I cant say enough good things about this place. I was just looking for kitchen cabinet hardware, not a whole kitchen remodel, yet they treated me and my project as if it were a big deal. I had no problem getting an appointment, didnt mind the Covid precautions they were still implementing, and everyone was courteous and very helpful. Sabrina was very patient with me, answering all my questions, allaying any doubts I had and sending me photos to show what my project would look like. There was a delay with shipment, as is standard these days, yet she kept me up to date on what was happening and notified me the minute my hardware arrived in the showroom. I would hight recommend Fergusons and especially Sabrina.

Amazing customer service! A gentleman by the name of Mark K. Helped me with some questions on a fireplace and some plumbing questions. Made me feel like I was the only person in the room just outstanding!

I purchased and had two shower heads, control, faucet, overflow, and tub drain closure installed in chrome and brushed nickel. Several issues in that the faucet and water control are broken and the water runs all day and night, the Delta brushed nickel is discoloring while the Chrome looks shiny new. The tubs do not hold water as the wrong piece was installed. We took one day off work to have the plumber come and nothing was fixed or replaced. I have contacted the sales rep at Fergesons and scheduled the plumber for November 8. I prefer new or different replacements. The Fergenson/ Delta suggestion was to wipe with vinigar water. Since the Chrome in the other bathroom is not reacting, I think replacements are needed. Waiting to see how this is resolved. It was all supposed to have been done in August by all parties. So nice, polite people, but unsatisfied customer who is getting crabby about this situation.

We used ArJay when house was built about 10 years ago, we needed brackets for kitchen drawers but Ferguson did not sell that brand anymore. We sent them a photo (no information included) and had the parts the next day!
