Quick, reliable, and tasty! Such a refreshing treat on a hot day. There are so many flavor options, you can find something to please everyone. I usually go for cotton candy, bubblegum, or another super sweet flavor. Prices are affordable and the treat is satisfying every time. I went over a month ago and my order was ready within a couple minutes. I went during the evening and had only 1 person ahead of me. This is a must visit in Charlotte!

I believe this location is black owned. Its so hard to support when the lady at the window taking the orders has bad customer service skills. No greeting at all and the look on her face had attitude all over it. It was a lack of flavor and I was charge for extra flavor that I did not ask for.

This review is not based on the actual product. This review is based on the fact that they were soooooo slow. The line had maybe 10 people ahead of my friend that I was meeting there and it took 20 minutes JUST to order... Then she still had to wait for the product. There were people who actually waited at least 10 minutes before driving off and not even getting a chance to order. There was absolutely NO sense of urgency.... Its just ice and flavoring right? They should be knocking out orders left and right. My 2 year old and I ended up sitting in the car just watching. Hopefully one day Ill get a chance to actually taste these snowballs and leave another review.

Pelicans has affordable snowballs for the whole family. $2 for kiddie and $3 for small which is enough for adult. Over 100 different Flavors and Mixes. I would recommend the 49er and Wolfpack.

My coworker recommended this place a while back and was finally able to get by 1 hot august afternoon. I got a small peach and it was incredible. I love ice cream BUT this is a great alternative for sure. They also can fix your dog an ice treat and we got a peanut butter treat for him. He loved it. Large menu clearly posted on the outside of the order window. There are about 50 flavors you can choose from. Highly recommened to help beat the heat. Perfect place to take the kids to get a treat.
