Some great deals on previous year jackets. I was actually pretty surprised by the prices. There are a bunch of stores in the outlet mall that sell jackets and outdoor gear, and I would have expected North Face to be one of the most expensive, however this totally blew me away. My experience: North Face outlet had the cheapest prices for womens down puffer jackets in the outlet mall by far.Maybe I got lucky with good timing for sales, but Id say that this place is worth a look just on the off chance that you have a similar experience. Go check it out!

My husband and I were in the area driving by and needed some winter clothes. We went in and was greeted by the staff. I couldn’t find anything within my size- & my husband has the same issue- no staff was around the sales floor for assistance. The staff at checkout was nice- he just forgot to remove the sensors and the alarm went off twice.The location of the store is very convenient since it’s off a highway and easy to get in and find parking.

Busy place because the danish are so good, lines move quickly and the fast service is a welcome feature. Unusually varied selection of many types of treats. My cream puff featured less sugary whipped cream and custard fillings making for a delightful tasty treat.

Great place to shop. You could spend the whole day and not get into all the shops. Some shops had lines to get in.

Great prices! Afford a good quality jacket for the same prices as half other jackets that are half the quality as a north face.

They did not have a very good variety of clothing for the beginning of summer. Typically one of my favorite stops but this time around, felt like they had just their basic clothing, and back packs, nothing new

Every time we visit the store, the staff is always so helpful and kind. We especially love the guy that stands out front and tells us about all the sales so we end up going in and spending more money! Always a very clean store with great prices. Youll never find a North Face thing cheaper.

Great way to get some North Face gear at a discounted price. Good selection which changes with the seasons, everything from shoes to jackets to shirts and pants. I always have good customer service when I shop here and the staff are very knowledgeable and make solid recommendations.☆Some important things to know before you shop: Items purchased at the outlet are NOT covered by The North Face product warranty. Also, some items are made for outlet sale and you probably wont see them online or find them elsewhere.

When I go out to outlet stores my thought is Im going to be saving a good about of money. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. While the products are great, the pricing seems to be closer to what Id pay at any retail store. The only pro is the convenience of having this in an outdoor mall along with other shops.

Awesome collection shoes, jackets, t-shirts and a lot many more stuff for kids, women and of course men of all sizes. Winter collection is usually good. Better to go around march April for season ending discount. Best thing about NF is they have sober colors for every one having different taste.

Got my son geared up for his first now boarding trip. I have no doubt hes going to be warm and dry!

The manager, Josh, is a doll! I had been running into a brick wall trying to find a certain parka in a very specific size and color. The Cherry Creek store was of no help. Josh found the last parka in the North Face inventory and had the store (which was out of state) agree to ship it to me! Talk about customer service! Again, over the top! Thank you, Josh for making a gals dreams come true! Life long North Face customer!

Ok- so went in Friday morning to purchase a jacket for a birthday gift. Noticed that the guy at register didn’t run the jacket through the magnetic sensor deactivator, so I asked him to do it.( I’ve bought jackets here before and they leave the sensor on!!) Was wrapping it to give to my sister today and the guy still left the sensor on! He deactivated it but it’s still on the jacket!!!! Thank goodness I noticed before giving it & that I wasn’t ringing at the other stores I shopped!! Not going there again- totally incompetent cashier. That jacket is going back and I had to rush to buy something else before the party.

It is great spot to score TNF products at reasonable prices. On average, TNFs online store has better deals. But sometimes this outlet has discounts that cannot be beat.

They had really good sales and the sections were split into mens and womens. Really friendly staff that we alot about their selection.

Great selections for adults. The kids section has limited selection. Overall the store is nice and has great products and prices. The staff is helpful and nice.

I just had the worst experience with returning in my life. The cashier was rude and unfriendly and she forced me to stay in line twice. After she talks like I tried to steal something from her backyard.

I bought the last tshirt of specific type in this store. It was taken from manikin. I washed it at home right away because it was dusty and baggy. It didnt help.. I came to return it and the manager told me that the return policy doesnt allow the return once it was washed. I never returned stuff that is washed but this time it was not because of my fault.. The store couldve lost $10 on me with this tshirt, but now it will lose a good customer who was buying there for years...I still love the brand, but the store is not customer oriented.

While most of the staff were extraordinarily helpful, one of the sales staff engaged in a power struggle over the sale price of a shirt. The scanned price was less than $4, and this young man REFUSED to permit the purchase to proceed, insisting that the shirt could not be sold for that price!! He offered no counter offer, which he couldn’t as he has zero authority to negotiate sales prices on an ad hoc basis.Please train ALL of your staff to do their job, and not refuse to sell merchandise. This one bad apple reflects poorly on all the rest, and it’s unnecessary.
