This is probably my favorite store in Chattanooga. They have such awesome merchandise that is all made locally. The staff is amazing and so friendly. They even let dogs into the store!

Stopped here on our little vacation to pick up a few little souvenirs. We were not disappointed. Fun little store with very friendly staff.

Edit: Was not informed of the $30 extra shipping charge until I had already placed and paid for the order. The website did say that the flate rate on check out was for the 48 states but did not let me know the difference for Alaska would cost as much as the order itself until the order was placed and I was charged. I wouldnt have ordered if I knew the price before checkout.

Staff was so friendly. I bought a sketch by a local artist, who staff told us delivers her drawings on bicycle. How cool is that?

Excellent company!! I love that I can shop local for gifts even without living in Chattanooga. Eric took great care and time to ensure a package I wanted delivered was delivered on time exactly where it needed to go, and Im grateful the service was available since I cant travel to see my friends in Chatt right now!!

This place is awesome! Set at the heart of downtown it looks and feels like Chattanooga! The locally made products they have are 1 of a kind! You are sure to find something for absoluty anyone in this store! As well as numerous things for yourself! Lol

Locally-sourced products are good for your community and for the soul. My boyfriend and I frequently hit up Locals Only shops around Chattanooga and always manage to find something new. From home decor to foods and spices, I always find myself more impressed by how our local community shows out more than any generic product you can buy from a supermarket. 10/10 would recommend!

A trendy little shop with lots of local products including locally made artisan chocolate bars and hot chocolate mixes. I found hot chocolate mix with pepper in it which was kind of interesting. My wife also found some nice gifts for Christmas. The parking here is a parking lot about a 1/2 a block away and you have to pay by the hour. Access to the store is wheelchair friendly and they have nice displays

Great spot for locally made gifts in beautiful downtown Chattanooga. Stopped by this store for a souvenir during my very first trip to the city. Found a fun graphic tee that also happens to be super soft. Also found some delicious toffee. If I had more time I would have shopped more but I was making a quick stop before heading to the airport so time was limited. The staff are so nice and friendly. Will be returning when I visit again. Thank you guys!

The service people were kind, but not the most knowledgeable about Chattanooga. The prices were also pretty high.Still, they had a broad selection of Merchandise.

Its a neat little store. Lots of cool Chattanooga bass things in their made in Chattanooga. As a local, Im both interested in kind of bored with it. But I believe everybody should go in there and check out the cool things.

A lovely gift shop! While maybe not the cheapest game in town, items are local and of good quality. I picked up some great spices and hot sauce. Employees were very friendly. Great place to pick up gifts.

I live in Canada. I have placed two orders with Locals Only, through their website. Both times, the process was simple and quick - I received confirmation of my order immediately. Shipping was free within Chattanooga and the gift box was delivered the same day. My daughter loved the variety and uniqueness of the gift items. Flawless service!

Very impressed with the customer service here! I placed an order for a Christmas gift and within 24 hours was notified that the item I ordered was no longer in stock. Instead of only offering me a refund, they also offered me the choice of another shirt they had in stock. It was delivered to my front porch (wrapped up so cutely) within an hour of the email exchange. Will shop here again!

If you are looking for souvenirs this is NOT the place to go. They have a lot of unique locally made items . The space is sparse. They were friendly but should not advertise as a souvenir shop. It was a waste of our time since that is what we were specifically looking for.

This is a great place for gifts. I purchased several gifts for family that doesnt live in the area. It allowed me to support local creators all in one spot. The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of local made products.

One stop shop for local gifts. I created my own gift box with a variety of local items. The Locals Only Chattanooga Summer candle is so awesome I had to purchase one for myself..

Locals only is the best. Great selection of local goods and a tremendously helpful staff. Need a few gift bags put together for an event....super helpful and back out the door minutes later. This place deserves a 6th star!!!!!

As a local I LOVE this shop. They have a little bit of everything, including some items I normally have a hard time finding if it is not Christmas time. The staff is super nice, they are dog friendly, and again have amazing local items from all over Chattanooga. Go check this place out! They also have a second location in the Southside near the Chattanooga choo choo.
