This place is great. I called them at 2:30 on a Friday and they squeezed me in. I thought my alternator was out and so did they. After they quoted me a price that I felt was fair, they called to say it was just a faulty wire and would only be a fraction of the price. Very honest and considerate!

I would first like to say that dunsons by far is the most professional, courteous, caring and fast service I personally have ever dealt with. But the work on my car is the minimum of why I give them 5 stars. Mrs Veronica the sweet lady who took my call not only made sure my car was fixed within less than a hour from the time I was towed in. But she went above and beyond her job and picked my daughter and I up from our hotel and back to the shop. I would recommend this business to everyone. They set the customer service standard.

I was broke down out of town on my way to a job in Florida. They worked over and tirelessly to fix my axel and drove me back to my truck. I would use this shop Everytime I needed to use a shop if I lived in the town or near them. 5 stars with out a doubt. Thanks everyone!!!!!!

He was suppose to fix a oil leak and see why my car was driving sluggish..Well when I picked my car up he couldn’t explain exactly what was did to my car not to mention the fact that he got me and someone else ticket mixed up so I was charged $454 for just a oil leak fix which was supposedly coming from the adapter gasket.. Part was $18 was charged $127 For the labor fee then on top of that charged $85 for another fee which also wasn’t explained to me i was told “the description is right there”.. Definitely Wouldn’t Recommend! 2 Weeks Later oil leaking again and check engine light back on! IF YOU NOT GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM DONT TURN MY ENGINE LIGHT OFF AND CHARGE ME FOR IT! Engine Light Was Never Discussed In The First Place I Already Knew What The Problem Was!

They gave me a quote, then fixed my axle, tie rod end, new tire and alignment under there quote. Im totally satisfied, great communication and service.
