They have some beautiful pieces of furniture, nice dishes, some nice clothing. But everything is very disorganized. If they had a larger space or organized things better, it would be worth going there. Some of their items are also overpriced.

Great selection, great finds! Prices are reasonable - lots of furniture, nice selection of clothes, and lots of misc. I found a nice set of gently used golf clubs for a good price. Highly recommend stopping in here.

This is a large resale store with an abundant amount of furniture. It is pretty tight walking throughout the store, so carts and strollers might be challenging to use.

Great selection ranging from household items to designer clothes. Regular clothes have good sales, low prices. I like the vintage postcards most and sometimes buy them for art references. Got a lot for my apartment here. Staff is super young cool and nice :)

So many reasons this place is bad. It actually started out ok years ago but step inside now and you’re hard-pressed to find a single walkable aisle. The store is littered with people’s trash that is marked up to ridiculous prices. It feels like a waiting room for the dump.

Good location has young staff merchandise is buyable and lot new or never been used . kids toys could be better as the Parents need to put hands on the little ones if their not buying the item discipline them. And someone stealing the DVDs and CDs other than that its good for the community in Lincoln Park.

I always donate stuff that I dont need/want any longer to here. They take everything, including strollers, car seats and bikes. They have bins outside the store for drop off. I also buy some stuff here, like kids clothes, toys, books and kitchen items. Of course, its different selection every day, but its easy to find some useful and cute things as they have a loooot of stuff

Packed with nice home good items and furniture, perhaps they could sell more if, better displayed, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was allowed to negotiate. As my picture indicates this place for years has lost its definition of ReSale.

The clothes are very reasonably priced here. Today I spent 3 hours looking at clothes. I found a caftan without a tag. The mgr. examined it and talked to the cashier for 35 seconds before saying $10. I said $10? You sell cocktail dresses for $8. He was indifferent and nonresponsive so I didnt buy it. That was bad customer service. However he will see me again tomorrow because a belt I paid for was not in the bag when I got home 😠

It’s kind of a hit or miss, some items are priced extremely high, way higher than other thrift stores would ever price an item. But other items were priced very low, cheaper than most thrift stores.

One of my favorite resale shops! I have bought some great, gently used, items here for far less than their cost new!Right now, as I write this review, I am listening to the sound of my beautiful, large, slate oriental style water fountain that I purchased there about a week ago. The gentleman who helped me test it before buying was so kind and courteous, as are their other staff members. What I. also, love about this delightful shop is its ambiance. You can feel it when you first step through the door. Clean and orderly, It doesnt look like a resale shop at all and the furniture, clothing, etc. are all tastefully displayed. There are also dressing rooms available so you can try on your clothing.Price wise, I think they are very reasonable and as you look around, you will find that there is something there that you can well afford! It doesnt get any cheaper than 50 cents! Also, parking is available in front of their store.Mt. Sinai Resale Shop is one of the best kept secrets in Lincoln Park/East Lakeview... Believe me, if you are looking for some real second-hand treasures that are reasonably priced and of good quality, this is definitely the place to go... You will, also, find your shopping experience to be quite pleasant as well.

Great place to look for furniture, clothes, and appliances. A good selection of high quality items at pretty low prices - like a standing mixer for just $12, or a couch for $180. Most high quality stuff that doesn’t really look used. Staff was super friendly and patient while we picked out the right pieces for ourselves, and put us in touch with a mover who delivers furniture very cheaply (a dining table, couch, and large rug moved for $80). Overall great experience and great results!

Cute little thrift store. I found a couple of cute items for a very low price. They have a lot of stuff crammed in here. If you sift through you can find some decent stuff. I found a stunning vintage umbrella with an Italian bent wood handle in perfect condition for $3. Definitely worth stopping by.

Free parking available for customers. This place is Lakeview’s best kept secret. The prices are reasonable, and you can find some great steals for throwaway prices. We bought a mid century dining table for $250, and some chairs to go with it. They also have sales fairly often, for even more discounts on clothes and furniture etc. it’s also a great place to find vintage designer shoes at great prices.

The Hispanic women who works in this store is extremely racist! I literally just left this place, I only visit because some colleagues affiliated with sinai health suggest, sadly I was disappointed. She asked me how do I clean my BLACK baby hair because it was in a simple braiding style. I explain to her we clean our hair just like you. Wow is all I can say.

This used to be one of my favorite places for collectibles. Unfortunately, since moved to new location, the store has easily become the most pricey resale shop in Chicagoland. Price is not justified by quality. A tIny, used sterling silver bracelet for $85. A ceramic table bell for $22. Pricier than an average antique store... I wont recommend for any bargain hunters as it will be a waste of time. Better to shop on Ebay.
