They have really great prices. A great selection of clothes. Ive saved over a hundred dollars getting clothes for my son for work. He even found a beautiful wolf blanket on sale. Great place!!

Lots of stock! Was surprised at how packed it was with great stock.Bought four pairs of jeans, and one fleece shirt for $57! And everything was Lee brand. Great prices and great items to choose from!

I was returning a few items. The cashier was very rude. She asked me if the Jeans had been washed. I said no. Then she lowered her mask and smelled them. For one thing she shouldnt be lowering her mask and putting her nose and mouth near them. She then called someone else to check them. After I said again they hadnt been washed or warn she said ok. She also asked about the underwear what was wrong. I said they dont fit. Then she said oh so you wore them. I said no. I just decided they were the wrong size. And they still had the tag on them. She didnt say anything about the bra I brought back. Then she asked do you have the receipt. I told her again (I already told her it was in the jean pocket). She really needs to go to a class to learn about customer service!!!!!!!

Busy place but Covid protocol was being adhered to.I was able to find the items, I was looking for. And of course, a few just because they were a great price.Lots of sale items.

I would give 0 if I could. Talk about rude employees. I read the sign wrong on the door about dogs and a emoloyee rudely told me hes not allowed in the store and we needed to leave! She also told me we are NOT pet friendly! Wow.... okay.... could have been a lot nicer about it lady.....

I always find a good deal there. And find things i need for my family. They carry size 16 socks for my giant family.

..these are the same retailers screaming that theyre being killed by this virus, but dont open their doors until noon on Sundays....were from out of town and travel down here 65 miles round trip.. to wait around 2 hours for them to open.. should have stayed home like a good virus believer, and just bought what I wanted on the internet..

There are good deals, pretty good selection. The washrooms are small when there is a lot of customers, but seemed to be reasonably well maintained today. Freeway access is great when travelling north, less so the other way

Went to the Lee Outlet in Chehalis. When entering the store, I had my mask but my husband has a medical issue and doctors letter stating he can not wear a mask. The older cashier lady was very rude, she yelled from her station, you need a mask. We explained the situation, told her that he was excempt according to the Governor. She said no, you need to leave, still very loud. She said you can come back after hours and shop, we can have someone open the store. That would be great, but we were tired and waiting around till later would put us on the road late. We have shopped here since they opened, but probably wont any more. Id like to complain to an executive, but they wouldnt give me a number or name.ewafrom out of town and were getting tired..she was rude in announcing the issue to everyone within hearing and continued to be. One star only because they have a very limited quantity. Sadly, they are going out of business before Christmas. This was my must visit store here at the Centralia outlet mall.

I like to try here first as they have good prices. Selection is pretty good as well. If you catch the sales & clearance you can get things really cheap. Definitely worth a try before shopping somewhere more expensive.

We hit a great sale. We are are Rewards members and that made it a super shopping trip. Quality of stock and condition was excellent as usual. Staff were helpful and not to busy to assist. Mens and Womens choices were plentiful. We did not shop children or youth,but saw many in this age group being shoes for and multiple purchases made.

This store is HUGE! It would take a while to see everything they have to offer, but its not hard to find what you need when you are looking. I wear a very hard to find size of pants, and I come here every few years to stock up. I found jeans that fit me PERFECTLY in four different colors and styles and only spent $90! Why would I go anywhere else?

Found the best dresses! Love them so much I went and got 3 more after the first.

OMG.....check the fine print on the back of your receipt.....When you go into VF Outlet, you dont expect a 200.00 pair of jeans...but you do expect to be able to wear what you buy. I tried the jeans on yesterday....they fit fine. Came home and washed them in cold water....went to wear them today and they are shrunk to maybe a size 8 or smaller. I went back only to find that they wont take them back. I just flushed the money down the washer drain. I guess you are expected to buy them, never wash them and if they shrink....too bad. FYI

Pretty awesome place overall. Lots of stuff in all departments and lots of clearance racks stuffed full of great deals! The only reason it didnt get all 5 stars was they dont make overhead closing announcements, but instead have employees turn off half the lights to the store when you are in the fitting room and then talk loudly to one another about different ways to get customers out so they could leave too. I felt rushed and was unaware they were even closing until then too! A simple message when walking in a quarter to close or an overhead shoppers we are closing in ten minutes, please proceed to checkout, thank you would have been nice.

This store is really easy to find, just right off the freeway! This store is neat and clean and jammed pack with sale and reasonable priced clothing, accessories, and other items for the whole family. Oh and also if youre traveling, its also near other clothing stores, places to eat gas stations, banks and a grocery store😊

Absolutely will not return to this store! We had a terrible experience with incredibly rude employees that got way out of line. The clothing is scattered all over the racks so instead of each rack having the same size I had to search thru a dozen racks which each had my size. The sale prices are quite good however a lot of fabric quality is closer to Ross than to Macys so theyre not made for durability or longevity. One employee (Maddie) stood out as being personable and professional so I have to at least mention that. I almost walked out after being treated so badly (my friend did and refused to spend money there) but I did buy a few things. All in all, poor customer service and wont go back.

We purchased a belt over the weekend. The belt was marked $9.99, but we were overcharged at $15.99. I called the store to resolve and spoke with the store manager. They refused to refund the difference stating that I needed to come in person (1.5 hours from home) to protect my security. I called to try to resolve at the corporate level, but all they handle are discrepancies in reward points. Needless to say -- watch prices of everything you buy, and better yet, do not buy from there. I will no longer be shopping there. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Please relay this information to all your friends and family, so that they do not suffer the same experience. I have to give it one star to allow it to post. The store deserves a zero.

I love the prices here. Especially on kids clothes. I wish they would sell shoes. Then it would be the perfect place to shop. Its sometimes to crowded but i guess thats to be expected.

Crammed packed with clothes! Ladies and mens, maybe some children. Always tons of sales racks, 40, 50 and 70% off. Great prices on ladies bras and other intimate items. Downside, so crowed with racks of clothes a little hard to move around sometimes. Easy return policy. Not designer clothes.

I only give the store 2 stars instead of 1 because I like my wrangler jeans I got there, and a thermal shirt. Its really hard to find anything of good quality at this store. I found most things I liked were paper thin. For example, warm looking winter pajamas, paper thin for $20. That is a clearance price. That was the issue I found with most everything, very thin but priced as something that would keep you warm and last more than a couple years. Got a blouse last summer, very cute but following the washing directions it still fell apart.

This is one of our favorite stores at the factory stores! Great prices on many brand names we love (Wrangler & Rider jeans, Reebok, etc..). They also have a rewards program, if you join, they send coupons via email and birthday rewards to spend the month of your birthday.

Those two young men at the cashier are awesome. Go above and beyond to help customer and very friendly as well.Thank you for the amazing shopping experience.

It was terrible! This used to be my favorite place to shop, but it has gone downhill in recent years! They literally had three styles of bathing suits to choose from and they were all ugly! Then I was told if I bought two mens bottoms something of equal or lesser value would be free. So I was sent to find so.ething that equaled $9.97. Soon, very frustrated, I told the girl how ridiculous that was since NOTHING in that store is $9.97 or less!!! I my old them how awful the store had become and walked away from the whole order. Staff is nice, but their inventory is lacking style and range of choices!!

I always love the prices and selection but cleanliness doesnt appear to be on the management and employees list of priorities. Dressing rooms were dirty and dusty and the bathroom usually is similar to an ignored outside entrance restroom at a gas station.
