If going there morning or daytime quality of food sucks! It takes FOREVER for them to take your order much less get it to you in time. And it is never right. U tell them 5 times make sure there is honey mustard in the bag and they park you and bring your food out without honey mustard. So aggravating!However, night crew is great! Food is always good. Customer service is always good. And they bring you everything you ask for.But as usual everything there is so expensive!

Got through my order, lady put Coke with cherry instead of Cherry Limeade. We went back and forth with her continually adding a cherry coke of various size on my order. Finally got it right in the end. Hilarious experience. She was very nice and the carhop as well. When my food came out there was a cherry coke with it but I wasnt charged for it and I had two little baby straws. I will never forget this. 10/10 would recommend.

Out of BLT, chicken nuggets (was given by mistake) and mozzarella sticks, the Mozzarella was the best! Was given the correct order of chicken nuggets tossed in BBQ sauce. Those were good! The regular chicken nuggets were dry and hard, (as usual)! Ive never had good regular chicken nuggets at Sonic, ever! Dont get them!

Better than the other sonic around here! Slow as grass growing in winter. Food is good but if you go for dinner bring a book because ya phone will die b4 you get your food.

Love this particular location. Open 24 hours, service with a smile. I actually live closer to the one on hwy 1. But its not 24 hrs, and they seem to always be out of what I go there for. Tried telling me it company wide. So this one must be private owned or something cause they always have what I ask for.

I have never been so angry at a restaurant in my entire life. For some reason, at this location they always include pico de gallo on theUltimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast burrito, which is supposed to include bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese. I have received pico de gallo on this burrito many times, but never made a fuss because it isnt that big of a deal.Today, my wife specified at the ordering window no pico de gallo. Then at the pickup window, she asked these dont have pico de gallo, correct? and she was assured that they did NOT.When we got home, there was not a single piece of bacon in the burritos, and only 3 dime sized flakes of sausage. But there was GIANT slices of tomato, GIANT slices of onion, and a HANDFUL of jalapeño coins (more than would ever be pleasant). SOME egg and cheese were present, but tomato, onion, and jalapeño coins composed about 90% of the burrito filling. It would be absolutely impossible to look at these and say yes, thats an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito.I dont know if this was supposed to be an intentional middle finger to us or if incompetence is to blame, but Im done giving this location my money.

I ordered a strawberry slush which had next to no strawberries it was all plain ice in the center I ordered an orange cream slush which was just a vanilla shake and for the 1st time ever my burger said no onions on the sticker but was covered in onions when I opened it I was so disappointed when I asked the girl about it she said there machines were down then why wouldnt you say that instead of making slushies that cost so much with no flavor I dont think Ive ever been so disappointed with sonics its always been good before now maybe I went on the wrong shift I went at about 9:30am

I had a simple order. 1 medium chocolate chip cookie dough blast and one cheesecake blast. they were out of cheese cake bits so we changed it to a peanut butter milkshake. when i got to the window the lady rushed out 2 cups,one chocolate milkshake and the peanut butter milkshake. when i asked if mine had cookie dough she said no it didn’t and she replaced it with a new one that had literally 5 pieces of cookie dough on top of it. good job sonic👍.

This location is slow but the food is always great. I dont mind the wait when my order is correct and the food is fresh.

On 09/06/21 Labor Day, we didnt feel like cooking so we chose 2 go to Sonic drive-thru, My wife found hair in her burger! Will not be returning ever again. Employees should be made to wear hair nets when working with food.

Went thru drive thru with 3 friends on a weekend night around 1130pm. Only one car ahead of us when we got there so the wait was super short. Our orders ranged from one item like a Sunday up to a combo. The cashier was vigilant in getting the correct order...repeating it as needed. We received all but one hot fudge Sundae. We attempted to go to the door but no entrance due to covid . Back in drive thru. We explain we are missing an item. The girl closed the window while we were talking. Came back handed it out to us and slammed the window shut. Never said my apologies....have a good night....screw off ..NOTHING! SO while the food was quite tasty the service takes away from the quality in a major way.

Just left drive thru and asked for a number 3. They didn’t put bacon on my super sonic double bacon cheeseburger and their phone keeps getting the busy tone. I’m all the way home from working 14hrs. Everything else was fine, but really wanted my bacon.

Drive-thru service, fast, and friendly. Just to put it out there, I do not know if all employees wear mask but the two I seen inside were not. Be safe out there travelers.

The young lady, Akeila, that served me was so pleasant. She truly represents customer service. She came out with the most beautiful smile and assisted me in placing my order. Although I couldnt get my slushie, Akeila assisted me in ordering an even better MANGO 🍒 Lemonade😊. I must say, its my new fav. Hope to see her and/or more employees like her on my visits to come.

Got a orange cream milkshake. Im just glad Im not allergic to peanuts. Multiple tiny pieces of peanuts were in my shake.And my husband got a cookie dough milkshake and it had oreo chunks in it. Other than that they were good.

Went in after work. Grab that new Lemonberry slush and its good. Highly recommend trying it out.

They gave us for single Burgers instead of our four double Burgers but they replaced all of them thanks to management

This location is a good choice overall, and usually one for a late night snack most of the time. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their job. My only complaint is the food quality. Most of the time I get the chicken strip basket, and most of the time the food is not that fresh. The fries and chicken strips are usually warm at best. Overall, I will continue to go to this location in the future.

Can you say crushed ice? Got a bag for my Aunts house after her husband died, and the crushed ice was right on time!! A little something that helped make the family feel just a little bit better!

Arrived and told the lady that the drive through that I had placed an order on their app. She checked and said that they had not received it. I verified the address of 3018 Charleston Hwy and she said that this location was 1028 Charleston Hwy. After driving several minutes I realized that I did go to the correct one stated by their App and that she probably said that cause of a reason that Sonics app is just that good which I learned by blowing almost $15 dollars for breakfast ( For myself and my wife). This same scenario happened once before. Once bitten, twice shy for Sonic has officially lost a long time customer.

My boyfriend bought me a sugar free slushy, its was clearly not sugar free. As a type 1 diabetic I ordered sugar free, and after drinking half my blood sugar was over 250. The careless of the employees is hazardous. My vision blurred and I was physically not well. I reached out to management and was never contacted. If I want sonic, Ill go to a different one.

So I goes to Sonic and get this small ass drink with my combo.. They never gave me this small drink before with my combo. Then I call about it and the manager (Antwan) hung up in my face. I hope he lose his job very poor customer service skill. I will never spend another dime at this sonic you suppose to treat people with respect always remember the customer pays your pay check. Just remember that.....
