Great ice cream and great cone varieties. The service and staff were also great. Im deducting a star because I prefer politics not be incorporated into my ice cream.

I’m giving 5 stars because this place is awesome all around! Everything was clean and the place smelled GREAT! A nice little girl named Brandi helped us with our order she was polite and patient while we figured out what we wanted and even provided us with samples! I got the Coconut 7 Layer Bar in a waffle cone it was 10/10 amazing! I highly recommend you visit this Ben&Jerrys maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch Brandi working she made the experience 100 times better!

You need to try the stuffed cone with the marshmallow sky flavor! Just amazing. I have to go back and have it again. The store was nice and chill inside, clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Went on Saturday Night after the Moon River Festival the environment was amazing made me feel like a kid again! Even thought there was a crowd the staff kept the line moving and were so kind!!! Shout out to Logan and Jenni for helping me pick out the best flavors for my sundae! Will definitely be a returning customer!!

I was so impressed with the staff especially with their gracious attitudes - when we came into the store at ten minutes to closing. We got our order quickly and efficiently with big smiles and welcoming attitudes from everyone working. As always, everything was fresh and delicious and the shop was very clean. Accolades all the way around!

This place was awesome! Came to Chattanooga from Cookeville for fall break to visit the aquarium and such only find this gem. I absolutely love Ben and Jerrys so was amazed that there was a whole store for just that. There was a decently long line when we arrived around 8pm but got in and out in 5 minutes with yummy icecream. I will definitely be back.Updated we came back after yesterday and still in love.

My daughter has an extreme food allergy. The staff was very attentive to her needs and helpful to answer any of our questions, despite how busy it was at the time. They opened a brand new container of ice cream just for her, used a new scoop, and opened new cups and spoons so there was no chance of any cross-contamination. On top of that, they were so kind and patient. As a mom of a child with severe food allergies, this attention to detail brought me so much peace of mind!

Our server was awesome! Helped us with several samples and was super patient as we made our selections. Had a great stop after our aquarium visit!

Ice cream was good, but it was outrageous! Also we asked for sugar cones and the attendant upcharged us and gave us waffle cones instead. It was too much ice cream for the kids so we ended up wasting half of it and paying more than what we asked for. Overall was just overpriced.

Cris, Mallory, Brandi and Kit are fabulous. The service at this location is always on point and friendly. Love seeing the positive vibes and customer focused atmosphere.

I was at the Ben & Jerry’s in Chattanooga on Tuesday evening and it was an awesome experience! Rebecca and Julia were super friendly (but not so much that it was annoying) and Rebecca even helped me get hooked on a new favorite flavor (Double Caramel something or other)! I will definitely be returning frequently!

The people are what makes this truly a great place. Of course the ice cream is super, but the folks behind the glass are the best! Highly recommend.

Ben and Jerrys has been in my heart since childhood! So of course when I stumbled upon one walking through Downtown I had to stop. Mackenzie helped me through my order today, It seemed to be a pretty slow Tuesday afternoon so I took advantage of the samples! Although I did take about five samples Mackenzie remained very patient throughout the whole ordering process until helping me settle on Salted Carmel Blondie! If there were an option for zero stars it should be here. My family and I went downtown for a day of fun in the sun. We went to Mellow Mushroom and enjoyed a great meal (no mask required by the way) 5 stars for them. We then walked around downtown allowing our daughter to enjoy many of the water features near the Aquarium. Once we finished our day out we decided to stop in for a treat before our departure. The business was quite busy and people from all over were standing in line waiting to order. We saw people with and without mask and also saw people with and without mask being served as we stood in the rather lengthy line. When we approached the counter to order we were asked if we had mask. Somewhat stunned by the question I replied we do not. The young lady immediately replies Ill get you some. She did not ask if we would were one but simply implied she would provide one so that we would. I advised the young lady that we do not prefer to wear mask. To which she replied we are enforcing mask. We chose to leave and take our business to another local shop that did not force their mask on us. This company will never receive our business again and we will be sure to share this experience with everyone we can. We do not mind if you chose to mask or not. We do not mind if a business ask you to mask or not. We do mind being told we have to wear mask when we have seen other people being served without mask. This is discriminatory and we just think you should know. Your policies should be the same for everyone.

Five steps are necessary for the front entrance, the bistro next door has a lift if you need other access.This location is clean and trendy with helpful friendly staff. B&J has great ice cream with fun flavors. They offer items other than cones but I’m a fan of the waffle cones, yum. I’m a total ice cream lover, and so I was pumped to try out Chatt’s local Ben & Jerry’s. Unfortunately, the “blond brownie” bits in my Whiskey Biz flavor were soggy and the flavor itself was overall disappointing. My husband’s Chocolate Therapy ice cream was literary FREEZER BURNT. We paid $12 for two smalls. That’s $6 per cup of ice cream!!! Quality does not match the price.

$18 for 3 people to get one scoop of ice cream is insane when we could have all gotten pints for that price at Walmart. But it was nice to be able to have it in store like when I lived on the NY/VT border

My boyfriend and I were in Chattanooga for the weekend and, as soon as we saw there was a Ben & Jerrys, we knew we had to stop in. My boyfriend got the Sweet Cream and Cookies, and I got the Chocolate Peanut Buttery Swirl. The staff was friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. Something about eating Ben & Jerrys from a bowl with a wooden spoon just makes it taste better than eating it from the pint with a regular spoon on my living room couch lol.

This place is filthy! They need to do a deep clean. Crumbs, grime and dirt all over, especially behind the counter. Cobwebs too! Owner should be ashamed to walk into that store.

Giving it two stars for the actual ice cream but this place is filthy. The floors are disgusting, bathrooms are dirty and there’s even old dried up ice cream on trash cans. In this time of taking measures for safety reasons, how can they keep this place so dirty? Makes me nervous about the kitchen area. We typically come every time we’re in Chattanooga but not sure I will visit again. Deep clean your establishment!

Everyone has their favorite Ive cream shop... Well, this one is mine! I love the flavor choices, which are typically loaded with chunks of your favorite goodies and treats. I love the bright smell of the sugar cones when you walk in. As with any ice cream shop on a hot Summer day, this place was packed. Even so, they were efficient and moved the line quickly. My order was accurately taken, and the staff did it all with smiles on their faces. Great experience that left me with a smile on my face too!

Had the sorbet lemonade. Quick service. Clean area.

My wife and I both got ice cream. It was good. I asked the server what she recommended and she said she doesnt like ice cream. I noticed that the front of the counter needs cleaned the bottom of it looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they opened. Dirt on the outside perimeter of the room it was dirty. I dont usually notice stuff like that in an ice cream parlor but it was bad.

The guys here were awesome! My favorite ice cream is americone dream and I love coffee they had an espresso-chocolate chip coffee ice cream that we mixed together and it was fantastic!!!

The Banana split was delicious. This place is really expensive. Banana split and a bottle of $12. I guess you are paying for the novelty of Ben and Jerrys. Really nice employees.
