Im surprised by the wide range of reviews - everything from 5 stars down to 1. Our experience was good while shopping for groceries and other items while visiting from Colorado. The store is certainly large. So large that we thought it was a Walmart Super Center. The tiny produce kiosk puzzled us and when we asked where the full produce department was the associate said that the kiosk was it and reminded us that this location was a standard Walmart, not a super center. And yes, the layout is a bit funky, but the shelves were adequately stocked, the employees that we encountered were friendly and helpful and during our visit, the store was clean.

This Walmart is usually stocked fairly well. The lines go fast & all the staff seem pleasant...I visited around 1pm. My co wrkr advised that she witnessed an assault of a staff member & a customer leaving the store, later this same day...security later called the authorities. Patrons beware😳

Not a bad Walmart. Usually I do not enjoy Walmart. But selection and cleanliness was up to par.

It feels dirty and old. Even though many shelves are half empty they still have great selections and prices. Parking lot is gross. This place is definitely ready for a remodel.

Dirty parking lot, dirty interior, half empty shelves and employees who care less when it comes to customer service and maybe two or three registers open at any time. I. found one employee who was willing to assist. I thought Id give the store a few chances, after the third time....Im done!

I love going to Walmart they always got what I need

When I walked up to customer service, the employee walked away and said that they’re going on lunch, call a manager. I located a team leader and she said that she wasn’t coming over to customer service, walked away & jumped on a register. I’ve been standing in line, along with 10 other people waiting for someone to come help us. I stood there for an half an hour. Once the employee came to help she was very rude and inconsiderate of us standing in line. Didn’t even apologize. If I could’ve given a 0 I would’ve. This is unexceptionable on all levels!!! Some type of customer skills.

I think that it is plain horrible that in the whole store I could NOT find a nice sized travel coffee cup or a really big coffee cup that is NOT made in China!! Thank goodness they would not bother to have refrigerated food from China, but I bet you if they could manage that and that they could manage to gain money by doing so that they would!..I am shaking my head here.

Walmart is the type of place where u can always find anything &everything @ amazing prices. And no matter what I always buy @ Walmart, I can always make it look like I paid a million bucks for it. U know what I mean jellybean???!!!!. ☺😁😆😉

This Cherry Hill location stinks. Only 3 check out clerks. Self check-out lines were long. I only wanted to buy a bicycle pump. I couldnt wait any longer. I went to the Target in Sewell. Organized and sufficientThe gentleman that checked my item was a breath of fresh air.

Solid Walmart. Always a great clearance section. One of the only ones I actually go in to.

This place is a dump! I cant believe that Walmart allows a store to look like this. Shelves are not stocked, trash on the floor, shopping cart was terrible. Gave it one extra star just because the cashier was nice, despite the customer in front of me asking to price check every single item in her cart. Run away from this place.

My husband and have been shopping at this store for years and never had a problem till the 6mo or so. I go without him use self check out and everything is fine but when he is with me sco hangs around watching me like a hawk pointing and saying something every time and always calls a mgr up to watch us then insist on checking my stuff before I leave . Im sick and tired of being treated like a thief when my husband is with me it even happens when we use a cashier

Yooo, I dont drink but I love bar food. Yes, Time is on the list for a good bite to eat. Check this ordered the Burger oh and wings. Burger was top of the line,was very surprised $16bucks tho. Ill get it again, the wings $20bucks miss me with that. Wings is wings I must say nothing special, but I guess if you had a couple rounds and some Sativa for the mood, they might be awesome 😎= 😶 IDK But I will recommend..

Walmart allowed for to refill prescription do some shopping and come back at the time they said and the prescription was ready exactly when they said no waiting around. Great

I went to self checkout September 11th at 9:27am the associate working their was really nasty. Not great customer service. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working. And if she isn’t a people’s person she shouldn’t be working their at all. I didn’t recover her name bc she had her name covered. Hope that helped!

Worst Walmart Ive been in. Employees act like Im imposing on them to ask a question. A nice Asian lady in the fitting room area was very helpful to my wife.Most are just rude.

I returned something that I purchased with a debit card expecting cash back because I closed the account the previous day. After contacting the bank I now have to wait for the bank to get the refund and clear after which they will mail me a check. They should tell you they wont give you cash back on a debit card purchase especially when other walmarts do. I only went to this Walmart because customer service was closed at my local Walmart which is most of the time

As a toy collector, Wal-Mart disappoints me almost every time I go in. Why has your action figure isle been mostly empty for the last 2 years? Clearly your supply is not keeping up with demand.

The Only Problem I have we this Walmart then the Other Walmart. They can work a little Harder on their Customer Relations with Consumers for instance if you are looking for something and cant find what youre looking for. You ask one of the Employee. Ware can I find a certain Item. They will say back their instead of saying what sign or Numbers to look for.

Poor experience to say the least. Drove 2 hours to pickup a large item which weighs 300 pounds. When the associate Paul came out with the item the box was damaged and the inside was visible.Having been inside the store prior to the associate coming out I saw 2 identical items in the back area. When I asked Paul if I can get one of the other non damaged boxes he refused to help. Extremely dissatisfied with service.

Always have what you need at reasonable price

The back to school section was a mess. Now I realize that it the most popular section this time of year but because of that the employees should show extra care to that area. Also, why was nothing priced in that section?

I love walmart and this location has a lot of different items than other locations. They have self check out and didnt have to long lines. Biggest plus is, they have an auto center and they have a lot of car stuff.

This store is always a mess no matter what time I go in thereThey rarely ever have what you want.. Most of the staff is rude of you have a question. They need a better manager that can get the store back in tip top shape. And its never clean, boxes everywhere ( down almost ever other isle)

One of the only Walmart’s I have access to, but it’s never an easy trip. There’s always a wait for check out. Anywhere from 12-20+ min— they teach you patience. I’ll tell you that much.

This Walmart is one of the most IRRESPONSIBLE stores I have ever had the displeasure of having within a stones throw distance. I have received items still in the anti-Theft cases and same day available pickup that is not ready the same day (see pic for the same day pickup promise before 8pm with no confirmation email at all).The people (term used loosely), or employees, are useless and completely worthless. Yeah, its Walmart, but if you care about customer service and the entire ambiance of the facility, go to another one or another store altogether, like Target.Target has similar items and they are classier, not the derelicts you find in Walmart. Another thing to consider; the employees at Target seem to know more about their duties than ALL the grunts at this Walmart. This particular facility is horrible in every aspect of the definition. Dont waste your time, money, nor temperament on this so called discount store. Never been so unsatisfied in my life before!*UPDATE*The order that was supposed to be available the same day is now cancelled the next day, but the money has been taken and now I have to wait to get the refund. I experienced my first curbside service today!!! Within 19 minutes my pick up order was in the car!! I was happy and excited.

Parking lot is filthy but Im not surprised. This Walmart location didnt have too much of a selection of baby food. I still did good and I had the kindest most patient cashier ( sharon). The cart guy could have been more considerate and moved the carts that were in the entranceway since I was pushing twin infants with other stuff. Its ashame the youth arent taught to be more respectful and considerate. It is what it is I guess.

Although were I live, there are plenty of Walmart, I simply love the one in Cherry Hill. You can tell that they are well coordinated, not like the one in the Boulevard in North Philadelphia. I purchased an order via online, walked in to pick it up and walked out in less than 5 minutes! Yes! What service!

Well it a nice place to however i took a air mattress back that I paid $7 for and it was defective.the lady at the return tells me to go back and get another so I do.. They did away with the $7 ... So i pick up the same air mattress thats marked up $10 she said i owe 5 I was in a rush to go to work. Long thing short she didnt comp me so I said keep this defective one too. Then I left. Now that I had plenty of time to think about it.... I should have ask for the Manager 🤔

From Noth Carolina to New England rambling through the Carolinas, Wal-Mart is consistent in floor layout, cleanliness, product display, item placement, helpful employees.. easy 5 star!

Good store needs more stock

Well as usual the Walmarts in Indiana always have somethings that phildelphia doesnt have until maybe the fall so I buy those things and bring them back home with me Im not giving a list youll just have to visit one or if you are in Indiana or Google the the Walmarts and order on line enjoy the rest of your day most of the people are very friendly.

Order tires on the 3rd, made an appointment to install them on the 10th. My tires arrived at the location of the 9th. Why when I came to my appointment, somebody met me at the door and said they cancel it because they could not find my tires, and the auto service area is now closed. Called customer service, guess what, my tires were there. So they canceled my appointment because they didnt want to stay late. Thanks for nothing

Its Walmart, we all know about its low prices. As long as you know that there are items snuck in there that can be bought for cheaper online...I only gave four stars because the 3 visits so far had me waiting at least 15 minutes. Not too shabby if you have your phone handy :)

I frequently shop at this Walmart only because I am familiar with the store. I tend to shop in the mornings, for household cleaning items, toys, and occasionally snacks. Please take the time to hire quality workers, focus on ensuring the aisles are clean, impossible to social distance/maintain a safe distance when the store is neglected. Also people please use the mobile app to use Walmart pay, simple and easy to use.

What is going on with this place? It seems like they never have accurate stock and so disorganized. Placed an order for 4 tires for my daughters car. Drop the car off and leave. 1 hour later get a call saying she only placed an order for 1 tires when the receipt clearly says 4. Tried to cancel the entire order and they only credited back 3 tires because supposedly they had 1 tire in stock. Had to take that tire to customer service physically to get a credit. They are quick to take your orders but then slow to make things right. The woman is the pick up area was a great help. She got corporate on the phone to help get a credit. Then grabbed the 1 tire and took it to customer service. So what do I get for my 2 hours of lost time and inconvenience. Shop elsewhere if you can.

If the check out lines werent so long id give them 4 stars instead of 3. Not enough cashiers and no carts inside the building make an annoying shopping trip.Cant get many items without a cart and with no cashiers and half of the self checkout lanes closed its hard to pay for what u can carry to the registers. Come on Walmart.. With all the money this company makes, they should have cashiers standing at registers waiting for customers and the carts should always be clean and available. I guess thats why the company has so much money. They dont have many employees on the floor working so they are saving a lot of money.
