I purchased my Forester at the Subaru dealership in Cherry Hill NJ. The facility is very clean and impressive and they maintain a beautiful fleet of vehicles. My overall experience was great! I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and Peter immediately showed it to me, allowed me to have a nice test drive, filled it up with gas. The financial process was pretty quick. The vehicle had a slight odor in the seats in which they were happy to shampoo for me and the fender/muffler had small damaged that they had fixed within 3 days. They came to my house to pick up the vehicle, brought me a loaner in the meantime and then delivered my fixed vehicle to me. I would highly recommend this dealer, the team, and our sales person, Peter Duma. I feel safer on the road now, knowing we have a Subaru!

Subaru of Cherry Hill is consistently great, with wonderful customer service. They have done a few things for me that have cost me nothing, when I have just stopped in. The last time, I had gotten a low tire message that would not go off. 2 of their service guys spent an hour and a half trying to find out the problem with the tire. They looked at it the next morning and still couldnt crack the case. Meanwhile, I havent had the same problem since. I think they went above and beyond...

Weve bought two cars here, both with Rafael, and theyve been great. However I came to write a review about a stellar service experience yesterday. I had been putting off coming in for recall fixes, so when they called to schedule me and I was able to get a loaner during the repair, I figured this was the time. When I got there, I was disappointed to hear that I was due for major maintenance for 30k miles, because I didnt want to spend the time or the money, but I went for it since I already had the loaner. Not only did the service and the recalls get done and the car is in tip top shape, but they also fixed a back up sensor that was knocked out of place as a courtesy - which another shop wanted to charge several hours of labor to do. I appreciate you and your level of service!

Went in for AC issue, it was turning on and off for about 2 years. They said hose was leaking so $500 later the issue didn’t change. Then they jumped straight to replacing the whole compressor for $1500. I told them it could be something else as the AC was ice cold when it worked so I didn’t want to pay a lot to be wasteful. Turns out I took off one bolt for the compressor clutch and found a lot of dirt and grime. I cleaned it and put it back together and it’s been working 90% better for over a month. Their service department is, “just replace it” and not actually know what’s wrong.

My wife and I recently bought a (used) 2013 Crosstrek and had a great experience with Taylor Fryer as our salesperson. While looking at the car, we never felt pressured or like we were being told what we wanted to hear. She was very helpful and attentive and even checked in after the sale to make sure we received our registration in the mail and the car was treating us well. Also had a fine experience with finance. My car was due for oil change first it took few days to get in Service department explain under staff fine it can happen finally three days later bring in Subaru Outback for oil change and I was told 1. Need new cabin filter,2. New Air filter, 3.Need to Replace brake fluid 4.Get Replaced Timing Belt ASAP and oil change turn into several hundreds!!!!After I left Subaru cherry Hill Service got home my car smell burning but couldn’t reach service they were gone for the day closed again call following morning SIX TIMES each call ring ring ring nobody answered 7th call operator answer and said I don’t know why service is not answering I can take your name & number and give them message which I did and emphasize my car smells burning and I am concerned her reply short handed so I asked her name with whom I am leaving detailed info Ironically she press busy tone On and I waited no call back off course I called again and this time different operator after listening to details she said there’s two of us back here can only take your message, short staffed very busy have customers in front to help HELLO HOW ABOUT MY CONCERN I AM CUSTOMER TOO!! Spend $$$$ just 14 hours ago she couldn’t dropped my call fast enoughFYI there website offers- Express oil change and car service there’s no mention of under staff blah blah why take my hard earned money if you don’t have help to service cars properly and address problem occur which was not there to begin with but unfortunately after getting servicing at SUBARU CHERRY HILL. I am waiting to hear back from service ASAP MY CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE WITH BURNING SMELL

First I have to say that it was MY mistake to buy a 3 yr old used car with 30000 miles from this dealer last December. Two weeks later I had to replace the battery. Then when the car got recalled for an ac issue, my local subaru dealer mentioned that I needed to replace both front lower control arms (quite an expensive repair). He acknowledged that the seller dealer probably knew about this. Then my car keys kept getting stuck in the ignition and I couldn’t get them out. Unreal! Then the tailgate started acting up and opening only half way. I was able to fix that. Now my brakes squeak a lot. What else is next? I have only driven this car 2000 miles in 7 months and keep wondering why dealers praise themselves with the 152 points check up, as if it guarantees a good purchase. Nah! Did I mention that this car was a dealership car since it was new?So that is how they maintain or treat their vehicles. I should have known when with an appointment, the car was presented dirty. I should have known when they offered me a very poor deal for my trade. I should have followed my intuition and run from there. So I made a mistake and telling you all so you don’t make the same mistake at this dealership. God bless!

He helped ease my anxiety around buying a new car, answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly, and worked hard to made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a car salesperson before in my life. Brought my car in for service of clutch and throw-out bearing as the car needed it. Simultaneously the car also had an issue with acceleration which I brought to the attention of service when I had the car flat-bedded there. I was told that the car needed a new cat as well but the car was ready for pickup and the work was completed. Over the phone I was told that the car had a SLIGHT issue accelerating after it was warmed up. Upon picking up the car I asked if I could test drive the vehicle before paying. I was denied this request and paid the $1,700 bill. Upon leaving, as soon as I rolled out of the parking lot I realized the acceleration issue had gotten so bad that the car was dangerous and impossible to drive. I went back into Subaru and told service that the car was undrivable which it was. In fact, the car could not even accelerate faster than a bicycle could in gear 21 from a dead stop. It was very dangerous to drive home and had to drive on the shoulder for many lengths of the four mile drive home with my four ways on. Being mechanically inclined and having worked on cars for years prior to starting a new career I crawled under the car myself and removed the Cat and ordered a new one to install ASAP in 100 degree weather. It was not the fact that I paid $1,700 for a repair that only solved half the problem that bothered me the most; it was the complete lack of transparency that the dealership had with me allowing me to pull out onto a busy highway in a car that was clearly dangerous to drive. I should have been told point blank, hey the car needs a new cat to drive properly and it is not safe to drive this way and here are your options. We installed the parts you requested but we recommend you do not drive the car home. Instead I was convinced to pay in a hurry and rushed out the door and told well just change the cat and the car can be driven that way. I would have allowed Subaru to complete the job but they seemed more concerned about getting the car off their lot to complete other work as they were backed up in service. Shame on you Subaru of Cherry Hill. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and you greatly put a customer in danger behind the wheel of a car that clearly should have never left the lot.

We stopped at cherry hill subaru on a whim one morning (4-29-21).. the saleswoman (Angelica) spotted us on the lot and asked if we needed any help, we told her that we wanted to look at one of their used cars (impreza sedan).. she went and got the keys and showed us all around the car.. after going over the car i decided i preferred the hatchback version, we looked around and saw a new impreza hatchback that i liked. she made sure it wasnt spoken for (unlike a previous experience at holmam toyota), got me the keys and allowed my wife and i to take it out for a nice test drive.. i decided that i liked the car and was interested in maybe buying it if a good deal could be had.... Angelica made the negotiation process very simple and comfortable for us which was a pleasant surprise. when she passed us on to the financial dept. i was like ok here we go.. here comes the headache but to my surprise chris made things very easy also. all in all i was very pleased with our new car buying experience at cherry hill subaru and would highly recommend looking angelica up when ya get there.

I had a great experience with Thaddeus at Subaru of Cherry Hill!! I thought I wanted a Crosstrek, and Thaddeus presented me with all of my financial options in a clear way. After much deliberation, Thaddeus read my mind and brought out a Forester I didnt even realize I wanted. I loved it and decided to go with it! He never pushed us, and was easy to talk to. Thanks Thaddeus for spending so much time with us, being friendly, and knowledgeable. Ill be buying Subarus for life from now on!

I worked with Peter Duma to purchase my new Subaru and it was the best experience! I have little experience with car dealerships, but my father was with me and said it was the BEST experience he has had buying a car. (and he has dealt with a lot of dealerships) I did not feel pressured, all of my questions were answered, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Although Subarus really speak for themselves, I absolutely recommend going to Subaru of Cherry Hill over any other dealership!

After being a life-long Volvo owner, I finally made the switch to a Subaru Outback. Went to a few dealers and ended up at Cherry Hill. Angelica Rodriguez was my sales consultant and I cannot say enough good things about her. When first walking into the crowded showroom, I immediately picked up on her being the only female sales person (actually never saw any female sales people in the other dealers). But it wasn’t her gender that made her stand out. I’ve never seen a sales person hustle the way she was. Aside from helping her own customers, it seemed like many others reached out to her when needed. I had asked to see a specific Outback I had seen online and she went above and beyond to locate it and get it to me for a test drive. I wasn’t completely sold, so she convinced me to try the next two tiers of the Outback. As soon as I sat in the top tier Outback, I was sold. I had been to other dealers and none of them made that suggestion. Since I don’t buy cars that often, I hadn’t thought about it myself. I just was going on my own research I had done online.So great job Angelica! You are an asset to Cherry Hill Subaru!

I dont leave reviews often but Angelica here is incredible!! I dont know how, but she managed to get me exactly what I went in wanting, and in a super tight timeframe. Even though they were really busy, she took the time to work with me on getting everything right, and was actually a pleasure to talk and work with. She was so nice and caring throughout the process and really worked to make sure I was happy with everything, and answered my billion questions. I had been dreading going in but she made it easy - I almost wish I needed another car so I could have her help me again. Would not hesitate telling anyone looking for or thinking of a Subaru to come here and talk to her. Will return 100% if/when I need more. If youre looking for a sign to go in, this is it! And would recommend Angelica so highly - she is amazing and made my experience really great. I left very happy all due to her hard work and care.

If you were dissatisfied with your experience at this dealership a couple years ago you’ll be happy to know that it’s now managed and staffed by an entirely new group of people. I had a horrible experience the first time (2018) and just bought another car there after they asked me to give them a second chance. My experience was perfect. My salesman Scot Edwards was wonderful. Happy to now be able to recommend.

Im partial to Cherry Hill as our family and friends have dealt with RICH for many years. Sincere and always goes out of his way for the customer. The Onyx Outback is just an outstanding automobile. So many great features and plenty of technology. Plenty of power when needed. Quiet and responsive under differing conditions. Very happy.

My experience with Scott Bregman was absolutely stellar. His sales manager obviously also needs to be acknowledged as well. Besides getting the best price, he also alerted to me that the options we were selecting could be improved. They are even willing to bring the car to your doorstep. Who does that? Go to them first if you live in Philadelphia region.

We had a great experience working with Scott. We got quotes from 30 dealers and they matched our best quote and very happily put up with what felt like hundreds of emails from me. Actually picking up the car was incredibly smooth, we were in and out in a matter of minutes; including calling Geico to add our new car to insurance. No hassle, haggling or “oh we forgot about this fee, miscalculated that etc.”

1. Dealer ship promised that if my lease is under mileage I will get credit for the for under mileage.Well Not sure why they promised, but when I walked in today they looked at me what ?2. The manager don is very very sleazy, he quoted my Impreza limited for 4K under, and suggested to trade my car at car max, Which I did carmax paid me right value for the car . They gave me 4.6k more than what subaru cherry hill quoted .3. You know when you talk to some one you get a feeling something is not right here, this delearship gets 5/5 on that aspect .4. Better to give my businesse to a different dealer ship, bye my friend cherry hill subaru .
