I am remodeling my bathroom so I stopped by to see if they could assist with my materials. Basically two inch momenta two incompetent blondes manning the front desk that did not understand how to look up materials. The prices were through the roof and they said they probably could not get them any time soon. Lowes has much better options with people that actually know how to take an order.

Called and they told us they had the part, said come and look at it, we drove there and they wouldnt go get the part for us to compare. After talking for a bit he told us he didnt have the part and couldnt help us.

Liz was absolutely amazing! She made us feel like VIPs and helped us narrow our options of lighting down to a few options and ultimately made the decision for us based on our style. We had looked at so many lights and really needed someone’s expertise and guidance. There were options available in all price ranges. We will definitely be going back to work with Liz in the future! Two days looking for toilets sink and faucet at big box stores. Tired and frustrated. 20 minutes in a Ferguson Showroom and we found what we wanted at price point we desired.

I recently had to return a kitchen sink faucet that I purchased in January 2020. The faucet leaked in a couple places. Not only did Fergurson replace the faucet with a new one but allowed me to get a better one for an even swap. Thank you for the great customer service I received. I have negative expectations these days and was pleasantly surprised.

Great show room with lots of variety. Staff (Kourtney) was friendly and helpful. Ended up buying a kitchen sink. Would shop here again!!

Great showroom for kitchen, bath and lighting.

I guess I didn’t look like I had money. When I walked in, a girl told me we’re all the appliances were. I came in there looking for a refrigerator. I walked around, and passed several associates, while none of them greeted me or asked me if I needed help. It was when I was leaving and on the way out the door, that somebody at least said goodbye. I guess these guys don’t need walk in traffic.

The ladies there are fantastic... they should all get a raise !!!

Walked in, had to search store for associate, the gentleman was friendly but did not know what I needed. He referred me to another associate and she was very rude and also not knowledgeable. No one was interested in helping and for those reasons I left. The woman wouldn’t give us the time of day.

They have fantastic customer service here. The prices are high but that is to be expected with luxury bath and lighting. I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate here. They spent well over an hour searching through their lighting options, trying to find outdoor lighting to match my description, even going so far as to get my contact information and emailing me corresponding options hours later. I would happily purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high end bathroom and lighting

Ashley was excellent in helping customizing options for a heated tub. She prepared many quotes on different styles for our review and selection. So glad we included Ferguson in our research. Saved us $ by not getting some features not desired. Showroom was first class.

Very nice showroom. Lots of lights, bathtubs, shower, bath, and kitchen faucets. I went there looking for under cabinet lighting and found exactly what I needed.

Recently purchased higher end appliances via builder through this location. There have been a multitude of issues since the appliance have been installed. When we reached out to them to report the issues their voice mails were full and no return calls were placed to us until we were able to contact one of them via their person cell. Once we were able to reach them they didnt report all of the issues to the manufacturer and now we are back to square one. Inept is how I would describe their customer service and that is if you can get in touch with them. Buy your appliances elsewhere....

Not good service. Forcefully recommend a product unwanted. Could not deliver on product. Gold Crystal chandelier was defected and destroyed upon opening the box. Never got a replacement and they refused to sell me what I really wanted. Poor representative. Not recommendable service.
