We worked with Travis. I can’t say enough about the support we received. He was knowledgeable and responsive. He provided us with lots of advice and helped us coordinate with a variety of other groups working on our house. We loved the lighting options and found working in Build to be really easy and efficient. Even in this crazy time of delays and out of supply items, we got our order before we needed it. Everything was shipped right to our door. Great service and selection. I would definitely work with Travis again for future projects!!

We worked with Travis at the Chesterfield Ferguson store. He made it so easy and actually fun! We had lots of decisions to make and he was very helpful. During the ordering process, he went above and beyond to help us work out any kinks. Loved the fact that we could not only get lights here but also some of our plumbing fixtures and cabinet handles as well. Definitely recommend!

We worked with Carter and he was wonderful! No pressure. Extraordinarily helpful. We had picked out a light for over our kitchen island. We liked one for over the kitchen table, but it was too big. Carter made several suggestions then gave us time to think about it. I had ruled out a matching light and Carter brought up a couple of other options and put them up on the screen for a side-by-side comparison. That made it easy! I was able to choose the light, site unseen, from his recommendation, the picture, and the dimensions. We bought both lights at a more than fair price and I can’t wait until they get here! (Lights not on clearance are shipped.). I would purchase lighting from Ferguson again without any hesitation at all!

We have purchased a number of appliances and fixtures from Ferguson over the years. Our most recent purchase was for a kitchen update and we purchased a 48” range and some other appliances. We had a lot of problems with the range from the get-go and Lars, our salesperson, was really our advocate in getting the problem range replaced. Lars had to really fight for us to get the manufacturer to do right but he stuck with us through the whole process and helped us out. We ended up with a GREAT GE Monogram range that we absolutely love and it’s all thanks to the help from Lars. Support a local business and be rewarded with true customer service that goes above and beyond what an anonymous online retailer would ever provide.

This is great place to buy bathroom fixtures etc. I have purchased here many times over the years here. The customer service is excellent. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The have a large selection of items that you can not find at the big box stores. They have wide range of products but a lot of quality high end products too. You will not find low end off the self products here. If you are looking for service, variety and quality this is the place to go.

Have dealt with Ferguson on a number of occasions and they have always exceeded my expectations. One employee (Travis Brandenburg) has provided outstanding customer service which makes the experience fun and stress-free! I would recommend this business to anyone.

Great products, but staff lacked professionalism. The associate who attempted to help my wife and I seemed as if we were an inconvenience to her. Their products aren’t cheap, so after we received that service, or lack thereof, we left. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I love this place. They have a great showroom with a lot of lighting and plumbing products and top notch appliances. The new Dacor appliances look and perform great and the Dacor display is beautiful.

Ferguson Bath and Kitchen has some of the most contemporary items as far as faucets lighting fixtures refrigerator and stoves you name it if youre in contemporary stuff more modern and unique items it is so nice I give it a highly rated thumbs up

Ferguson is the place to go if you are remodeling a bath. They have a great selection and are competively priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Everyone who worked with us was great, and they all seem to work well together. We especially appreciated Michael P who got us started and helped us fine tune our plans and Sheri S who went the extra mile to help us with the finishing touches. We are very happy and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Fantastic place for lighting, bath and kitchen products.

While the selection and prices are reasonable, the service is definitely not. We placed a substantial order of light fixtures plus a bathroom faucet almost a month ago and have had the worst time contacting our sales person, Carter. He refuses to answer a phone call or email and we are still in limbo as to when our order will arrive. We were told they should have already been here. The only information I have received so far was because I demanded to talk to a customer service representative 10 days ago and at that point things were still “in transit.” I truly regret purchasing from them right now and wish I would’ve gone somewhere else seeing as how many companies have their same brands.

I would like to comment on our visit last Friday. My husband and I came in here because we wanted to look at kitchen faucets. The lady behind the counter when you walk in was not helpful at all. She took down my name and asked what we were looking for and I told her. Then she said she would get a salesperson to help us. So ok, we looked around, no one ever helped us, so my husband and I were walking around then we see salespeople about 3 of them, sitting and talking at the desk around the corner, so thats when he asks if he could help us. To me that is not professional at all. We walked out of there very disappointed, so i gave this plumbing supply place one star.

Huge number of items on display, some items are pricey but there are things here you dont see every day.
