I cannot believe this place is still open. I havent shopped here in years (I was looking at prom dresses) and I accidently dropped a dress on the floor, but I picked it up quickly. The owner saw it and got extremely rude and nasty with me.

Ive bought several dresses from here for my daughter, including the dress she wore in my wedding. Have always had helpful, friendly service. Prices compare to other similar stores.

To be honest... These people dont even deserve a rate. I go there looking for my prom dress... And the lady doesnt even let me try on any of the dresses. All she kept telling me was they dont have my size. I have a 33 waist line and a 42 bust because in a DD in a bra. She kept saying I was way to big. And never let me try on a dress then told me to go to a department store. I was highly offended. I wouldnt tell anyone to go there.

Fashion. com in greenbrier mall completely sucks. They have such nice dresses and potential to sell their products but unfortunately they dont know how to run a business. I picked out 7 dresses and when I asked to try on the dresses, she said they wouldnt fit me. She insisted I was too big in the hips, then mentioned my small chest area, like I dont know my own body. 🙄 She also said how they are for teen/junior size. Im sorry but I would not let my teen wear any of the dresses I picked out. 😂 She didnt let me try on a single dress I picked, instead she pointed me to 3 other dresses. I was nice and tried them on. They werent bad selections but they werent what I was looking for. They were prom/night gown dresses. As soon as she eased dropped on my conversation of me saying they are kind of expensive, she comes and grabs the dresses out of my hand and goes so you dont want, okay then. I simple said this is the first store I have checked out and will come back if I dont find anything else. Anyway, great way to start my dress shopping for my birthday. I have never felt so insulted. 😤 After looking on goggle at the reviews there is already a few mentioning the same Asian lady.. but seriously these people need to learn how to sell and run a business !! So disappointed, and not sure if I will ever go back after that experience..

Most of the dresses are outdated and tacky, few look nice. the customer service is terrible. the woman who works there wouldn’t even let my daughter fully try on the dress she picked out. she was holding the dress closed while my daughter was looking in the mirror. also she refused to take another dress off a mannequin to try on because it was “too much work” she said she would only take it off if I guarantee I was going to buy it. but how can I guarantee i’ll buy it if she won’t even let her try it on for fit?

I took my daughter to this store today for her to start her search for her senior prom dress. We drove from a neighboring city to come to this specific store because we had heard of their variety. We started selecting dresses and when my daughter asked for a size in a certain dress the owner of the shop told her she was too big to try on any of the dresses. My daughter is a size 8 and immediately started crying. How is a business like this still running. I will tell EVERYONE I know about what a terrible experience we had.

The owner makes people feel bad for their physical appearance. She told a customer she did not look skinny enough. She has horrible people skills. She rolls her eyes and acts as if she doesn’t want to help anyone, like they are a burden. Do not shop here.

Do not shop here, this lady is beyond rude. She kicked my daughter out of her store. My daughter had 600.00 dollars on her to buy whatever dress she wanted. Put this lady out of business.

Just left this store, really poor customer service. Was really hoping to buy a dress from there b/c they have a large selection but the lady was so rude and would not let me speak when discussing a dress. It was almost like she didnt want to sell me a dress. I just thanked her and left. Will never attempt to shop there again!

This was the worst visit to a dress shop ever. Where do I begin? The lady told me she didnt have my size. When I pointed out a dress, she refused to even show me. Next, she said I would benefit from wearing mature lady clothes because the other ones I liked are made for smaller waists. To top it all off, she put her hand on my belly, and told me I was too large to fit in the dresses. I immediately walked out.

After seeing the prior reviews I would like to know what’s going to be done by Greenbrier Mall’s management. The behavior displayed is not what I expect out of my fav childhood mall.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Nice dresses for all sizes. Horrid customer service. Body shaming, touchy feely lady that trys to dictate what and how you will try on...unless she just snatches the clothes away altogether because youre too thin or too fat. Needs new managment. Do not bring your daughters here they will leave in tears...

The dresses are beautiful but poorly made. At close look, threads are hanging out and buttons/claps missing. The dresses are overpriced. I showed the owner several dresses one that ere identical to her dresses, but she would not negotiate the price of the dresses even with all the flaws found. Many of these dresses can be found cheaper on promgirl website. The owner of the store is very rude and disrespectful to her customers. Theres no customer service there. There are better dress store options out there and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was grabbing dresses for my size 5 friend to try on and the lady approached me and grabbed the dresses out of my hands and told me that I would not fit the dresses without even taking a look at their sizes, so obviously I’m general she was saying I was too fat to even fit in any of the dresses in the store, even though I’m only a a size 10. I saw some dresses that were size 15 which makes no sense because I’d be drowning in that. After that she asked how old me and my friend were and asked where our parents were even though I’m 18, and my friend is 17, she ended up walking away with the dresses I had picked. Out for my friend and we just decided to walk out. Never in my life have I ever expirenced such terrible customer service. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE, I honestly do not know how they’ve been open for so long.

Worst Customer Service EVER!Owner snatched dresses from my friend and told her she was too big to try on the dresses even though we had been at every other store trying on the sane exact size dress. EXTREMELY rude! Would never ever go back!!!!!

This is a horrible place for a plus size teenager...I was told to check this store out because they have so many prom dresses, we took my daughter there today and the lady was Sooo rude...she came over to help however when she realized it was my plus size daughter we were shopping for she made it very clear they had nothing for her...I get every store isnt going to have the dresses we are looking for but for this lady to say Oh No...We Dont Have Anything She Could Wear, We Have Junior Sizes Only...In front of my child....that was soooo hurtful for her and me!!! We ended up at All The Rage; the ladies there are Soo Awesome, and she found a great dress!!! PLUS SIZE GIRLS, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Well I guess I should have read the reviews! I went dress shopping with 2 co workers looking for gowns for our Christmas party. As soon as I walk in, she said oh no we no have dress that fit you! Im a 10/12. I was like excuse me? I didnt even get to look before she was like a hawk all over me and said no these dresses arent for you. They for teen. Im like ok well I like these three dresses and I want to try them on... she followed me to the dressing area and said no zip up it too tight ok.. like Im going to rip her dress and try to squeeze in... I had three dresses picked out.. the first went on fine.... and she was shocked that I got it one.. smh Im curvy but it was cut and fit just fine, no struggle at all.. it was a beautiful dress. So I tried the next one on and she stayed right outside the door with my co workers.. this other dress for amazing!! And everyone was ooooooh thats beautiful and perfect... oh she was shocked and then was ooh yes look at the back detail how beautiful.. Im like um you didnt even want me to try it on...she said oooh that fit good, just need control panty to hold tight stomach.. Im looking in the mirror like what?? I didnt have that problem and dont nee control too panty hose lady.... she said sooo no you dont try last dress on.. it too small for you.. this one here is best.... I have just about had it with this lady insulting me and I NEVER BEEN MADE TO FEEL SOOO FAT when Im just a woman with a chest and butt... the dresses are gorgeous but this woman is worse than horrible!! She is so cruel and insult and shuts you down! I am respectful and would never take a dress to try on if I didnt feel it would fit.. and if it didnt want to cooperate while trying it on, I wouldnt push it.. but for this woman to say as soon as we walk in the door. She said oh no we no have dress your size...... smh she is horrible and I get she is Asian and asians are smaller but honey we are in America where women have curves so if you cant be nice and sell to the range of women here... then get your business out of the mall!! completely rude and inappropriate!! So sad for the beautiful dresses.. this woman shouldnt be in business!

I just saw a post on Facebook about someones experience here and then it reminded me of my experience I had there in high school I left there crying. Idk how this placw is still even in business. Shes rude and wont even let you try on dresses there unless you are a size 2.

Body shames women, snatches dresses from them and calls them fat, stalks you to make sure you’re not stealing, very very rude. Needs to get shut down immediately.
