I went to the dealership in Cary a month and a half after I had my car because the engine light was on and the breaks was metal to metal. They told me the car had an inspection before I bought it.I was told they changed all 4 breaks, cleaned the engine and other maintenance. They had my car for 3 weeks. When I picked it up it was very dirty, the inside had dirt and grass inside. I could not believe it. Also, let me mention this, I was not given a invoice print out when I left. He told me he would mail it to me. When I got there I told him I want a copy of my invoice. It took him about 15 minutes to give it to me. I believe he was on the computer making changes to it.The manager who sold me the car told me I will not need a service for 12 months. I paid for the service plan they had to cover me.I got the car home and the breaks were sounding really bad, yet I was told he did all 4 breaks. Also, the engine light was still on.I called back and explained the issue with the breaks and the engine light on. He told me and my fiancé this was a mystery to him because he did all four breaks.He lied he did not and they billed my maintenance plan for 1300 for a third service. Remember I was told that I get the car serviced every 12 months. This was a lie, they charged me.On top of that they are telling me I need to pay a $1000 to get my breaks done. I have been lied to and I feel like I have been scammed.I am calling and sending letters to their higher HQ. They truly think I am going to pay and just go away.Georgene Dixon

This dealership is first class. I showed up with a trade. They within 10 minutes gave me a fair value, I test drove the car I wanted dropped a check off and asked to come back the next day to sign. I showed up the following day everything was ready and car was detailed with a full tank of gas. As I was signing they let me know I got a complimentary gift in the seat and they added an interior protective plan no charge. I didn’t ask for any of that, they just did it. Total time spent maybe 2 hours, probably less.This is true customer service. Thank You.

My husband and I had an unforgettable experience buying at Johnson’s Maserati!Within the same day we had traveled to another dealership where we were treated just like a number. Upon arrival, we were greeted and soon thereafter asked to provide our driver licenses before we even saw the vehicle we were inquiring about. My husband and I made a decision that we would not do business with that dealership. Meanwhile, Taryn from Johnson Maserati reached out about our concerns and began to search for a vehicle that met our criteria. We then traveled to Johnson’s Maserati in Cary.The staff (Taryn and Chris) were professional, informative, and caring. Both were very passionate and work as a team. They represented Johnson Maserati extremely well! My husband and I never felt pressured to make an abrupt decision. Taryn gave us time to discuss our concerns amongst ourselves as she completely understood that purchasing a luxury vehicle (or any vehicle) is a major decision. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. We were able to make a sound decision and one that we do not regret. We’re overjoyed with our purchase! They made us feel right at home!

While the staff here is friendly, I wasn’t super impressed with several things about this dealer. For one, I brought my car in for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half. Firestone does oil changes quicker.My appointment was early in the morning, so I didn’t eat breakfast before coming in. For a luxury car dealership, I’m disappointed they don’t have vending machines for guests or any thing to drink except bottled water and a small coffee machine. I’ve taken my other car (a Toyota) to Fred Anderson in Raleigh and the waiting area/process over there is 50 times better. They have multiple vending machines, a sturdy coffee machine, and they even bake cookies! They also have a TV, which this dealership does not.While it’s nice that Johnson throws in a car wash for free, it’s not worth the extra waiting time. I’ll be sure to eat before coming here next time. They don’t offer loaner cars either.

I brought my Levante in for service and I couldn’t be more happy with their top notch customer service than I am. They’re extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Katelyn went out of her way to make sure that I understood everything that was being done or needing to be done to my car, and provided me with a gorgeous service loaner. I’ve been in or around the automotive industry for almost 20 years and I’m very accustomed to how things are run and this dealership exceeds it’s expectations in customer service, and my experience was great!!!

Everyone was friendly. I went in to buy some parts and the staff in parts was excellent and extremely friendly as well. I was most pleased to see how much cheaper the parts I needed were as compared to the other Maserati dealership in Raleigh. The sales staff wasnt overbearing and they let me check out some of the vehicles and start them up without having the pressure to buy them. I will keep you in mind when it comes time to get a second Maserati.

Let me tell you about my experience. From the very first contact, Caitlin in Service was nothing less than stellar. I had some minor issues with my car. I was then treated like the ONLY customer that they had. Wow! Then Cory, the service manager was also amazing. They kept working to correct a problem and didn’t stop until they figured out the solution. That makes me feel even better about my choice to purchase my car. The best service experience ever! I came from Florida to purchase a 2013 Maserati GranTurismo MC from a private owner and brought it in for an inspection, oil change and brake fluid flush. Also had wheels touched up and paint removed from chrome exhaust tips. It was done quickly AND the car was kept inside until the transport company picked it up and delivered it to me. First class dealership, second to none!!

The best car buying experience Ive ever encountered. Worked directly with Brad Schaffer...who was wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a Lexus RX F-Sport I found online. I negotiated an out-the-door deal over email and prior to stepping into the dealership, since I was from MD. Gave them a deposit over the phone and they held the car for me, as they said they would. Ive heard of many dealers selling a car regardless of a deposit being given. Took a bus down to Raleigh (would probably do train/plane if I had to do it again)...Brad picked me up from the terminal, had the car detailed and ready for pick-up out front. He even got me a huge red bow (for my wife) to place on the car and take pics with. Honored my request to have the tint removed and the exact pricing we had agreed on...no sneaky business! All the paperwork was ready for me and took maybe 15 mins to complete. The rest of the time, Brad just let me go explore the car without hovering and test driving. Highly recommended...hope to do business with them again!

I had the pleasure of using Johnson Maserati of Carys services recently due to an engine oil issue I had been experiencing in my 2017 Maserati Ghibli SQ4 as well as a routine service maintenance that was due. I want to specifically call out Cory Rader for delivering this top notch experience and I could not be more thankful for the time and care he showed me. Because of his kindness and generosity, I will be returning to Johnsons for my next car purchase.From the moment I called in to the moment I picked up my car, Cory has been on top of every detail and provided numerous updates to ensure full transparency. He is easy to talk to, courteous, and professional and is more than accommodating to my busy schedule. I usually feel some anxiety leaving my Maserati at dealerships where I dont have an existing relationship (trust issues due to poor experiences in the past at other dealerships) but I can confidently say that Johnsons Maserati and Cory are professionals. They had all the paperwork complete by the time I arrived, the loaner car was immaculately clean and waiting for me, and they even went above and beyond to clean both the exterior and interior before returning my car back to me. This is exactly the kind of white glove service I would hope for but rarely get and Johnsons nailed it.I will 100% be using their services moving forward and would highly recommend anyone else to at least take a look at their showroom and meet the folks there. Recently purchased Alfa Romeo from another dealership and ran into problems a week after with programming that was done incorrectly before purchase. Original dealer put me on wait for over a week. Gave this location a call and spoke with Cory. Got my car in and fixed up quickly. Best experience I have ever had. Let’s see, where should I begin….A year ago, I purchased a 2014 Lexus from this dealer. The car had tint windows which was a plus when I was in the market to purchase a Lexus. The car is great and still its one of the best buys that I have made. However, this month, when I took it to Johnson of Lexus to get the car inspected, the car didn’t pass due to a low percentage of the tint on the driver and passenger side windows. The back window and rear window are at 17.8% (which it is fine with the state of NC) but the driver and passenger side are at 28.4% (minimum required percentage is 32). Now, 28.4% to 32% its not much of a difference unless you have a tint meter to read the percentage. Anyways, Johnson Lexus got in contact with the Maserati dealership to help me fix this issue. Maserati’s general manager (Taryn Mariano) calls me a couple of days later (1/2/18) telling me that I need to bring the car in so they can remove all the tint from the windows so the car can pass inspection. I told her that the issue is only with the driver and passenger windows and that I would be fine with removing the tint on those windows as long as they tint those windows with the correct percentage – free of charge. Yet, she kept insisting for me to bring in the car in so they can remove all of the tint on the windows and then “maybe” we can see other options. At the end of our conversation, she said “I am the new manager in this dealership and that’s an issue that doesn’t really correspond with me” – literally meaning that this is someone’s mess that I don’t want to deal with. Finally, she said – “let me do more homework and I’ll get back to you”. Her response and the way that she handled the conversation with me over the phone was very poor and unprofessional. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe she was stressed – who knows. I decided to give her time and hoped to hear from her by Friday of that week. On Tuesday (1/10/18) I called her since I didn’t hear from her and a sale rep answered the phone to say that the manager was on a call and that she was going to let her know that I called. On wednesday 1/11/18 – I called around noon and she answered. I told her my name and that I was person she spoke with last week about the tint – before I finished she said (in a rude, annoyed, over stressed, irritated tone “I’m on 3-way call, I’ll have to call you back!” I was then going to ask her when should I expect her call – but before I knew it; she hung up.If I buy a car that comes with an “addition item” such as tint – I expect them to remove it and put it back with the legal percentage since that was one of the main reasons why I ended up buying the car there in the first place. They shouldn’t just try to take the tint away and say – well if you want it back, you’ll have to pay for it. Maybe they were acting like this because I didn’t purchase a Maserati from them? Perhaps… future buyers, I strongly recommend buying from another dealership unless you’re in the market for a Maserati. That way you don’t have to deal with Taryn. I don’t think she fits the role of a general manager. Btw, Its Friday 12th and still waiting for that call.
