The staff at MotivWerks is great. They are knowledgeable and keep you informed every step of the way during your vehicle repair. The building is clean and comfortable. The Service technicians treat your vehicle like their own and have a separate quality control check on it before you leave the facility. They have earned my business. I will be going back for any future work I need.

I wanted a new exhaust on my car because of a rattle and wanted more sound so I brought my car to these guys considering I figured they were fairly new and thought I would give them a chance! I asked if I could have my car back by the next day and they made sure I had it back in a timely manner just as they promised! They were up front and honest about the issues they found and gave me a great deal on redoing the entire exhaust! You guys earned my business and I do not plan on going anywhere else! I drove my old 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to work at LEMC and on my way there from York,PA I lost my brakes at a railroad crossing when someone decided to stop I had to jam on brakes that caused a brake line to rupture. I needed the repair completed that same day as I would have been stranded. I was able to get my Jeep worked on and fixed properly with no issues afterwards while I was working. They even drove me to work after dropping off my Jeep. Great service and professional quality work. The price for the job seemed fair. They are not the cheapest garage around but they very well might be the Best! In life you get what you pay for!

I decided to try this business as our normal mechanic couldn’t fit us in this week. I run a business and am limited on time to get the servicing done on the truck. I scheduled an appointment and went in for an oil change and new fuel filters. Keep in mind, I purchase my own supplies (filters & oil) and take them to the appointment. I was charged $289 for one hour of labor. I could have taken it to a dealership for half this price but as a business owner myself, I try to support other small businesses. This is one and done for me.Update: A week later we received a call from the owner. He was on vacation the week we had our truck serviced. When he came back, he became aware of the situation and investigated. He even called the dealership to inquire on their price. He said it was obvious they price gouged us. He said there must have been a computer glitch and his employees didnt catch it which he was still investigating as to why they did not catch it. My husband had brought it to the employees attention that day but it still was not caught. He apologized and offered a $200 refund to rectify their mistake. So my advice would be if you take your vehicle here and you feel something is wrong, speak with the owner. He seems to be honest and the fact he called and made it right will make us more willing to reach out to this company for services in the future.

I am an on the go type of person from being a full time mom and full time employee, I was able to drop my van off explained the top priorities that I wanted/needed fixed and they sent me on my way to work with a rental car and within a day they had my van fixed up and ready to go for the weekend, fast and convenient work done, they also have a few credit options if you cant pay up front so you make payments on them and helps build your credit at the same time. Every other place I have tried getting a credit line I was denied due to insufficient credit/low credit score and MotivWerks hooked me up and I was approved within seconds of filling out the application. They werent pushy with selling things like most places are. I will admit that pricing was a bit over what any other places would charge however the convenience of staying on the road and getting my van fixed in a timely manner I can not complain. Thanks to all that work there 😊

Brought in my 03 Toyota Highlander in for inspection and exaust work. Upon inspection they found my transfer seal was leaking bad. Had them replace it with Original manufacturer part as they recommend.So far Im having no issues with the seal leaking and Im back to enjoying my quiet suv.Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable about the work they do. If you want to take your vehicle to a place you can trust, they are it! They don’t find “extra” things wrong or try to sell you something you don’t need. They were out of loaner cars and someone was available to take me to work so I didn’t have to wait. They offered to pick me up and bring me back too, but I had someone who could take me. MotivWerk is a very professional business. I was very impressed by how they have though about almost any detail to provide a full packet for the customers. They clearly have out a lot of though on customer satisfaction.I was a traveler when my car broke down close by. Another Mechanic actually recommended me MotivWerks. They were able to diagnose the car, find time to change all plugs, coils, and valve covers in only a couple of days. Every mechanic in the area said that it would take them at least a week to look at it.I would definitely recommend MotivWerks if you are looking for a professional and full service.

Came here with my 97 astro van once due to fuel gauge not working properly. The guy wanted to charge me over $1000 to replace my fuel pump assembly. It was a bit excessive. Talked to a couple of other mechanics around area just to get another opinion and they all said they would charge me no more than $600. I ended up settling with one that only charged me $330 for everything. Saved a ton of money and fuel gauge is now working properly.

I have used MotivWerks twice now for different issues that came up with my car. They have been truly wonderful! Justin and Annette are both fantastic. Both times Justin walked me through what needed done to fix the problem and why (without talking down to me which Ive had at other places). The fees are transparent and you cannot beat their 36 month/ 36,000 mile warranty. Both times they provided me with a loaner car and had my car in and out with quality work done on it in a day or less!Justin even went above and beyond to take the extra time to make sure the light on my dash reset for my peace of mind. I moved to this area last year and had no idea where to take my car; Im so glad I found them! Highly recommend!

I found them by dumb luck. I was searching for a mechanic for my MINI near me and they were not even in the top 5 results when they were only 20 minutes away. Ive only really spoken to two guys there and each time I went in, they were honest, really nice and did what was needed as fast as possible. They made suggestions without trying to up sell me. I 100% recommend going to them for any vehicle needs. And the new facility is really cool. Lots more room.

I would just like to take a few mins and express my gratitude to this garage. These guys did a wonderful job working on my car. They took their time and went over my car with a fine tooth comb. They fixed many things plus more at their own expense. They offered my family and I a rentle car for the week and a half they had my car. When I picked my car up from them and called them with any type of problem they were at my rescue within 15 minutes. They wasted absolutely no time coming to help. My son’s 2003 Acura RSX needed a lot of work for PA inspection. The team was very professional and immediately took the car for service. They also loaned us a nice rental for use while all work was completed. They discussed all the work needed and costs upfront. Definitely will return for any service needs.

Nothing worse than starting your day with a nail in your tire. I called Motiv since I drive past the new location daily and saw it was finally open. They told me to pop in and theyd look at it. 45 minutes later I was all fixed up and handed back my keys with a smile. Customer service is a big deal these days and MotivWerks was top notch!!
