Stopped here to look at a couch. And found one that was more comfy. So decided to finance it because it was super comfy and my wife had to have it. So here we are $1200 later. But they always say happy life, happy wife. I wouldnt have picked another furniture store.

Tried to charge me 5 bucks for a $1.49 medium UHaul Box! When I confronted the store owner hes like, I have to order them in a lot so yeah thats the price. I told him its 1.49 + tax on the website and in store hes like order it online then!No wonder this place is running out of business, highway robbery!Got the same box for 2.09 (inclusive of tax) less than a mile down the road on County line. Dont be fooled by the authorised UHaul dealer sign at this store! Cheaters!

UPDATE: After Mohamed from the store and I spoke again, Mohamed contacted the Regional UHAUL Manager and between the two they resolved the matter beyond my expectations. Big thank you to Mohamed for helping me resolve this situation. Mohamed and the company do standby their customers!!This company is a UHAUL Agent. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use them for any UHAUL reservations. Have several errors on my invoice and the local store representative said there is nothing he could do, and I needed to contact UHAUL. A minor issue would not be a big deal, but when the truck number is wrong, mileage is obviously incorrect, other issues exist, you would think the local agent would want to help resolve the problem since the issue started with them at the point of picking up the truck. Nope! Dont make the same mistake I did!!

Nice people and the furniture seems like good quality. They delivered a futon for me within an hour of coming to the store and picking it out, and the delivery guy was fast, friendly and helpful. I could tell he was serious about doing a good job. Give him a raise.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!I ordered a mattress on 8/7/20. I called on 8/12/20 to see why I hadn’t been given the shipping information. I was told I would have it 48 hours, it is 8/19/10 and I still have NOT been given shipping information. They never answer the phone, terrible customer service. I have contacted the lease company to let them know how awful this business is! I still have to make my payments but I have no mattress from them. I think they are scamming me and stealing the funds from the lease company

Great financing response, price on the unit was REALLY high, but they financed me very quickly, and I left with my dream toy. Mohammed was really persistent like any high-pressure salesman. Dont be afraid to tell him No. At one point, even his supervisor was getting a little irritated by his persistence.However, I do not have good credit, and I got financing within just a few minutes. I got all excited about my new Oculus Quest! I had also considered getting a big television, but the prices were so high I just couldnt justify the financing cost.A great store if you need or want something today and dont have good credit. Bear in mind the long term cost of your purchase.

Good customer service experienced, but frankly speaking their products are very expensive and you can’t return them after purchase is made. Ex: they sold me a 55” tv for $800, while it only costs $346 at Sams club. I’ll highly recommend you checking other stores to compare prices before you go to this place. They tell you to give them 5 stars and say nice things about them but in reality youre going to REGRET.

Searching for a new computer, I came across A Better Home Store. Information I found said they do financing without a credit check which is great. The place is also local and the store representative Elle, was welcoming. Started quick, once I voiced what I needed and I was able to get a brand new unopened mac at a discount and am able to have time to pay it off on my terms.
