Never use Rotz Oil! I have been a loyal customer of Rotz Oil for years, always paid my bill, etc. Never had a problem with them until today. The guy who delivers the oil, Jerry, called me and was extremely unprofessional, rude and even hateful to me because I believe my tank is empty and wanted them to deliver oil. Apparently, he is still angry because the last time he delivered to me, the tank wouldnt hold the minimum delivery amount. (The gauge on my oil tank isnt working and Ive been trying to find someone to replace it. Thats been causing headaches for me, not knowing how much oil I actually have.) But even so, he lost his temper with me for no reason and when I told him it wasnt right, he got even more hateful. I talked to the woman in the office about it and she never apologized or admitted what he did was uncalled for. Im through with them.

Been using Rotz Oil for the last 6+ years and they have never been anything but friendly and accommodating. Would recommend them to anyone.
