The store is clean and very well organized but the staff have no personalities and lack of customer service

Great selection of ps4 and Xbox one games among other items and toys. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

They always got what I need. Whether its gaming systems to Funko Pops. And if they dont have it they will looks n see who got it. Most of the time you can get it shipped to your fav gamestop location.

This is a really good store. I know GameStops tend to have a somewhat negative reputation. But this one is really one of the good ones. Very knowledgeable employees and eager to help.

Im a nintendo guy so I usually buy nintendo ds games, they are fun and cheap, just bought a new nintendo galaxy and I dont have any problems with it, dont recommend to buy used consoles.

Legit never answer there phone and the ginger guy in the front is rude and snobby plus the manager with glasses is hands down the rudest person in the world

Ive been up standing outside the Chelsea store now for about 20 minutes the employee clearly sees me but yet waves his arms to tell me theyre closed for another half hour so Ive just been standing outside. Patiently waiting to buy a game.

Incredibly poor customer service...unprofessional establishment..You can call for days all hours of operations and no one picks up..Pay manager a salary for what reasons?? Shows no example to the employees on how to attend to customers needs..READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE AND WRITE THEM AS WELL...SHOW COOPERATE THAT THIS PLACE IS BEING MANAGED POORLY

Great staff and very clean and open feeling store. Its the biggest if not one of the biggest GameStops around with a great layout. Also in a good location with lots of parking and other shops.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from David. He did his best to try to help find my old powerup rewards account while trying to train a new guy on the job. He was also knowledgeable about some accessories I was interested in. I will definitely come here again and will definitely be referring my friends to this location in the future!

GameStop is great is good for pre-ordering but you cant go to another store to pick it up you have to go to the store that you ordered it from because the employees make a commission off that they get points not no money or nothing they get points for making that store go to store I forget the name that they use but the thing is they get points for every game they do it makes the store like I really like popular store when they do that I guess I dont know what the word that Im looking for

This is one of if not, the best Gamestop I have been too. The entire staff are great people! Some of them (maybe one or two) seem intimidating or un-approachable, until you actually do and find out theyre great people. Theyre very friendly and knowledgeable folks. I am on a first name basis with most of them at this point as I frequent the store, even if only to chat for a few minutes when Im on the strip there. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will do their best to get it for you also. If youre in the Chelsea area and need to visit a video game store, I highly recommend stopping by here first.

There were 2 people behind the counter working. Three people in line. One worker pretty much ignored me and other customers while he was busy cleaning a Xbox. But he took the time to greet customer who came in and answered the phone when it rang. Stood 10 minutes in line for sub par service.

Ordered online wait half hr until someone answer my call .

GameStops has its moments and it has decent games I cant complain its not as bad as people think

I was trading in my ps4 slim, because of a promotion going on, I was told that my ps4 was modded because it didnt have a 1tb hd. My ps4 was the Uncharted 4 bundle which came with a 500gb hd, I showed the manager the bundle that I bought, then was told that it was modded and they dont take less than 1tb or bundles. I took it to the Saugus store, no I issues got the full promotion. This store sucks, manager sucks, staff is mediocre.

Employees are always rude and give me an attitude, they refused to refund me one time when they shortchanged me, they almost always have employees that know nothing about Video Games, and the employees are always giving me false information! I always have a problem or complaint about this location and Im done, I will never shop at or visit this location ever again!!!!

This was awful and they made my drink bad I ask a French vanilla ice coffee and they gave me the original they were going replace it if you only pay for another one I am very unhappy. It was 13 dollars for two breakfast plus 2 drinks.
