Suzie was fantastic. She was very helpful with transaction choices and sales choices which lowered the cost of my items significantly. Suzie deserves a raise! However, to try on the new items, I was forced to buy the items first and then try them on the mall bathroom. Fortunately, the items were a good fit and I didnt have to go through the return/purchase process again. The decision to close the fitting rooms in a clothing store is a VERY bad decision. I almost walked out to find a store with policies that serve their potential customers better. Because I was in a hurry, I stayed and Suzie saved the day.

Need more of a selection in plus size. And they need to cut some air on. I almost passed out and melted in the dressing room it was so hot.

I always like this store, they had a good sale and good selection, but they only have 1 register open so check out is very slow. Also their dressing rooms are still closed so if you dont know your size you might as well shop online.

Good place to shop but the sales associate that checked us out forgot to take off some of the security tags thank goodness we noticed it before we got all the way home. But we still had to drive about 30 miles back to the store to get them taken off it was so upsetting.

Selection was a little low on dress pants. Not very many options as far as fabric goes.

Decent place the two cashiers kept trying to force us to invest in a card which we said multiple times we werent interested but I guess that is also their job. If you are looking for more bigger sizes for men they have very limited options aside from that everything was good.

Thank goodness this JCPenney is still open even after so many have closed, possibly forever.

I cancelled our portrait session a couple days ago because I was told by a female that works there in the studio that we have to wear masks on our faces while we are there. I refuse to go along with that controlling nonsense. People need to stop being brainwashed by the media. Its truly disgusting how people treat people. Ive been to JC Penney many times for Portraits over the years. I wont use them anymore as long as they have this disgusting rule.

Went to the jewelry section to purchase a bridal ring set for my wedding. Katherine was the person who helped us. She was very helpful, courteous, professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with our order. I recommend you go see her if you need help with any jewelry purchase from this location.

Well when we walked in the store and looking there was some friendly employees ladies .. And I bought Levi Jeans which was to high ! 49.99 and I bought a button down short sleeve shirt with the American flag on it and it had palm trees on it and it was 46.00 but it was on sale for 26.00 . But the woman named Wanda at cashier was trying her best to get me to get a JCPENNEY credit card and said no . And she said with the card it would take 20% off . And told her my mom is retired there for 8 years . And she asked me for her number I guess so she could get credit for it . But it didnt go in . But I was glad . But the employees was friendly there . And a black lady there greeted us and she was very nice to my wife at JCPENNEY clothing store here on Friday May 14, 2021.

Went here to get my free Birthday gift from Sephora which is located inside JC.Pennys. Saw lots of good looking stuff on sale and noticed that they had more plus size clothing than they used too,including nice swimsuits . Also had a nice selection of mens suits. The lady at Sephora was very helpful,outgoing and nice.

At JCPenney Hair Salon- VERY DISAPPOINTED! WILL NOT BE BACK! Looking forward to this appointment all week. Made arrangements and got to my appointment early. That way the hair stylist didn’t have to rush. End up rushing anyways and took less then 10 minutes to cut my hair. It was nothing like the picture I had given her. The stylist who was cutting it was suppose to be a top stylist. Then charged me 50.00. Can you say outrageous?!? My granddaughter was suppose to get a trim. So glad I declined.

At one time there was just one cashier working and then another one came and open up.Two people went over to her side and that was it.well people I was standing behind didnt even offer to move so I did, standing there she say where you next out load where taking them in order so instead having 2 lines formed,she was taking people from the other side 1 at a time. So I just put my stuff down and I wont be back in there.

Its good. Its got all kinds of sales right now. Have to wear a mask and my Mom is handicap and they have no buggy service so I carried all of her our items to buy which became heavy but otherwise it was good.

JCPenney was my favorite place to shop in Dalton. Sadly, we dont have one anymore and having to drive 30+ minutes has made me not go there as often as before. I do love it every time I do get to go, and always find a cute outfit.

Its hard to find an employee...I was looking for a specific clothing section and walked around the store, 1st and 2nd floor endlessly. We finally decided to give up and look at some clearance in the kids section. We made our selections, found an open cashier and then the cashier questioned us on how the item was clearanced at that price. Im sorry, I do not work at your store and did not mark any of your items down.

What happened to retail stores, not the same store it used to be

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JCPENNY USING PAYPAL!!!When you have an item cancel on your store pick up order & you paid with Paypal, the money it never refunded. The refund has to go thru a multiple process to be approved & refunded but is never completed. The store manager blames it on the JCP online and JCP online says its the store managers responsibility but no one corrects the issue. Its a scam and they are keeping peoples money. Everyone needs to check their accounts because JCP is not refunding anyone that used Paypal for purchases.UPDATE: 2 Months later and JCPenny has still not refunded. JCPenney.com says call the store & the store says call JCPenney.comUPDATE AGAIN: Still no refund from JCP, manager said he would need to check into why the refund has still not been sent.

I Christmas shopped here last Saturday. I am a disabled Grandma with MS. While I was there I had previously shopped at another store and had a bag. I tire out easily and my arms get weak. I chose a buggy in the store and placed my bag and purse in the buggy. The buggy helps me walking and relieves me of my purse and bag. When I left I got my purse but left my bag in the buggy. Not realizing it till I got home and not knowing your late Christmas hours. I called the next morning and spoke to your finest young man manager. He quickly found my bag and returned my call. I was so excited!! Such a great Christmas gift to be so Thankful as I am on a extreme budget on disability. But so happy to know there are honest people out there that found and made sure my bag was returned to me. JCPenney has been our family clothing store since I was a child. Just another great memory shopping here. Great place to shop for your self or home with great prices and great friendly employees. God Bless and Merry Christmas to all!!

I feel like jcpenney has really gone downhill since I shopped here as a kid. Most of the dressing rooms are closed off and you have to walk around the store looking for one. And then when you find one they are full of clothes people tried on and left and the room smells like urine. They carry cute clothes and have good sales but they never seem to have the sizes my family needs and we have to either order online or go to another store.

The Ladys in the jewelry department are the most sweetest people ever. They are knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to purchase from. Overall store was great but me and my girlfriend had a BLAST in the Jewelry department.
