Bought a BRAND NEW CAR from this dealership. Was only provided 1 key was told they would call when the other arrived or ordered a new one 3 weeks later I get a call make an appointment head 45 min down, wait 45 min to be told they LOST THE KEY AGAIN!!!!!!! I’m now heading home still with only 1 key for my BRAND NEW CAR and no worries from the dealership. They say they are the best when you buy a car but from this experience I would not recommend or make sure they have your keys before you sign the line for your new carEDIT: After leaving the dealership on Sat 7/24 without my key, I got 15 min down the highway and they called that they found the key, I had to turn around waste more time drive back down there. NO REMORSE FOR ANY OF MY TIME. I called General Manager Courtney Goodgain this morning before 9am, was told he was there and would call back NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Such a disappointment. I will NOT be getting any of my service done at this dealership. Beyond disappointed on the way I have been dealt with after purchasing a BRAND NEW CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
I went to them when I first came to CO and I had recalls on my Kia. They were friendly and got the work done within the day. I figured I would bring my car back here for any future repairs. However I have changed my mind. I contacted their after hours chat who said that I would be contacted about my repair request. All I ever got was spam email about wanting to buy a car. After the 3rd one I started replying back saying if you really valued me you would send an actual email.Then I CALLED and was connected to a service persons voicemail. It has been 3 days an NO ONE has contacted me. I am giving up on this location and am just going to go to a local shop that I have heard great things about (and is an AAA approved shop)EDIT***I once again have tried to get in touch with them and was told they would call me. If they are calling they are not leaving messages.

The company installing a new windshield, ordering through this dealer, for me has been unsuccessful for MONTHS.We have no idea what is going on.

Was charged 120$for paint on my receipt on a thieft repair. Where the lock was ripped out theres gouges all over the door. Where did this 100 bucks worth of paint go??
