A clean and bright building once you enter and it’s never quite full. You pay for your cup first then you’re welcome to fill and overload to your hearts content. The way the food is displayed is odd with some in small plastic containers and some needing utensils but overall a tasty and inexpensive night out

Love Sweet Frog..we always go to one on South Tryon..always clean and employees are so nice. Given a glove for sanitation purposes when dipping for toppings.We signed up for points and get a free yogurt every so often.Would highly recommend. Great place for parties.

We come here pretty regularly. My girls love all the options. No weigh Wednesdays are the best! You can get so much for only 5 bucks.

I love this location! Its very well decorated and its always very clean. Ive been to many ice cream/frozen yogurt places with very sticky counter tops and tables but Ive never had that problem here. Im a big fan of the popping boba!

We went to grab a sweet treat and surprisingly found that this location does no weigh wednesdays they charge by the size. Which made my boys and my husband very happy(photo). Their cups were overflowing with toppings. We will for sure be back next time we are in Charlotte.

This location is clean and organized. We were provided a glove before we started to make our selections. Which was great The only thing I didn’t enjoy was paying over $7.00 for my yogurt before I put anything in my cup. I think paying that amount before it’s weighted is a little premature. Some customers just want a little and that’s what should be priced. Thats the what other Sweet Frogs do.

Grandkids love it here and can make their own creations 🤪 (the part they love the most). It might seem a little pricey, but you really get more choices for your money here than at similar places.

First time coming to this location and it was horrible. As soon as we walked in there was no one at the counter and zero customers besides us. Waited a little and then an employee named Matthew came out and was rude to us... as if we were bothering him while he was at work. We still stayed and got a treat for my 3 year old son. As we were sitting down all of a sudden we hear giggling and the the employee yelling a cuss word extremely loud enough where my son asked what that word meant. Seeing that I thought Sweet Frog was a family friendly Christian based company, we really didn’t appreciate hearing him cuss extremely loud in front of my 3 year old son. Believe me if I wasn’t with my kid, I would’ve said a few choice words myself... definitely don’t recommend this location.

The staff members here are friendly, and customer service is a big deal to me. The store is always clean when I come in, and there cups/ spoons are always fully stocked. I also love how you’re able to add toppings yourself. The overall aesthetic of the place makes me feel like a kid again.

Avoid unless you want to spend $7 on your cup of fro-yo! Why not allow weighing like nearly every other fro-yo place in the universe?

Sweet Frog is our favorite dessert place. This Sweet Frog is always spotless and employees are so friendly unlike the now closed one in Ballantyne. Toppings offered are in wide variety and always well stocked. Cannot say enough good things about this highly recommended place.

The manger, Michelle, is so sweet. She is caring and was great doing business with. The place is always spotless and the toppings are always neat and fresh. I love how friendly the staff is and the amazing family music that plays.

Coming here last summer, the Macaroon ice cream sandwich was really good! The cookie was very chewy and had a great taste to the ice cream. They have a lot to offer like homemade ice cream bars and cookies! I would like to come back.

I love the expansive options of toppings! They have so many flavors of frozen yogurt, that you wont be disappointed! However, it is priced according to weight, so be careful on how much you load on! Try the little flavored balls, they squish in your mouth and explode with flavor!!!

Came in Friday evening 3/23/18. Brittany was incredibly cheerful and enthusiastic in a sincere way. Keep her, she really adds to the fun friendly atmosphere. The froyo is top notch, the toppings are abundant and there are plenty of non-dairy and even a few vegan options! Ive been coming here since they opened. The manager always remembers me when she is there. I love this place, its got the best variety of all the Sweet Frog locations and I plan on returning. If youve never had it, Wednesdays are 4.44 for a cup and theyre open fairly late!

Being dairy sensitive, their sorbet options are okay. Would have loved to see almond or coconut milk options like TCBY, and some sugar free ones too.

I came for frozen yogurt - I got church instead.Ive been a frequent customer of Menchies, so when I was in the same parking lot as Sweet Frog I decided to give them a try.After I got my frozen yogurt and sat down to at it, I started noticing the music was quite peculiar - it repeatedly mentioned god. I then realized that their background music was full on, church-style, religious music.While they are free to believe what they want, I dont believe its appropriate for a business to be that religious-themed - especially with no outside indication that the store was religious-themed. The level of religiousness I experienced at this frozen yogurt store made me downright uncomfortable. Thus making my first visit there, my last.

I use to love this Sweetfrog location. This location now has a younger staff thats seems as though they much rather be someplace else.I use to bring my daughter and wife often and it was such a good experience from the moment you walk in with Sweetfrog employees welcoming customes with Welcome to Sweet Frog. Thats a thing of the past, this sweet frog seems gloomy, the welcoming friendly vibe is gone. The young gentleman that wears a pony tail expressed to me I dont have time to welcome customers when I asked why did this location stop being customer friendly. 😞.
