This location happens to be one of the busiest locations. My only negative note for this place isnt really anything Costco can control and thats people stopped in the middle of aisles making it difficult to pass by them. They dont appear to be really doing much but either looking at their phone, a list, sleeping, or just staring off into space. Those who were price comparing would see you coming and get out of the way or be aware if you had to ask them to let you through.The reason for the 4 stars versus 5 stars is cleanliness of the parking lot. With that being said, much of the trash can be handled if customers were more considerate and disposed of their trash in proper receptacles versus the shopping carts. When I go to grab a cart from the cart rack near the entrance, I really shouldnt find trash in the carts. This is a small thing, really, but does make or break a first impression.Outside of that, the employees were quite courteous. The cashiers were efficient and professional and greeted with smile.

I love Costco, but is there ever a time when its not busy. Sheesh! I love the cheap lunches, but I wish they had more things to buy in drink isle in bulk.

I utilized the services of the hearing department. Ive received excellent service from Joe at the Chandler location over three years ago for a hearing test and follow up a year later. This visit was for the new Kirkland 10s. I felt the audio exam by Scott was thorough and look forward to picking up my aids in a couple weeks.

In general Costco has unbeatable price and good quality goods. I am writing this review to compare Costco at Chandler Fashion and Santan Village. I have used their tire center, optical department and pharmacy.The staff at optical department at Santan is extremely customer oriented, very polite and knowledgeable vs. I experienced some rudeness at Fashion mall location. This may be just the personality of some of their employees but I felt I was not respected, while talking about progressive lenses the guy replied me in a tone and language that felt like GTFO. This happened in 2019, I show the same guy at Fashion mall location, so I decided to try Santan location. I can say it was a delightful experience, I felt valued and respected.

I wish I could put more stars. I wish I could put a big sign everywhere so customers know to respect the store employees. They are doing the very best they can along with the truckers trying to deliver all the good we buy. Is there a way a big sign or someway to thank all the store employees and truckers?? Please tell me. Every time I go shopping I always have to see a ugly customer taking out their anger on an employee. Please let me know who to contact so all the employees be recognized. thank you!!!

What can I say about Costco? Shut up and take my money?It’s good stuff at good value. The ancillary offerings have been hassle-free and worthwhile. All of our major appliance purchases (washer, dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioners) have been through Costco because of a good experience with the automotive service center several years ago. One positive experience led to another.We’re hoping for the same good luck with the travel center later this year.

Low cost bulk items, discounted pet food, hearing aids. Also has pharmacy and eyeglass center. If you have a large family or a food business, it will save you bucks. Required membership, but discounted gasoline pays for it.

Costco doesnt good job of selling me large quantities of things that I need and occasionally tempting me into buying things I dont. I wish it was a little less busy but it comes with the territory.

You need to be very careful in what you purchase. There a lot of products that are overpriced, compared to the local food stores. Buying bulk does NOT mean you are saving money. Also, check the contents of packaged goods. Costco has reduced the amounts of products. Same price/less quantity: look at paper towels. Cut by 15% but same price. Why do you think the CEO is a multimillionaire ?

Great place always find something that I like and of good quality. The prices are affordable and the customer service great!

Only went for ⛽ but since I drive a handicapped 🚗 I use the line for help. The worker filled my 🚗 w a warm hello and pleasant attitude. Sometimes they are 👎 so cordial and have a why are you bothering meattitude. We 👍 the points on the C card. Adds up fast when you have a 🚗 🚚 and a van.

Excellent place to shop for bulk. They do have lightly different stuff at this location compared to tempe locations

The store or the employees werent the challenge for us. We regularly shop at a different Costco. We went here because theres an item we needed that was not at ours. People in the parking lot were horrible! Couldnt drive to save their life! Once we got inside the people drove their shopping carts the same way theyre driving their cars out in the parking lot, like a lunatic! Theres no courtesy whatsoever maybe its just the people of the neighborhood or that frequent thats location but we never plan on going back again unless we have to

Love, their cheaper gas, only complaint is they should update the pumps everywhere like they did in Avondale. The gas Island is huge there, so waiting time is minimal.

Thought coming here tonight was surely going to be a mad house. WRONG. Steady flow of customers but nothing overwhelming, like on a typical weekend (or major holiday)

Holding true to the Costco work ethos. Courteous and attentive staff. The main issue is that Costco can hopefully leverage their position as one of the largest retailers in the US to tackle the supply chain issues disrupting product availability.

Really good pricing when you buy whats available in whatever quantity its offered in. Also has savings on Travel, autos, glasses and various home improvement necessities! Used to refill super expensive ink cartridges but stopped for unknown reasons. Oh yes, everyone pays membership fees too which is softened a little by annual rebates! Would be neglectful if I didnt mention $1.50 dog and drink special!

Quick trip, gas. Then in for some hamburger, self check and out. About 35 minutes total 20 of it was in line for gas.

Store was very clean, everything we went in for was in stock and easy to get to. Check was fast using the self-checkout.

Full parking lot, lines move fast in the store, lots of great stuff!

Went in late this afternoon to sign up for a new membership. Jolene at customer service was very patient and very helpful. We had purchased a membership through Groupon so we would get the additional shoppers card. We initially purchased only the Gold, basic membership. But through the information that she provided, which was NOT a pushy sales presentation, we upgraded to the executive membership along with their Costco Visa card. Double the cash back at Costco and incredible cash back % at other retailers. All great, but we mostly got it for the rental car coverage!

Nice place to shop. You need a membership to shop at Costco: but, if you shop more than once a month, is well worth it: - unbeatable quality for the price.

MELVINA was sooooo I HELPFUL... She explained every discount possible and I am super for her being there today. I just signed up for the car insurance with connect and I save hundreds which are mind-blowing. The upgrade was well worth it. Also, I love this Costco overall and Ive been to most of them and this location is the BEST. AL stay ROCKING it at the door💪🏾 I love seeing your face when I walk in and out.

It was great but a customer said, get out of my way or I will run your a$$ over. I was reaching for a bag of oranges. 🤷‍♀️

We come here at least 4 times a month. They are always bringing a new product to the floor that can make life easier. I just wish they Sent out emails thats provided that info instead of me having to go their all the time. (Hint hint Costco)

Its still not my favorite Costco - but Im adding a star because the pharmacy staff was EXCELLENT.

Just went to the pharmacy. Line went quickly, didnt have to wear a mask. Was not too crowded.Even found a close up parking space. All in all a good trip to Costco.

It was good! Helpful staff in clothing. Also despite the packed parking lot, the checkout lines seemed shorter than expected. Costco wherever, is always packed however. Still missing the samples!

Whats to say. COSTCO is great for old people that are not rich or poor. Going to Hawaii this summer. First stop of our car will be at Costco. Thank God for Costco.

Good selction except, a lot of sale prices from the merchandise does not reflect on the receipt. When you get home, items you purchased are still at regular price.

Great to go right when it opens, you wont have a hard time parking or moving around the store with your cart, and the checkout lines will be almost non existent.

Love Costco because they have great quality stuff for reasonable prices. Sometimes I find treasures too. I hope we can start the free samples soon. I miss that!

Staff was overwhelmed moving inventory, it was too busy and crowded, wrong day to move inventory. We felt for the staff and it was a stressful shopping experience for myself and friends.

Very organized, employees were helpful and provided great customer service. It was my first time getting gas here and was confused on how to use the digital card. BTW you have to get the attendant to help out with digital cards. Found Vital Proteins 2lb bottle for $29. I t comes in Coco flavored and Unflavored. I dont know whats up with the Croissant and the chicken being burnt lately though. Its not just this location its pretty much everywhere Ive tried.

Went about an hour before close, it was a little busy but was still able to get around fast because of the big isles. Probably best to go on a weekday. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to looking for specific items.

Need better signs on produces and other products. Hard to find prices.

Its always best to go right when it opens, you wont have a problem parking, getting in, or moving around the store with your cart, also the checkout lanes will be almost nonexistent.

I mean the store is great and all but the dudes at the cell phone kiosk is where it’s at. Super chill bros. 10/10 would buy a phone every week from those dudes even if I were $50,000 in debt 🤙🤙

Virtually one choice for each product but they are almost always the best. I wish they werent always moving everything around but sometimes I find great new stuff. We buy almost all of our meat here and they have great deals on alcohol too. Go during the day during the week to move around and check out quickly.

They had everything I needed and checkout was very smooth and fast.

Even if you dont want to buy in bulk, you just cant beat the prices and variety! I saved $.30 a gallon on gas alone! That will pay for my membership 3 times over!

The gas pays for the yearly membership alone, but the bulk food and meat even more so. Love the prices, although the crowds can be a bit much

Meeeeh, Mediocre experience and I got my membership today. Getting my membership took almost an hour and I was the ONLY person in line. The gas prices I was told, I had to go online to obtain or come inside the store. Not an awesome start to a one -year relationship. But we will see...

Although the parking lots was a cluster, I was actually impressed on the short lines today (a Friday), which we try to do when we do visit because of the chaos that occurs at all Costcos. I need this experience every time.

Costco is always busy but that is because they have the best deals. I suggest getting there early and on the weekday otherwise just enjoy the busyness. Also I find the best deal is for 505 green chilies. You will not find it cheaper nor bigger than what Costco sells.

Supply issue is hitting Costco. No Kirkland brand paper towels and no toilet paper anywhere. 🙄

Great location for shopping and this Costco is kept clean & well stock. The employees are always friendly here! Customer service & membership could have more help though.

Always love coming to this Costco, especially since they moved some aisles around to match the same configuration from the one I used to go to. Thursday night must be the night to come. Not crowded or lines for checkout

Costco is always a great place to go. They have such a great selection on things. Especially during Christmas time with all their gift sets whether it be clothes, liqueur, fruit baskets and much much more. I would recommend getting a Costco membership and especially shopping there during Christmas time. I found it Thanksgiving when I bought a huge pumpkin pie $5.99. Thats the grocery stores were signed not even half that size of pumpkin pie for the same price. So what if you have extra isnt thats what Thanksgiving is about leftovers. Oh Yes I cant forget the BEAUTIFUL bouquet of assortmented of flowers I picked up for my stepmother. She was still talking about them and admire in them three days after she received them. They still look beautiful. Thanks Costco

The store itself is always clean and well organized. When there are long lines the employees always try to get you in and out as fast as possible, they always have great attitudes. The pharmacy and deli are a different story, I have had some questionable encounters in both departments. I understand both can get busy, but the lack of concern from the employees is disheartening, especially because the regular store employees do such a good job of meeting your needs. The employees in the optical department are also amazing!The parking here is terrible! But, I think that is a problem at every Costco.

Never had any issues before with this costco until now! I find it a little confusing how some of these employees think because you work at a register you can treat customers however you like. Kaden wasnt a friendly person at all. Talked to the manager and he sounded confident in taking care of the matter but guess we will see.

Costco as a whole is a win for me. I have a sams membership as well. We had not renewed costco as we did not live in an area they have Costcos. So, I got a wild hair and purchased a new one. I specifically asked for the regular membership and was charged for executive. It was quite the run around to fix. To the point I was ready to just refund the whole thing and move on. David, the manager wasnt a great help.
