Absolutely recommend special ordering the sourdough baguette from the bakery. It is less than 3 dollars a loaf and tastes amazing!!

They are always so friendly and helpful. I love Publix!!! Do you even know how good their wings are? Move over, Zaxbys!!! And their crunchy sushi roll is delicious!!! Wednesdays are $5 sushi days!👏😋

I give this Rating only because of how badly treated I was by the pharmacy manager. I was completely discriminated against on more than one occasion. I will never go there again I have Now switched To the pharmacy at the Publix village at waterside.

I asked the young man in produce if I could ask him a question he said no. I said I can’t ask you thinking I misunderstood him. He rolled his eyes and looked at me. I said can I ask you a question? He raises his tone and looks and says I told you yes! I said actually young man you didn’t say anything. I told the manager and with frustration said I’ll talk to him and so I asked him the question about fruit and I said ok I see. He never said anything. So it’s fairly constant they’ve lost the Publix image here. I’ll continue to shop but at another Publix.

Great prices, on many must have foods. I especially like the Hallmark cards selection, well stocked. I buy all my greeting cards here.

We go on free pie day. Cherry pie and lemon are good. We actually get the half size order of fried chicken tenders salads. Its big, chicken is tender and tasty.

The store was very clean and easy to navigate. I was asked several times if I found everything I needed or if I needed any help finding something. The cash register attendants were friendly and very conversation.

Publix is a nice grocery store but this particular one when compared to others is not nearly as good when it comes to customer service. Very difficult to find someone to help you with something as compared to the Publix on Battlefield Parkway. That is the best Publix Ive personally ever been in when it comes to customer service. Every employee knows that store inside and out.

Stopped in to hurriedly purchase some fried chicken and a party cake on my way home. (Both were delicious.) But it was the over-the-top superb customer service that l received that makes this review a 5 star.

Clean, fully stocked and pleasant employees. This Publix is not as large as the newer ones but carries the same products. Convenient to run in and out.

I enjoy shopping at Publix Hurricane Creek. The associates are friendly and helpful and the diverse product selection is perfect for me.

Love this place. Staff is always so nice and pharmacy is so much more affordable than Walgreens and they are incredibly nice and helpful.

They are always very helpful but the main reason I gave them 5 stars was because they didnt make me where a mask! Now if all the employees can remove their masks then I will give them 5 more stars (a 10 star rating)!!

Update: I decided to give this location another chance and it seems that management has taken note of the service. Lucas was great to work with. He and Ron both were engaging and helping customers. I’m changing my rating as a result. Keep up the good work!Old: Ive held off leaving a review because I wanted to see if I would have the same experience repeatedly. Im leaving 2 stars instead of one because sometimes (rarely) I get someone helpful. I have only visited the sub station. The experience is always bad. There are no markers to keep your distance, they only keep one sub station open which slows down production and bottlenecks the workers/customers. Im to the point where Im going to bypass this location to go to Shallowford Management really needs to start polling their customers, specifically those getting subs. I asked the customers next to me if they also felt it was chaotic. Their response was, its always like this here.

Publix on EBRAINERD road is a very good grocery store. The vegetables are fresh, and the meats are choice cuts too. The Bakery department leaves a lot to be desired. Last week I ordered a carrot cake, bakery assistant took my name and phone number. Asked when I would need it, I said Saturday. Now it is Saturday and I called the Publix bakery, my carrot cake is ready! I show up 10 minutes later and no cake. No one at the bakery would own up to taking my call, nor any order for a carrot cake. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN PUBLIX BAKERY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Going down hill slowly in the past 3yrs. It seems 80% of the staff could care less if the place closed while they are working. 2021 has been the worst year for them.My fruit or vegetables are rarely fresh anymore.Any vegan product is hit or miss on expired date or its spoiled once I open it within 24hr of purchase.So very disappointing. I have to drive to Whole Foods to get groceries now but never disappointed at least.

Once in awhile a person has an experience that changes the way they feel about said experience. Today was one of those times. From the gentleman in the deli that went out of his way to get get me two loaves of Kings Hawaiian Bread (out of the freezer in back) to a young man named River who not only took my cart back but I also overheard him offer to help the woman next to me finish loading her purchases into her car. This kind of service is why from now on Ill drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Publix.

This is by far one of the best Publix stores. It is always clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! The customer service here is exceptional!

Its MORE than OBVIOUS they dont enforce the Hamilton County mask mandate. Not when the customer in front of me at the self checkout did NOT have a mask and COUGHED. At that point I wanted to leave my groceries and RUN OUT THE DOOR AS FAST AS I POSSIBLY COULD!!! I sure did run to an employee cash register. I dont know about the people at Publix, but Im NOT READY TO DIE. Other establishments in Hamilton County have signs that read, NO MASK, NO ENTRY. Publix needs to get their act together and care about people and their health.

This Publix in particular is smaller than what I am used to. However, their prices for items you can typically find at Walmart is very competitive. Things that are harder to come by, like special spices you may pay a little more for.

This is a great store and I enjoy coming here.

Not cool, bought a gallon of Publix milk w/exp Aug 30th, opened it the next day and it was chunks, I called and the guy told me I needed a receipt to exchange.....SERIOUSLY..! Its marked Publix w/ aug 30th date and it pours like cottage cheese...NOT HAPPY

Stores always clean and employees nice. Prices are a little higher than Wal-Mart but quality is better.

So I’ve been making my own açaí bowls with fresh fruit and açaí purée; all fresh ingredients from Publix, but guess what? Publix now sells açaí bowls in the from department; made by Dole. The bowls are super fresh and convenient. There are three flavor options to choose from.

This is a great clean store fully stocked- with very helpful personnel except for the pharmacy. I love their buy one- get one free because sometimes I only want one at half price. Their Aprons preparers are extremely nice. I need help out with my groceries and the staff is always there ready to help.There is always easy parking too. This is a great Publix store.

I really like going to Publix. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is nice and clean. On most items however they are higher than most. But the items on sale are good deals as is the Publix brand items.

Firstly I need to clarify. Normally I would give Publix a 5 star review. Since the outbreak of the virus, I can’t find hardly anything here. Food City is usually stocked with the essentials. I’ve looked for 3 days in a row, Going early in the morning, for eggs, butter, TP, Fresh meat, chicken even canned chili. Nothing. Maybe they need to change the distribution center.

I enjoy shopping at Publix but history is always repeating itself for whatever reason they always have our items that they’re always out of buy one get one freeze we came early in the week to get a specific item and over and over again for whatever reason the store will advertise having the items but they never have it in stock at all they say is that Publix has policy now is that we don’t issue rain checks so I guess in 2021 Publix has changed to where they’re more about the groceries and the customer very disappointed I have to shop at a different Publix to get my needs from the ad maybe this review will help the corporate office change the practices at the store thank you

Ive been shopping here since it opened about 10 years ago. The service is great, good selection and clean. I have a Publix much closer to my home but I prefer to shop here ever week.

Has unmarked items on closeout kiosk unmarked and selling at full price.

Awesome super market! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. This Publix location was the first one in Chattanooga. They have super sales and great products. Their produce is also the best around with really fresh fruits and vegetables. Deli department is great with lots of quality cheeses and meats to choose from. Meat and seafood department is also great and they will do custom cuts for you. Be sure to check out their Greenwise items that dont have any added hormones or antibiotics. Bakery is incredible also with the best cakes and specialty items around. Highly recommend this Publix!

Excellent service and a very clean store. Staff are always very helpful and polite. Prices are high on some things but you get what you pay for and thats probably a corporate thing, not the branch. I would still go here over wally world any day.

I wasnt even a customer. I was only there to put in an application and the staff was still very hospitable. It smelled nice too! I recommend the place to anyone who appreciates courtesy and quality product.
