Terrible service. I bought a car in September. When I received the new car, I found out that the windshield washing fluid was low.I was charge for $160 for tags and registration and was given a temp tags that lasts 30 days.I have contacted the dealer three separate times before the expiration of my temp tags. No one in the dealership took any action until I called and reported that my temp tags expire on that day!Then I got a call asking my drivers licence. Hmmm.... They probably realized that they have an issue with my license on the day when I temp tags are expiring. Shouldnt they start asking the question, like in the first week after the car was sold?I practically had to beg to get my tags before driving a vehicle with expired tags! Why am I paying for tags and registration? I have had nothing but headaches and anxiety. I could have registerey.car in a week by myself, without having to pay for the headache!Buyer be aware.

I went here today with the intent of test driving the GV 80 3.5 Prestige, only to be told no by a junior sales associate. I politely told him if I couldnt test drive the Prestige, then I wouldnt waste my time. He called his sales manager to say they wanted to keep the miles low for interested buyers. I almost lost my cool, but I politely told them they lost a sale. Lastly, the sales manager tried to tell me some BS that their Prestige was the only one with that configuration within 100 miles. I visited Genesis of Sterling the day prior, and I counted six Prestige versions on the lot! Any Genesis dealer, but Chantilly can have my business!

I bought a Genesis G90 from this dealership. The car drives great but the infotainment/car play integration is terrible. The service department is terrible here. Genesis vehicles are supposed to get Valet service which is not available. Stay away from this dealership. Lexus cars might not be as good but their service and support is much better.

Yesterday, my wife & I visited the Genesis dealership which shares spaces with Hyundai (who may still own it), but we walked around outside looking at a couple models that my wife was set on purchasing; however, we were NEVER approached, greeted, asked if we had any questions, or anything that youd probably expect from businesses that thrive on customer service despite what may be a quality product.So we decided to go inside the building to get a closer look inside open vehicles, and Im not sure why I should have expected something to change, but nothing changed. I was really disappointed as my wife had researched the vehicle for months and was set on buying one and could probably sell some of those models because she was so knowledgeable about them, but we both decided against it simply because of customer service, which I thought was really poor.We took our business elsewhere and purchased a vehicle, which she drove home yesterday.

We recently visited Hyundai of Chantilly to test drive an Santa Fe hybrid with M. J., we were treated courteously as always.Looking for a second car to allow long trips with minimum hassle. Based on our experience with several dealers in person, we reached out to M.J. from whom we had previously purchased our IONIQ.Our SUV requirements were based on my experience with a Kia Sorento, Jeep Cherokee, Renegade, Kia Soul and Rio.I can write about the details, but to cut it short, Each person we interacted with made sure we were comfortable and properly informed about the different choices we had.We ended up choosing a GV80 which we believe has been a solid recommendation so far.Thank you Team Genesis of Chantilly.

If you have a bad experience here its cause you went to the wrong sales man. go see Tucker Woolrich, hell do his best to get you the best deal possible and will work with you in any way possible. even after i bought my car from him he continues to help me out with things and its made things super convenient!

I went to test drive Genesis G80 and sale person Omid greeted me. When i told him that i want to test drive g80 and his attitude changed. He just tole me to wait for other associates. So i waited for 20 minutes and nothing happened, I asked him if they have g80 on stock and he said he does have it in stock. And i asked him how long i have to wait and he said he doesn’t know..... Dealer was not busy at all.... me and my wife was only customer in the dealership. With that kind of attitude I will not purchase a brand new car from this dealership. I’d rather go somewhere they treat customer better.
