Jeremy once again thank you for taking the time to fully explain everything for me and letting me lay on all the beds ! Hahaha had a fun time and enjoyed my first experience at sleep number ! Most of my decision making also had to do with customer service I was provided. I could have went anywhere else, but I was very satisfied with my service here ! So far just waiting on my bed ! Salesman was very helpful helping us get a new pillow, back support and knee pillow.We came in with a $150.00 reward for recommending a friend for a new mattress, there was no pressure to purchase anything else. (That was very nice) When we are ready for a new mattress we will return to this store.

Melissa G in Cerritos store was fantastic. We called ahead to make an appointment and I was so excited we did. She was helpful and so informed about the beds and product options. She was terrific. I’m so excited to get the new bed soon.

Jeremy, the sales guy helped my brother and sister inlaw up with a new bed. I purchased mine a few years ago. Everything was seamless and they bought and are having there new bed delivered next weekend.

For Covid-19, youll need to call and make an appointment. Our rep wasnt very helpful and didnt offer much customer sevice. I had to ask all the questions and its like there was no presentation. I could go around myself and read the signs too.

There beds are GLORIFIED blow up mattress. My back would hurt while sleeping. So I bought a sleep number for $5000 thinking that would solve problem. NO my back got worse and sleep time went down. The 100 days are NOT ENOUGH TIME.. You need at LEAST SIX MONTHS especially with the PRICE. This will give you enough time to tell if its good for you or not. Its a lot of money to find out its not comfortable..

We went to purchase a new sleep number bed and spoke with Melissa.G. She was very informative, advised us we could just repair our old one, but we decided to purchase a new one and repair the older one for our guest room. What a deal! This is the 3rd one weve had ourselves and weve also purchased one in the past for a gift. We could not be happier. After trying 3 times to get a sleep number bed on credit and being denied I saved money and went paid cash as I told the store clerk I would, I waited for the black friday sale and went in I was treated with nothing but kindness now Im waiting on my bed to be delivered.

Do not got here. these people just want to sell you their bed and you have to buy there sheets and bedding you cant just go in to bed bath and beyond,j c pennys, or any other place and buy bedding for there bed. I say no way. to sleep number. Its any memory foam mattress with airbags...

I bought this bed about 11 months ago and Ive had back pain and sleepless nights ever since. Every time I went into the store to complain or spoke on the phone with customer service I was told it would take some time for me to adjust. Once I passed the 100 day trial. They started telling me I can no longer return to bed and I must try other alternatives. Its now been about 11 months and I am having back and shoulder problems, I have to see a chiropractor 3x a week and the mattress has sunk in the middle. After speaking to the supervisor and manager at the corporate I keep getting the same response that they will not take the mattress back. They gave me some foam to Put in the middle of the Mattress to keep it from sinking but that didnt help. Now Im stuck with a $4000 Bed thats done more damage to me in a year then Ive ever had in my whole life. Dont buy from here!!! Read the policy carefully.

Hands Down the best store and sales staff around. These guys are super chill and you can ask just about anything and they have the correct and best answer. We worked with Michael Ryan, whom was incredible and as we were on the fence if we really needed another Sleep number for the guest room, he let us know about the special deals that had just come out with set us all up with another sleep number bed. Also Im not sure his co-workers names but as we waited for Michael to finish with his current client the co-workers lent assistance as well to help, Really great Team environment, Guys staff at the Cerritos, CA store . Lets not forget again we have 1 King SleepNumber and just got another these are the best beds I have ever owned. easy to maintain, operate, move (serious i bet alot of people forget about this part you know how heavy those Dead Pig Beds are right) the sleep number is super light!!! Customer service is Great, We have not had any issues with our current bed at all. Just hands down the best deal out there hit up Michael Ryan, check out these beds, before you invest in a Dead Pig Bed and then mess your back up moving it and have to buy a sleep number after all!!!
