Their covid tests take forever to come back. Use CVS whatever lab CVS is using took less than 48 hours. The girl who answered the phone yesterday told me she couldn’t even look up my name and the email I gave to get the results. I explained to her it was in the computer and she sighed and said “hold on” and came back with my email. However she didn’t give me any of the information you just gave me which is extremely helpful. Somehow this information needs to get passed down the employee line. Thank you for responding. I really do appreciate it.

The staff was very friendly and I got my prescription Within 10 minutes, Christy entered my insurance information quickly and was very nice. I normally use Kroger but this is my pharmacy now 🙂

Facility is always clean and stocked well. Staff always greet you when you walk in, even if theyre busy, and they are always willing to help. Theyre very attentative, kind, and professional. This counts for the retail portion and pharmacy portion of the store.

The pharmacy department is just plain ridiculous.How you going to tell someone whos inside store waiting on a prescription, Were going to lunch, youll have to come back after 2 p.m. this was around noonish .I honestly cant even put words around that.My son went to get prescription doctor had called in, and it had been 45 minutes. He needed to pick up before he went into work.Just plain rude and very very unprofessional.I will be contacting corporate. Not that itll do any good. Seems to be the nature of people nowadays.

Very knowledgeable and helpful - pharmacy staff is OUTSTANDING.

Staff is always in the back you have to ring a bell and wait for someone to help you. No one knows how the western union works. Staff is rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to customers they just want to keep to telling you they cant help you without hearing you out or even putting an effort into providing you a solution. Just go to Kroger, they have people who are knowledgeable and actually want to be there.

Product was in wrong place on the shelf so it rung up the incorrect price. The gentleman worker eagerly walked back to verify the product and helped me get the cheaper one that I wanted. Helped me quickly sign up for rewards so I could get discount on another item.

Wow!...No help whatsoever!....used app to find coupon for med..this location shows up w/cheapest option for med...lady in pharmacy tells me they dont have the med & she has to have prescription to order..ok..said I could bring in...she doesnt want to take a chance that distribution ctr doesnt have it!

Terrible pharmacy! They never have anything my doctor called in a prescription 5 days ago And they still cant find it They left them a voicemail they havent check their voicemails The quality of this pharmacy is terrible this is happened to me more than once Im changing my pharmacy
