To say this dealership went above and beyond would be an understatement. By far the smoothest and most convenient auto purchases I have ever made. Emmir and Zeb were on point with their customer service and fantastic communication. Did I mention, I have never once stepped foot into this dealership? That’s right. I inquired about a vehicle via phone. (I actually live about 3+ hours away from Chantilly,Va) I was greeted with questions answered then followed up with video emails of the car, just as if I were standing on the lot myself. When I say “no hassle”, that’s exactly what this experience was. They kept their word on every detail and even had the car delivered to my driveway as I wasn’t able to get the time off from work to go to them (nurse+pandemic= not happening) 😂 I never once felt pressured on anything. Emmir and Zeb were very straight forward (my kind of people). My trade value was fair and the process from start to finish was only a matter of a few days. Even following the purchase, I had a small issue with the speakers in the car. They easily could have said this was now my problem. They did not!! I was instructed to take it to a certified dealership in my area to diagnose the problem and it would be corrected. Had a wonderful orientation to Porsche service by Tierra! Got to talk to my mechanic, Mark, for 40 minutes after the service: I learned a lot! The facilities are spacious and comfortable. I was able to see into the repair shop while my car was being worked on; great transparency. I was able to remote work on my laptop all day while my car was being repaired. Had fresh coffee and soda throughout the day. I love the phone charging stations. I highly recommend.

Service bay and area is really nice. Communication wasnt great. I got text asking me to authorize work but never got any confirmation or had any idea of timing at all. I tried calling several times throughout the day but never got a hold of any service advisor, ended up just driving to the dealership to get an answer. I wanted to ask them to not wash the car also but it was too late.On the planned pickup day I called to make sure that I could come by to pick up the car. I was told that itll be ready but Ill get a call from them to confirm before heading there. Never got a call, so I called again the next day. Apparently it was ready the day before, just never was communicated to me.Been here a few times and have absolutely no issues with the work performed however. Its always been done cleanly and everything put back correctly.

Came here to check out a Porsche Macan S. Was greeted by Farheen and she treated us perfectly, was not pushy or rude in any way. Farheen was patient and was very understanding of our situation. Ended up leaving with a brand new Macan S and will for sure recommend this dealership and especially Farheen to anyone looking to buy a beautiful Porsche.

Zeb was a huge help to us even though the dealership had just closed and he was outside leaving for the day. He answered our questions and followed up 1st thing the next morning. I would recommend him and Porsche Chantilly.

Update: I will have to try this location again however Ill put it plain and simple....after my car was serviced for a full day (40K Cayenne service), I had to go back a day later because an error message surfaced. The management and staff were apologetic however quality assurance should always be a priority, particularly when you are referring to a Porsche experience.

I really had a pleasant experience at Porsche Chantilly. The staff was very welcoming and we were attended to very quickly, although we didn’t have an appointment. Our advisor Farheen C. was very accommodating and walked us through our options and made recommendations that were in the our best interest. Moreover, the entire process was seamless from test driving the car of our choice to closing the deal in a couple of hours.

Our most remarkable sales experience yet! We worked with Eric Ekpa, whose professional yet cordial demeanor made our visit a pleasant one. Everyone here works efficiently - from Eric (who literally runs around with a smile), to Bryan their manager, and Emmir at financing. They value your time and don’t play games. Car shopping is particularly painful for kids, but even my son noted how well this dealership is run. The facility itself is clean, spacious and modern with many amenities for guests to enjoy. We look forward to an equally positive experience with the service dept.

So disappointed. I just left from the dealership to see if I can get a test drive and an overview of a Cayenne. Only one sales associate was working with a client while I was there for approximately 20 minutes. The rest didn’t have anyone. Then another client walked in about 5 minutes later and was immediately greeted. I was in disbelief and I walked away. After the sales associate that was working with a client prior to my arrival wrapped up his session, I let him know about my experience. I asked him if they take appointments. His answer was no. This is the second time that I’ve experienced this at this dealership. The first time it took 30 minutes. I wanted to give them a chance but I’ll be going to another Porsche dealership that will respect someone’s time in the near future.

Awesome 1st day at the newest Pcar dealership in DC metro!!! I had a great time at this dealer. I was greeted promptly and warmly at my car and the work to be done was thoroughly discussed. The service adviser even suggested something that had slipped my mind - time for the state inspection! The waiting area was full of distractions (in a good way) including some great coffee. Worked mostly with Farheen for my remote, out-of-state purchase. Farheens work ethic was exemplary. I own 2 sport cars that are considered direct competitors to Porsches 718 series, a F Type V8S and a BMW M2Comp. When Porsche introduced a flat 6 in the GTS series just had to get one! Went to a dealership group that in the DMV that I had dealt with before with my Jag and BMW that also owned a Porsche store. Told the individuals at that Porsche store that I had ordered that BMW and a Range Rover from their sister dealerships and I wanted to order a GTS 4.0...what a horrible experience, they just wanted me to buy any thing from inventory mostly SUVs and sedans. Totally dismayed! By this time Penske group opened a new Porsche dealership in Chantilly...this place is awesome! Has indoor parking for inventory and large outdoor parking...not jammed-up in an urban area. I decided to give them a try at my business...totally Exceptional experience! Called them about the ordering process for the GTS and Ms Chaudhry said sure no problem...shes very laid-back and accommodating...no high-pressure gimmicks...the whole staff is like that.Very friendly and professional. From the ordering process to delivery, its about the experience of becoming a Porsche owner at Porsche Chantilly.

I didn’t have the greatest service experience at Porsche Tysons Corner. However, the service crew at Porsche Chantilly is top-notch. Completely different experience. They chased down some balance and alignment issues that I’ve been trying to fix since August of last year. Youssef was my service advisor and was excellent. Ryan was my tech and was extremely detail-oriented. Mike, the service manager, did everything he could to make the experience great. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a better service experience. As a bonus, the dealership’s showroom and service garage are absolutely beautiful.

The dealer sent a mobile notary to my house to complete the paperwork. I had planned to have the car delivered, but I purchased the car during the Colonial Pipeline gas crisis and was having trouble finding someone to deliver it. Knowing the dealer was near Dulles Airport and less than 300 miles from my house, I decided to go pick it up. I asked Farheen how much gas was in the car and she said she would make sure it was filled up before I got there. I flew to Dulles and took Uber (perhaps 15 minutes and all of $20) to the dealer, picked up the car and drove it home. In all, an easy, pleasant transaction.

It took 4 months to get the car but it was worth it. The 911 992 4S screams “Drive Me!!” The staff a Penske took care of me and I enjoyed the experience.
