Wonderful people with great energy! Always a beautiful selection of flowers and they are so accommodating when I need something special to adorn my altars (like these snapdragons.) Ginger just helps add to the feeling of being at home in a small mountain town.

Visited for the 1st time today. The owners were so kind! They have an adorable dog that will play you a song on the piano upon arrival. Plants are amazing at great prices!! We will return for sure. Highly recommend.

I wanted specific Christmas ornaments incorporated into the centerpieces for my son & daughter-in-laws rehearsal dinner last December. I couldnt imagine how to make it work. Grafe Studio heard every word & created several wonderful pieces that we all loved. They also made the wedding bouquet and other arrangements for the wedding & reception.

I ordered flowers over the phone all the way from Richmond, VA yesterday to be delivered to my best friend at Covenant College at Lookout Mtn, GA for her senior performance. Not only did they put together something BEAUTIFUL when I gave them complete creative liberties since I wasn’t there to pick something out in person, but they did it SAME DAY from a 3:30/4 pm phone call! Todd was incredibly helpful and even offered to deliver after hours to her on campus in time for her show, but I opted to have them delivered to her home instead. She sent me a text with a photo this morning and I am speechless. It breaks my heart that I couldn’t drive the 8 hours down to be there in person, but you guys really helped me make it special from afar. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Beautiful bouquet and amazing service! I called from across the country and just before closing time to get a surprise bouquet delivered for my wife who was staying nearby. Well, not only did they make up the bouquet that very moment, but also delivered it that evening and before my wife arrived at her room. Hands down the best florist in Chattanooga. They handled my wedding spectacularly, and I have happily given them all my flower business in the nine years since then. It was clear that, though the gift was from a personal friend of the family, the designers and owners at Grafe Studio were deeply invested in each design that left their shop. Since then, Grafe Studio has created fantastic floral arrangements for one wedding, several gifts, and were looking forward to working with them on two more family weddings this year. I was referred to Grafe Studios by my caterer. Dennis and Betsy were so much fun and willing to work with my flower budget. I was able to go in to the cooler myself and pick out various stems that I liked. Some other staff members even stepped in along the way to offer suggestions. When a stem was to expensive, they were willing to offer a similar alternative that was more inexpensive and better suited for my budget. The flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. They exceeded my expectations! I kept my bridal boquet and it currently sits on my dresser. I admire it daily because it holds so many great memories for me and my husband! I also look back at wedding pictures and am still in awe of how great my wedding flowers turned out. We ordered a large (approximately 5 wide X 3 high) floral arrangement to be displayed in our church for our 50th anniversary on Saturday, August 16. It was beyond beautiful. Dennis and staff did an outstanding job and delivered the arrangement early Saturday morning. We now have the arrangement sitting on our fireplace hearth and you can smell the flowers as you come down the hallway. Before he left he asked me to go with his, as he had something for me. He handed me a dozen long stemmed red roses and said, You and your wife need something for your 50 year achievement. We would recommend Grafe Studio in a heartbeat.

I sent my mother to this store because I heard they would do a great job. I was in shock when my mother shared her experince. The man in the store dismissed her for not being the bride, he said he wouldnt discuss specifics with her because she wasnt the one who was makinig the decisions (how does he know that?.) He LAUGHED at my flower budget (why spend $1,000 dollars on something that will be thrown away at the end of the day) and had the NERVE to ask my mother what we were paying our photographer.. I assume to prove we needed to spend more on flowers. I am sure this store would do a fine job arranging flowers, but the lack of regaurd for my mother, the person FUNDING my wedding, is reason enough to not do business with this company. I am sure there is a florist in town who would be more than happy to work with my mom and with my budget and I intend to take my business there.
