If you are reading negative reviews its because some people dont understand quotes and repairs take time. Youre not walking into Starbucks for a coffee. Youre not stopping for a restroom break on the side of the highway. If youre looking for a rush job youre asking for trouble ANY way.Honest and helpful. After taking my car to 3 body shops for quotes I ended up here and I will return when the needs arises. (Repairs were out of pocket FYI.) These folks did a terrific job and I will use them from here on out.

Wow! Fred Hudson made my 2004 Ford Ranger look like it just rolled off the showroom floor ... 16 years ago! These folks are body work magicians! They make beautiful vehicles appear from under scratches, dents, dusts and age. There is not a finer paint & collision job in the Charlotte region!

Absolutely Horrid! After being rear-ended, I took my car to Fred Hudson. They seemed nice and knowledgeable. They did half of an alignment and placed me on a long waiting list for the remaining repairs. When I got my car back from the alignment I noticed slight damage to the front bumper. When I brought the concern to them I asked if it could have been done while they were working on it or during the accident. Within 24 hours they contacted me and stated they were refusing to do any repairs on my vehicle since I accused them of damaging my vehicle. I merely brought a concern about my car to their attention and politely asked questions. I have now wasted 6 weeks waiting on repairs and must start over with a new body shop. Such a childish response and very unprofessional!!If you take your car to these guys, know that you are not allowed to ask questions or voice any concerns about your vehicle.

Jason the manager is freakin AWESOME! worked with my budget and was able to shave more money off the top of my total.. Saved like 50 bucks! Told me all that needs to be worked on to my car.. Recommended a few things to me.. Would recommend his service to ANYONE! IM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I would not recommend this shop if you are paying out of pocket. They have adequate customer service, but their markup is unfair, and the wait time for an estimate is lengthy. Perhaps they do a better job if youre paying with insurance. Unfortunately my Christmas time experience was poor.

Ive taken my car to him and was pleased with the results, and the care they take to make sure the car looks its best before handing over the keys. i recommend him highly.

Went by to have an appraisal 4 weeks ago still waiting for the final quote. Called several times with no results. Empty promises to get back to me. If this is how they treat customers from the start I most likely will not receive prompt service.
