The front bumper of my car was coming loose and they were able to fix it within a day! Customer service was very professional and helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable and I was given a thorough estimate on what the cost would be based on what they thought it would be. In the end, the final cost was LESS than the estimate so it was cheaper than I had initially thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in the area.

Ive used this auto body repair facility in the past for my first vehicle that needed work done and the vehicle came out amazing. Most recently with my new car, I was involved in an accident and needed to get it fixed. There was no hesitation bringing my vehicle to their facility because I knew the high standard of work they do and their reputation.My car was fixed so quickly, was immaculate inside and out and the service was amazing as usual. I let a family member use my BMW 750Li for an afternoon, and unfortunately, they hit a deer. The car had extensive damage and required a new hood, windshield and major paint and repair work. Maple Collision had the car back to me within a week, and it looks brand new. The pain matched perfectly and all of the trim pieces are installed to new condition. Very satisfied.

Fixed passenger side mirror after a run-in with a trash can. Solution was not obvious but Pete found the problem. Nice people at his shop and great at what they do!

I was not pleased with maple collision center to say the least. Bother my husband and I were in accidents with 3 week of eachother bc people were not paying attention in Philadelphia and hot us. Both vehicles we drove from philly to Maple Collision. As people who grew up around the car industry that is a sign that the car is fixable but instantly they wanted to total both cars. When it came to my husbands car not one person at the collision center or our insurance company said we had the right to a second opinion on my husbands car and forced him into signing over the title but yet the damage on my car was way worse and when I got my second opinion my car wasnt totalled. I still have my car but my husband doesnt. I find it funny that there was no discussion when the insurance agent showed up and said ok lets get this car totaled but no one had assessed the damage and before the accident his car was in perfect shape. Cant say I will reccomend them to anyoneIn response to the email I just received do not tell me who I have an issue with as I have an issue with both you and USAA and that is why they were dropped as our insurance carrier, but yes I do have an issue with your shop as well bc with the loss of my husbands car all we got was a sorry here is the salvage yard you take the title to. With my car I was told by someone in your office along with someone at USAA that we had the right to a second opinion but neither of the companies did that with my husbands car which had way less damage than mine. So again please dont tell me who my issue is with just bc you dont like my review of your business.
