He did whatever it took to help me and when there was issues with the front bumper, I was able to bring it in and have their repair team fix it. The main man on the job was Tyler and they did a great job with the paint on it. As for the man who handled my paperwork, Jeremy did an awesome job and made it a quick, easy experience. He also went into depth about the paper work all the way through and made sure I understood it all the way. Very pleased with my service

I own a 2019 Ram 1500. My 4 wheel drive had an issue. I made an appointment to get it looked at. I worked with Troy Candelaria from start to finish. He kept me in the loop the whole time (which was only two days). They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. These guys are pro’s. I will buy another Ram from them since they took such good care of me. Thanks again Troy!

I bought Challenger 2020 a few days ago. Carter (sales person) was very friendly and extremely helpful during the whole procedure.The only issue i had was that after car wash, water was not dried up before handing over the car to me, those water spots on the car dried up into dust later on and that looked really bad on car, and those dust spots reduced but still there even after 2nd wash that they did for me.But thanks to Carter who remained in contact and was very helpful throughout.

While I personally question some of the archaic processes car dealerships still keep in use in todays industry, this Autonation dealership did an outstanding job ensuring my used vehicle was delivered clean, safe and fully operational despite my unique situation.In addition, huge credit and thanks to my sales professional Gustavo(Goose) for his professionalism and communication throughout the process. He exemplifies customer service and still went above and beyond expectations despite some of the roadblocks the vehicle and his management placed in his way to complete the sale and ensure my complete satisfaction.Gustavo was always personable, clear with the processes and frequently checked in on my situation and vehicle. I would expect this level of service if I was purchasing a high end luxury vehicle and not the used vehicle I purchased.I highly recommend Gustavo for future vehicle purchases but an individual of this caliber is destined for greater things, and management should not hesitate to elevate this individual.

The sales side of my experience was good and straightforward. It took a little longer than expected to pick up the car, but that wasnt a problem. The detail department did a good job cleaning the car.I was, however, disappointed with the service department. As soon as I got on the highway the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light came on. I had my son look into it(a mechanic of three years and three ASEs) The tires were all under 30 PSI and the recommend pressure is 35. While airing up the tires, my son also notice that the tires were not rotated, which are both things that should always happen to a car at a dealership. These few things make me nervous for the rest of the car and if it was inspected properly, but the car has treated me well so far.

We were in an accident driving a 2019 dodge journey. We were T-boned and we were found not at fault. All the airbags deployed. The first picture was the day after the accident, so thankfully no one was injured. We were stranded in Denver Colorado and even though we had rental insurance on our vehicle, all the rental cars were completely sold out. We had to get a ride to the Jeep dealership, and since I have always known it to be Jeep, Dodge, Ram coming from the east coast. I didn’t realize they were 2 separate dealerships out here. First I wanna say thank you to the jeep dealership on Centennial for referring us to the Dodge dealership, and thank you to the Dodge dealership for picking us up at the jeep dealership at 8:30 PM. Mike Palermo the salesman and Jeromy the finance guy and there manager were all beyond the best group of guys that I could ever imagine. They stayed all night after hours making sure we would have a car to get 26 hours home, and a ride to the hotel to be safe. They are not your typical car dealer. They were extremely helpful, extremely caring, extremely kind, extremely honest, very reasonably priced, and all-around the best car dealership I’ve ever been to. I hope the owner of this dealership reads this review and makes sure that these guys are taken care of, because they are constantly taking care of their customers. I was unable to take a survey, because my email address was entered incorrectly, but I would love to fill out a survey on these guys because they deserve more than a raise. they deserve more than 5 stars. They should be the example for all dealerships around the entire USA. Thank you so much Mike and Jeromy. We will never forget what you did for us. We love you guys. And needless to say we went with a 2020 dodge journey, because after that accident, We don’t think we would feel safe in anything else.

Took my vehicle to get it repaired, I was able to get in the same day as it was being towed in. I was in contact with William from start to finish, he did a fantastic job at keeping me updated even when I forgot about my vehicle for a day, he made sure I understood exactly what what being done to my vehicle and why. The process was a breeze they received my vehicle Monday night and I got a message Thursday at 7:00 am letting me know it was ready for pick up. I cannot stress enough how painless it was and a very fair price. I will absolutely come back here and get my next vehicle from them. We recently moving to Colorado from Arizona and desperately needed to get rid of my rear wheel drive Mercedes and into a truck before the winter. With the current vehicle shortage we were worried we wouldnt be able to find anything that would fit our family. We showed up and Andy Dang was able to help us out. I went in for an oil change on my 2019 Ram 2500 on 8/17/21. This was only the 2nd oil change on my 2500 since my truck only has 9,000 miles on it. Justin was my supervisor and did a great job of assisting me. Once I gave Justin the key fob to my truck, AutoNation completed my oil change in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. When I got home and after I had parked my truck in my garage for about 2 hours, I had a small puddle of oil under my truck. I crawled underneath my truck to find that the dealership had not wiped off the oil on the frame of truck, or they didnt go a very good job of wiping down the frame. I like keeping a clean truck, so it was frustrating to see all of the oil on the underside of my truck. Two days later I noticed another drop of oil on my driveway from my truck, so I crawled underneath my truck again to clean some additional oil off the frame of my truck. Considering I paid $147 for the oil change, I would hope that the dealership could do a better job of wiping the oil off the frame of my truck after the oil was drained. Thanks for listening to my concern.

Very timely service tech that has been taking care of my vehicle for years. very attentive to my needs and listens to my concerns. Needed a warranty part, Radiator, to repair my vehicle so the service man ordered it. Never did get a call when it came in, I ended up calling 6 weeks later to confirm they had it. Otherwise always great service.

Andy worked hard to get us a great car. He gave us his honest iopinion on the various vehicles we were considering and sent me multiple options over a few weeks. When I went back in to check out what he had again, he wanted to be sure I had a good experience. He worked to accommodate my schedule and help make sure I could get my daughter to her dance class, then treated me to lunch while we were trying out cars. Excellent service!

Went to AutoNation for scheduled oil change. Service Writer Austin was very un-enthusiastic and acted as though I was interrupting his day. And again when I called this morning to question the type of oil used (10w-30 vs. normal 15w-40 for a diesel) he acted as though I was an annoyance and said this is a heavy duty oil. When I asked about the oil change frequency, he stated they just use flat 5000 mile no matter what vehicle or engine type. Very unprofessional and condescending.

I went in to look at vehicles and see if I found anything in my price range. I specifically told the employee/salesman to not run my credit and he ended up running it anyway. Lying, late to the appointment, no negotiation at all prices are strict. Very very angry and disappointed because it dinged my credit when I wasn’t anywhere close to buying any vehicle at all today. Had several small issues and recall on my renegade. They had my vehicle for 2 days after which they barely looked at it and when I left, the tire sensor light and seat warmer lights were still on after I asked them to look at it. So I basically paid for a diagnostic for them to not figure out what was wrong. They then found a crack in my oil pan and said it would cost 800$ to fix when I found another reputable shop who ended up doing it for 400$. Won’t be going back. The service manager was nice which is the only reason two stars instead of one

The issues with my 2018 Ram 2500 were diagnosed quickly, parts were ordered and replaced when the parts arrived. I was out of town when my truck repairs were completed and my truck was safely stored for 6 days at the dealership until I returned.

An awesome dealership. The staff is friendly and customer oriented. After test driving we were not pressured to make a deal. We took a couple days and Goose was with us every step of the way! We finalized mostly everything so when we returned all they needed was signatures and I walked out of there with my dream car!

Next time you bring a vehicle in for a recall and additional work, verify with them that they actually did all the work, don’t take their word for it when they call to say they are done. Took care of the additional work, ignored the recall. They did take care of it, but had to schedule another day and time to get it done. In the end though, they did a good job. Just annoyed that this was not flagged in their system as to the SAFETY recall due and either ignored or just had NO clue?

Outstanding customer service from Brayshon. With how the inventory is all over the state, he kept us up to date on when the truck we were looking for would be in. I was in a hit and run accident in an older car I had, the car was totaled and I had to find a new car. I was very frustrated and stressed and these guys made it so easy. Andy Dang helped me find the truck of my dreams. He was fast and informative, easy to work with. Anything I wanted done or looked over he made happen. Tyler helped buff some scratches and marks off the truck and they made it look brand new! Manager David helped walk me through some of the features I was unsure about. The purchase process seemed to be good; we liked it and we bought a car; drove home satisfied.Later we discovered that the Colorado State form DR-2395, application for title, was not the way we wanted it to be. Per that form as we signed it and received it from the dealer (part of the buying process on the day we bought the car), the title was NOT going to be Joint-Tenancy WRTOS. (We wanted Joint-Tenancy WTROS).So we contacted the dealer, various ways, SIX TIMES, to get that fixed/changed. It was only after we drove back to the dealership in person (6th contact attempt) that anything really happened. They emailed to us the form that they actually submitted to the State for the car title, and it had the desired options marked, with our signatures, so all was good - as far as the title was concerned.BUT, the form that they submitted to the state had been changed from the way it was when we signed it. Apparently they changed it AFTER we signed it. (We have the original, signed, form, to show that.)I wonder if that is legal behavior on their part - to change the paperwork after the customer signs it. I definitely think it is not good behavior on their part . (For not good behavior, think very bad behavior.)Also, it was bad on their part that they ignored this issue for five times of contacting them, that only when we went in physically in person that then they paid attention to the issue.

This place had good prices and great conditions that made me more comfortable buying a car, like their 90 warranty offer. Andy and Simon were very helpful and patient with me and my husband, and were a key factor in us deciding to go forward and purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend this place.

So over all wasnt too bad of a experience. Jeromy in Fiancing was awesome, very informative and a good guy in general. But the car was dirty, had no gas and then filled to barely half tank after I asked them to fill it and once I got off the lot a low tire alarm popped up within 2 mins.

Great service, Bill the service advisor got me in right away to get a tire replacement under my protection plan! No impact to my vacation! Highly recommend!

He checks on how things are going with the new vehicle. He goes out of his way to make customers happy and takes care of them! Al is definitely someone you’d want to go to! The dealer was very helpful and polite. However now that I have bought a vehicle for them they don’t seem very interested in are relationship moving foreward. I have call the dealership several times and left voicemails and no one has called me back very frustrating. After posting this review I did receive a call back and my problem was addressed so I have changed my 2 star to a 3. This is a fine place to buy a car and I would shop here again.

It was a great, hassle-free no pressure sales experience.Our great experience took a nosedive when it was time to sign the paperwork. The finance employee (I dont know his name since he walked PAST me to only shake my husbands hand and looked through me to only talk with my husband when we were outside discussing the vehicle) completely ruined the buying experience to the point that I wasnt even happy about my beautiful new vehicle anymore. You see, I had to provide references, paystubs, employment contract, proof of residence and had a hard pull on my credit... BUT he took out upon himself to NOT actually put me on the application to the bank AND not tell us until the contracts were ready to sign.I walked into his office and was simply asked to sign over the POA on my trade-in and go watch the kids (the youngest of whom is 9 and the oldest 15... not super high maintenance).I was excluded from the process, the financial decisions regarding term of loan and additional warranty. Adding insult to injury, it turns out I was not even put on the registration! This my my vehicle that I drive to work every day, that we decided to upgrade because of my income. This is disgraceful and degrading, at best, and I cannot believe this happened in 2021!To reiterate, my experience with the sales and the rest of the facility were great right up until that finance employee. That is why they get at least two stars, but I will NEVER again give them my business or refer anyone. A woman should never leave a business in tears because of outright misogyny and discrimination, especially after spending $35,000.

We had a recall and called in to schedule for 7am. When we arrived, they told us that they could not start on it until 8am and that the recall fix would take about 5 minutes to complete. Also, we did an oil change; very expensive.

Complete failure to put the car on reserve per their company policy as my credit union processed my personal auto loan.The salesman I was in contact with fit the dont trust a used car salesman definition perfectly. Did a trade in at this location as I’ve purchased a car from Auto Nation before and was very pleased. I was told my car was in detail and it would be a day or two before I could pick it up. Not only was it 2 weeks later that I was finally able to pick up my car due to a part being on back order, but there was little to no communication on their end. I was the one having to do all of the following up. When I do finally drive my car, I immediately notice there’s pulling and the steering wheel is shaking. I call the dealership that very same day and I get transferred to voicemails with no call backs. To have spent $30k + with this establishment and drive off in a vehicle that very clearly has some additional work that should have been done is absolutely ridiculous. I will never take my business to this location again.

Had some bumps along the road but Management team stepped up to handle the problem professionally and reasonably. So everything worked out great in the end!

Very easy car-buying experience. Friendly, no pressure, great follow up so far. I got the feeling Id enjoy having a beer or two with all of these people, and the conversation would be enjoyable and wide-ranging. There are closer dealerships, but I enjoyed the experience so much that I wanted to give these people my business. Reasonable, well-informed and friendly people helping you choose a superior product is a formula every company in every sector should employ!

William Baker was very efficient, and explained everything. Tried coffee machine 2x only brown water.

I had a recommended tune-up done on my Ram there was no problems when I took it in. the work was done all fluids were changed and alignment, drove great on the streets but when I took it on the highway it felt like the front was going to fall off. The dealer has not called me back and I cant drive it in to have looked at when I did they said the service righter would call me and setup and appointment, three days and waiting.

Andi was very helpful in my recent purchase of a used vehicle. He helped me get a bit more on my trade in and got the car back in the following week to replace the fog light which was the only thing wrong with the car. Would recommend for sure. Had to wait longer than I was expecting to finish the paperwork since I had to come back for the car and had scheduled my time ahead, but in the big picture it wasnt a huge deal. They gave me some free oil changes for my wait, which made up for it nicely.
