Normally get amazing service here, especially from Karen who is always warm, knowledgable, and attentive. Unfortunately had more recent experiences where I’ve been waited on last after all of the older white customers are attended to first, really weird to experience at this location. Hope to see the regular girls back soon!

Just visited this store for the first time, and was helped by Courtney. Very knowledgeable about the product, extremely helpful, and she was so sweet and funny, I felt like I was shopping with one of my girlfriends. I will definitely be back!

Trader Joe’s for cosmetics - but with really expensive products AND a sales person who was blatantly more keen to cater to white customers.When you have such a huge array of overpriced products, that 99% of customers would be unfamiliar with, then you need salespersons who can actually guide them and convert a random walk-in to a repeat customer.Racial profiling might appear less blatant if there are 6 customers and you pretend to divide your time equally, but when only 2 customers are present and you spend 100% of your time with just one, then it’s quite obvious (we didn’t wait beyond 20 minutes).Google Trader Joe’s hiring practices and try to copy them a bit. After all, one face mask here costs more than the daily cost of your salesperson.

Second time i’ve been in, it’s right by my work so it’s convenient for me to stop in if I need products. The first time was less than satisfactory but this time solidified that it’s just the way the store runs. Wanted to try a new shampoo brand and needed guidance on the best product for me. Sales girl told me to buy a certain line, but didn’t provide a ton of insight. If I’m paying $70 for shampoo, I should feel confident it’s going to do what I want. Walked around the store a bit looking at other things to add on. The store manager was shouting across the store about resetting the floor and cleaning up. I have worked in high end retail so this really bothered me. The skin sales girl was nice and knowledgeable, but no one really cared what I wanted unless it was to buy hundreds of dollars of products. All of that aside, I had to leave to make my train and it wasn’t until I left that I read a sign that said spend $75 on hair get a free hair kit. I spent $71. You couldn’t have even bothered to share that with me but want me to buy $100 face cream. Very confusing trip and the sales girl seemed put out when i asked if they had any samples. Really poor customer service.

Brought my daughter to the store. She had been looking forward to it. In the time we were there, none of the 3 employees working there asked us if they could help us. No worries really, Sephora would work just fine.

The customer service at this store could use some help. There was one Latin American girl who approached me with good customer service but the manager was just plain rude. I walked into the store moments after an older white woman and the manager left from behind the counter, walked over to her and welcomed her into the store while completely ignoring my presence. I assume she decided that the older white woman would spend more on anti aging products than I would but none the less she ignored me.It is unfortunate that people in customer service are so blatantly discriminatory. I will not purchase from this location.I wish there was a way to review the sAles person and the store manager Taylor separately.

I wandered in looking for one thing and ended up with a slew of goodies! The Bluemercy team was incredibly knowledgeable. They taught me the proper way to apply eye cream, made suggestions for daily moisturizer, and helped me find the perfect bronzer.Bluemercy has a large selection of upscale and well known skincare products and haircare products.
