Had to stop in at the Oakley in Castle Rock and was greeted and helped by Ryan. Let me just say Ryan went beyond the call of duty to help me out. Im crazy picky about sunglasses, from the lenses to the fit and everything in between. Never once did he get flustered even at the end when I decided to return a previous purchase instead of swap out to a different pair. In the days of dying customer service its refreshing to have such a great experience. Hire more people like Ryan.

Customer service was great. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy in the least. He answered all of my questions, gave me the space to decide for myself, and I ultimately purchased 2 pair of sunglasses that work for me. I would recommend Oakley at Castle Rock Outlet Stores.

Evan is very professional and even showed me other great values available at the store. I asked for a recommendation for a local restaurant and he suggested the Great Divide. Evan also mentioned a certain menu item. I had one of the best meals there that I’ve had in a long time! I love my new Oakley sunglasses. I recommend Evan and the Oakley Vault in Castle Rock 100%!

Just wanted to thank Ryan at the Catle Rock location for going above and beyond the call of duty. In an era of dying customer service its always refreshing to get someone as helpful, and kind while also being able to handle/fix an issue. We need more Ryans in customer service.

Went to get lens for my glasses and walked out with news lens, another pair of glasses for me and got the wife a pair plus extra lens. The cost was absolutely shockingly cheap for Oakleys. The staff was very helpful and also informative plus when we asked about pricing for a new pair he showed us the regular selection then also the reduced. Then he explained the promo going which made the experience so much better and no pushy sales staff.

My wife and I got a pair of Oakleys there and I tell you what you cant find better place to get them because the staff there was so friendly and so efficient and was very patient with us glasses we wanted in stock

My wife and I went to buy some Oakley’s. A pair for me and a pair for her. A female was helping us we gave her the ones we wanted and she had said “Let me get you a fresh pair” my wife had left to another store and I stayed behind to make the purchase. My pair was great, the ones I wanted. As for my wife she had gotten the wrong pair and on top of that they were scratched. We did get our refund(which is good). We came back the next day(Sunday) to see if the shipment they received on Saturday(possibly Friday) had the pair my wife wanted. The gentleman I was working with had mentioned that it hasn’t been put away and doesn’t know if the pair my wife wanted was even there. My wife was bummed out and was looking forward to her new Oakley’s. I don’t like to make these type of reviews when it comes to things happening out of people’s control. This time it just seems like no one wanted to put away the shipment and organize it so things like this can run a lot smoothly.

I brought my favorite shades into this store for repair. It was apparent that they were my favorite because the arms had popped off and the lens were scratched up. But in my defense I wore them while working outside. Thinking I was going in just to get new arms the salesmen looked at my shades and gave me a good price on a new pair of the same shades AND the price was better then my original shades.

I was initially pretty upset when i discovered that all of the goggles had a red tint from the inside view because i wanted black tint to avoid messing with my head. The lady who helped me kinda mentioned that your eyes get used to the red didnt specify that your eyes would fully be unable to proccess the red even if you tried to look for it. These goggles are dope af. I just wish yall had a wider color selection for exterior glass colors.

Oakley quality is not only found in their products, but in the staff at the Oakley Vault, as well. In particular, Jordan stands out as an exemplary representative of the Oakley brand. Bought sunglasses for my wife and myself nearly 2 years ago. The sunglasses have been awesome, especially the prizm lenses. I fortunately I broke one of the arms on mine and returned today to see about repairing them ( I was directed by Oakley to return to the place of purchase) they replaced the frames no questions asked at no charge. Great customer service! I will definitely purchase from them again.

Customer service was outstanding!

Horrible experience. Walked in. Was never greeted. 5 associates standing around chatting. Never said a word to us. Wouldve bought a new pair of sunglasses for my son. Was in store for about 10 minutes. Nothing... poor customer service. Must be part of their training. I say this because we went to their Arizona Mills location a few months back and same horrible experience.

Went to Oakley Vault store today. I had previously been to this store before to buy a pair of Oakleys and thought wow this is a big store and has great selection. So I went back today to get my wife a pair and maybe get another pair. The sales rep whose name was Adam was not pushy and was very helpful. He showed and helped me on a pair of custom Oakleys. Then he helped and guided us to a section where I could a pair half off. My wife immediately found a nice pair for her. The last two visits being here have impressed me so much. This store will definitely get future business from my wife and I.

Made a purchase and an item did not make it in the bag and an employee brought it down to Colorado Springs for me and saved a trip up to the Oakley vault. Absolute legends!

Their shop is pretty lacking and the sunglass hut has better deals on glasses. They do have clothing and such here but 99% is for golfers

Took my older brother to the store on Saturday and he purchased a M2 frame with PRIZM /Polarized lense. We notice when we got home the frames looked bent and the lense was not correct. We took them back to the store. First they accused us of buying the glasses somewhere else. Then they wanted to charge us $39 for a new frame. The store manager was a very unhelpful. We left with bent frames and very dis-pointed with this store and the store manger, Shawn. FYI we went to SunGlass Hut, told them the store and they fixed the issue on the spot, even though we did not buy from them

While store offers some good deals, sales team does not engage with customers. I visit store twice a month and I always experience negative body language from team and disengaged demeanor.

To buy a pair of expensive glasses and not even find a case or sleeve in the box your glasses come in is pretty cheap. Bough a pair of full price glasses my not clearance or discounted price, had to go back so they would at least give me a sleeve to put the glasses into. Pretty crazy, Ive gotten a case with a pair of $30 glasses in the past.

Every pair of sunglasses had terrible fingerprints on it. Nasty, untended to store. I dont see how they even stay in business.
