Overall this was a great experience. I bought this truck before it hit the lot. Steve Spiva kept me up to date on when to expect delivery and was very responsive with all my questions. Once it did come in the salesman Corey was very informative about the vehicle. Jesse in the finance dept was again a pleasure to work with again as this is our 3rd purchase at this dealership. They run a top notch dealership from sales to service. Highly recommend to all!

I didn’t even realize I had Warranty left and the service manager assisted me with that and answer any and every question I had. That’s the best experience with the service manager I’ve ever had. The part ended up coming in early so I got my truck back earlier than expected so it was just a good experience overall.

Where do I start with this review??? I bought my first Nissan today and while the process was a bit long, it was a very smooth experience! Jamar Carter, I just want to say that the pleasure was all mine. Your an example of what a good sales consultant is suppose to do to make a sale. No pressure, respectful, and chill..... Check, check, and check! With the experience being as smooth as it was, and with me feeling like I bought a quality product (2019 Nissan Titan), Ill be back when its time for me to buy my next vehicle. Their inspection of my SUV, said that it was critical to replace the Cabin air filter, the engine air filter, and brake fluid. I had replaced the cabin air filter in May, but I still purchased a new one and replaced it. The old one was not dirty and probably gone another 6 months. The engine air filter looked brand new and I did not replace it. The brake fluid had been replaced 12,000 miles ago. So they would have me spend over $225 on repairs that I did not need.

It was a Saturday, I drove to the Chesapeake Hall Nissan to see if they could repair it. They could and I was on my way home in about an hour and a half. They were able to fit me in to the schedule.

First time buyer - Eric King got me in a brand new 2021 Nissan Versa here at Hall Nissan Chesapeake - I was originally supposed to get the base model BUT due to circumstances, my car wasn’t going to arrive until July They ended up putting me in a more expensive model with way more features for the same price! I was so surprised when I got to the dealership to pick my car up, way more than I expected! I am so in love with my car, These guys are awesome!

I am pleased with this Nissan dealership. I have been taking my Nissan Altima here ever since I was having problems of dishonesty at tread quarters, now known as tire choice. This location has been helpful in learning my car and learning best ways to keep it in good running condition for the long term. They have not overcharged me or lied to me about work they were doing or recommended but did not do on my vehicle when I only brought it for an appointment I scheduled. They also are good at following up on how well I was satisfied with the appointment. I liked that they reached out to me in a timely manner and took the time to listen as to what I needed and provide the best assistance they could. I do not get a feeling of pressure or distrust with this location which I have not felt at other Nissan locations here in the Hampton roads area. I would recommend this Nissan location to any Nissan owner or looking to purchase a Nissan!

Had a vehicle towed over the holiday weekend. No one contacted me about my car or I could not get a hold of anyone at the dealership. I went up there and my car was in the same spot not touched according to Matthew. Seems as if I only got serviced that day due to me hitching a ride up there to see what was going on. Just one call from the dealership would have helped!!

Cori is an extremely competent and professional sales rep. She answered questions that she knew the answers to, but was willing to admit if she did not know the answer that she could find out for me.Bernard, the Finance Manager, was very professional and not pushy at all in trying to sell me add-ons. He was also able to answer my questions when he knew the answer, and would try to find the answer if he did not.Currently, Im working with the Service department there to resolve an issue with my Leaf Lane Keep Camera. The staff there are very friendly and attentive, despite the manpower shortage. The only thing Id ask is that they provide more regular updates when a car is with them for repairs. Maybe look into a ticket tracking system that customers can look at and get updates via the internet?The buying process was possibly the smoothest transaction Ive ever experienced in buying a car. The only thing that I could say could improve for next time is the speed at which things took. I chalked that up to manpower shortages that they may be experiencing.

I called several times leaving a message each time with the service managers answering machine. I explained who I was and what I needed, at no point did I receive a call back. I waited 1.5 weeks and had to drive up there.After letting the lady at the desk know what I needed I was asked to go to the waiting area and shed be right with me. After waiting I walked back to her desk and recieved my print out. I took my car somewhere else.

After 14 years, i finally purchased a new car - a 2020 Nissan Rogue. I bought it at Hall Nissan in Chesapeake, VA., and it was the smoothest car buying experience Ive ever had! From True Car with 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union to Eric King (my awesome senior product specialist) to Jesse Hanson (Finance Director), everything about the purchase fell into place. I got good vibes as soon we walked in the door and were greeted by Eric. He got me the exact Rogue I wanted, answered all of my questions about vehicle before I made the purchase and then he walked me through the cars features when I picked it up. I had a rattle under my car. I took it to the dealer to find out what it was. Here is my problem: IT TOOK AN HOUR AND ONE HALF BEFORE I FOUND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEN I HAS TO GO OUT TO THE SERVICE ADVISOR TO GET AN ANSWER. THE PROBLEM WAS A HEAT SHIELD HOLDER THAT TOOK 20 MINUTES TO FIX. TWO HOURS WASTED. NEED TO WORK A BETTER SYSTEM. DID NOT NEED OR ASK FOR THE MULTI-INSPECTION.

Ive been going to this dealership for several years. I bought my boyfriend in for a new car. They got as an amazing interest rate, they didnt try to give us something we cant afford. I had talked to the sales department for over a week about a purchase of a 4 runner. Drove over 1 hour to the dealership, stayed for 2 hours test driving and negotiating, after not reaching a deal went home and received over 25 calls and even more texts within 24 hours.After calling back the sales rep the next AM I was told that the sales manager would call back, 3 minutes later received a text saying that the car was being looked at and then another text followed 30 minutes later saying it was sold.Not to mention that the sales rep never showed me any features of the car, never talked about any details of the car. Then when negotiations started the sales manager came into the office never introduced himself, name, title, nothing sat down and started talking. Then after I left the texts I received were very condescending.I have bought and sold many cars in my 40+ years and have never seen such unprofessional employees and horrible customer service in my life. I will not be back to any Hall dealership and will never recommend them to anyone.
