Great store freindly staff good selection good prices

This store is amazing, we will definitely be going back, as well as recommending it to others! My wife and I were there yesterday with our little four year old, and we were assisted by Brendan. He was extremely patient, professional, and helpful!We also had some questions today on how the shopping in-store vs. online worked, and the store manager Nick was incredible! He took the time out of his busy day to go over everything with us, and explain it all with a cheerful attitude. Nicks kindness and professionalism was excellent, and we so appreciate his help!Thank you, Columbia, for your awesome products and your employees being a cut above. Nick and Brendan are exceptional!

Extremely helpful staff and decent deals if you hunt for them

Great place at the castle rock outlets. The people have great knowledge and our willing to help. I have purchased many jackets and clothing from them . It costs but it lasts and preform s for the price.

Very helpful staff and a great selection of items for everyone. My favorite part was the shoe selection that you can try them on before you buy. The fitting rooms were nicely sized and well kept. Cute gear at great prices. Checkout was a breeze.

I own more clothing and products from Columbia than any other brand. High quality, good prices. Also, this is Colorado. We all wear Columbia products, pretty much exclusively.

The Columbia Factory Store is well visited by me and many others. Every time I go to the store, it has a fair amount of people already shopping for a good deal. There are savings to be found here, too. The Columbia brand is very good and very well known. With coats, shirts, shoes, winter gear and many other items, there is something for everyone. I saw the staff sanitize a fitting room before a customer used it. I bought a Columbia long-sleeve shirt on sale from $35 down to $24.99. Their return service is excellent, and so is their customer service. When I got to the checkout, the clerk checked the website for me to see if the same shirt was available for my wife. I didnt even ask, but was thankful.

Great store overall. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The store is laid out well and have a lot of good merchandise. Dont usually buy stuff here but come to look at products often if I am feeling it. Will return again

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences. I didn’t catch her name, but she had short blonde hair. My boyfriend and I had 4 items to return that had been gifted to us for Christmas, which we did not have the receipts for so we were just returning them for store credit. We have both worked in retail and know this is not an absurd thing to ask for. Before we could even say store credit the sales associate literally threw her hands in the air and started causing a scene. “These people want to make a return and they don’t even have a receipt!” We had already clearly stated they were gifts. They were also in perfect condition with the tags still on. Her manager Kirk had to come over and assist because she was being so verbally aggressive. Finally he said the only thing he could do was store credit... which is all we wanted to begin with. Kirk was helpful and took us to his register after the woman said she didn’t want to help us. I don’t understand how or why that woman has a job in retail. She clearly has ZERO customer service skills.

Good selection of a variety of Columbia clothes, accessories, and gear. Frequent sales and promotions make the deals even better. Ive found items to give as gifts for multiple people here.

Some kinda deals but again if you dont have deep pockets your going to pay to sport the logo. Guess outlets are just the same as every other store.

This is a great place to get your Columbia gear at a better price than a mall. And right now they have a huge selection of clearance September 2020. This store is usually crowded even at off times. It is right next to the parking lot so you dont have far to walk. And everything from clothes coats to their shoes

Came here after Christmas and I’ve gotta say they have a lot of jackets and things that I was looking for . And definitely prices are great . We bought jackets for all of us in our last visit

The CEO says on their website, One of our core values is to do the right thing, not just for our company, but also for our consumers, customers, employees and their communities. Yet when I bought a jacket online and it went on sale for $18 cheaper just a couple days later, they wouldnt give me the difference straight away. I have to send the coat back to another state and theyll send me the exact same one again (shipping from another state) or I can drive to Castle Rock from Denver and return it while they ship the new one. Great for your customers and the environment, Columbia. Practice what you preach.

Came to Colorado for the holiday from Az and completely forgot to bring a coat. Was able to get a nice warm packable jacket for a great price that has been used consistently for the last year and is still in great condition.The staff was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made it a quick and easy stop.

I definitely like the prices here in Columbia Factory Store. Many selections of items.I have my new pair of sandals and boats from here. It was really good that I have passed by here. I did save a dollar. Good store and great prices.

The woman with short dark hair and a face piercing is extremely rude to customers. She did t greet us when we entered which was about 30 minutes before closing and looked very irritated at the number of customers in the store. She announced the store was closing in 3 minutes which we were unaware so we chose 3 jackets and went to checkout. No one offered us any help. The guys at the register were very nice and helpful that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. Our total was over $200. On the way out the same woman yelled across the store from the door very angry at the register and customers in line “we closed 10 minutes ago and we still have all this to do,” talking about the mess in the store. Very unprofessional and hostile to several customers still checking out at the register. It was only 5 minutes after 6pm on sun feb 16 th when we were out of the store with a few customers remaining. Horribly rude! She doesn’t belong in retail . I have worked for years in retail and never would treat any customer or other employees the way she did.

Got my coat for Ireland. It was unusually warm in Ireland. Did not really wear the coat. lol Im sure its great though. It looks good.

I certainly like the prices here. Found a great coat. Also, if I order merchandise online they allow me to return it at the store at no cost. So this is pretty cool. But I used to be able to find all of my favorite sandals and boots here - no longer. I dont even recognize the ones on display - they just dont seem to have any Columbia technology to them..... They have harsh soles and seem to be simple plastic....

Stopped here to shop for Winter jacket, its a very well organized store, above and beyond friendly and experienced staff members, they had a promotion for each $125 spend I got 25$ gift card. I also bought some boots that were on sale, over all very pleased with my shopping experience and with the products I have from Columbia store.

This is the only place we buy our Columbia gear from. They always have a sale on something. If you go this time of year your bound to find plenty on clearance. Personally I dont want to pay $250 for a scrony jacket just cause it says north face on it.

Probably like most of the castle rock outlets on a Saturday, under staffed and slow. Check out took more that 20 minutes. Sales were decent, but probably on the fence if they were worth the wait.

I had the unfortunate experience of buying a jacket and decided to return it the next day in its original condition without the receipt.If you dont have a receipt, Columbia (Castle Rock) will not refund your purchase if you paid by credit card. They will only offer you a store credit despite being misinformed by an employee who indicated that it would not be a problem for a full refund.The manager will make no exceptions to Columbias store policy. I asked him twice--NO EXCEPTION. I asked why Columbia will not refund a purchase without a receipt if you paid by credit card. His reason was loss control. He didnt say Im sorry its our policy with a reason that could be more palatable. The answer was simply loss control, which typically means theft or shrinkage. The manager further indicated that video surveillance is being used to monitor customer transactions. I said perfect, then you can pull the video to see I paid for the merchandise with my credit card.You get the feeling youre guilty unless proven innocent.

Love the outlets here, but this is definitely one store you must visit. The deals here bring the prices down to a good buy. Though they dont ever feel like a steal, you are getting Columbia quality. The staff is always helpful. Theyve held onto items for me, price checked, and even found ways to get the most of any extra discounta going on.

Lots of designs to choose from and sales going on. Conveniently located and friendly staff, its always pleasant to visit this place.

The omni-heat reflection material does seem to keep me warmer than a regular jacket. Im a believer. The other day, I bought a pair of fur-lined winter from boots. The coupon and outlet shopping location put it in my price range.

Good experience with vaiety of footware. Problem was my common size was not available as did not have it in stock on some items I yruly liked.

The store is stocked and has many different styles. However, there were no good deals or sales that were of interest and the prices seemed normal even though it was labeled as a factory outlet store.

We had a great time in the store and the assistant really helped in the color department.
