Bernard Neal is our Account Manager and he is simply amazing. With just one call he will come in as soon as possible and help us if we have a problem printing programs. He sets everything up for us and takes the time and effort to make it perfect, and to teach us what to do so that we are able to do everything on our own the next time. He is a kind and patient man to work with.

Director for The Greater Charlotte Salvation Army / Boys and Girls Clubs and in my career I have used many different brands of copiers. No other company comes close to Hendrix!

Hendrix took over our account after our existing copy supplier sold out. The improved communication and service level have been greatly appreciated and today they proposed new equipment while holding our cost to within 10% of our old out dated equipment. We look forward to a long relationship with this proactive company.

Absolutely the best customer service in this industry. We called at 8:00 a.m. because our office copier was not working and they were here at 8:45 a.m. A specific part needed to be ordered and we were told it would be here the next afternoon. Bill was back at our office at 1:00 p.m. the same day with the part that he had driven to Greensboro to pick up for us. As an office of 10 people that is using the copier all day, this was exceptional customer service.

Good communication. Able to size equipment to meet our needs. No hidden gotcha experience. Weve bought several departmental machines plus high capacity printshop machinery and worked with them for past several years. maintenance/service costs and SLA expectations are never disappointing. invoice structure/break-out by machine/department were done as requested and flows smoothly via email (and paper if requested). We plan to replace our entire fleet of copiers with Hendrix. I recommend them to any size business. Hank is an awesome rep.

We have been with Hendrix Business Systems for over 8 years. We did a refresh of lease equipment for our Print Center a couple of weeks ago. Brandon Sherrill did an outstanding job on the IT side getting everything up and running quickly. He definitely takes pride in his work, and it shows. Thanks Brandon!

Great experience. They provided multiple options for us when it was time to lease a copier for our business, explaining the pros and cons of each option so that we were clear on what we were buying. The installation went very well. There were a few hiccups on the IT side, but they stayed with us and helped work them out. Hendrix has been quick to respond if there is a setting or parameter that we didnt understand or like.
