and this weird bump on the piercing hold. The lady knew exactly what she was doing and did an amazing job! My bump is gone and my hole looks clean with my new earring from them! Couldn’t have better service!
