When I order something from wish this is a convenient place for me to pick it up and its always there so I give them five stars

Not sure why the owner has her business listed as an Amazon pickup hub if she’s never in office, doesn’t have employees there to receive packages or for people to come retrieve them. Better yet, how is anyone supposed to know what your candles even smell like if no one is ever there?I had 2 packages delivered to this “hub”. The first time I barely caught a woman named Clara before she was about to leave. She could not identify my package by the serial number nor by scanning it, basically guessed which one was mine. My second package was unable to be delivered due to the company’s limited hours and lack of staff. Ended up having to cancel my order and must now wait for a refund.Perhaps try Etsy, or at least remove your business as an option to have packages delivered here, because you are clearly not cut out to run a business. This was a complete waste of time and money.
