I felt I was discriminated, I got to footaction store in Greenbrier mall past 7 p.m., I asked for Jordan 9 shoes size 10.5, the salesclerk told me they didnt have the size, they only have 9.5. I told her my son will try it, since his wearing size 9.5, (my son wanted to get want one size bigger), while his trying it, the salesclerk told me to try at the other store. I asked where are the other store was, since I was new to the area, she told me FootLockers and Legend. I told her to hold the shoes, we will be back in half hour. We went to the other store, they didnt have my sons size. We came back to Footaction after 10 minutes. I told her we will get the 9.5 size, while shes getting the shoes I went to the store next door for one minute, found out she sold the shoes to other customer. I told her I will buy it, I was only gone for one minute, and she sold it to someone else. I tried to explain, they were on the phone with the supervisor, but she cuts me off, they ignored me and give the shoes to the other customer. They gave favor to the other customer, because his black and both of the salesclerk are black.They told me, theyll give it to the first customer, I was the first customer, I came first!!! Because Im asian, Im not black!!! I was being ignored and discriminated!!!
