Love the buy one get one half off deals. Got 2 great pairs of shoes for about 140 after tax. I wish their military discount worked more than one day a week, especially since I work that day when theyre open. At least they offer it though, its more than most do.

I went in to browse for some new tennis shoes and I was greeted with a smile and welcome right off. Someone else checked on me once during the time I was there, which was perfect. Not the obnoxious salesman routine hovering 😂 They were great!

Good store . Different types of shoes With different styles available. Employees are very friendly and helpful. One thing I must say that always they offer buy one pair get another pair with 50% discount . You have to buy two pair to get the discount.parking is free.

Terrible customer service. I didn’t even get greeted when I went there. However, I do see a pattern with most Rack Room shoes in awful customer service. So, maybe it’s not the sales rep.. it’s the way they were trained.

The associates are always so helpful with no pressure. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped my family purchase shoes that we have been pleased with.

Found some great ankle boots for fall and they were so kind even though we came in about 15 minutes before closing. Found shoes here that I couldnt find at DSW across the street.

The store associates were really helpful in getting what I needed. The only problem I had was that the store manager Philip was really rude to his employees in front of the customers. I think he should work on his attitude towards them and others. Overall, the store is great.

Our go-to local shoe source. Located in Crossroads which is a big plus for our errand runs. Watch ads and when possible shop during bogo sales. Can usually find shoes worth purchasing for current needs. 🖒

When I walked in and asked about a particular shoe the man who helped me was impolite and had no customer service skills. The selection was not worth my time. Ive gotten better results at the Crabtree location. The clerk who checked me out was nice but not enthusiastic. Customers are your reason for a job!

The young girl there helped me find shoes and kept getting my size. I was there for 30 minutes and she helped me the whole time. You dont usually get that kind of help from someone so young.

Weak service. Management could have easily made a sale by talking to me about a pair of shoes but instead seemed like he was avoiding me and communicating with me through an employee. Ill throw you an extra star for stocking converse and vans.

I recently went looking for new shoes for my workplace and Mr. Rodney, the store manager, welcomed me and assisted me with finding the shoes that are currently popular in my workplace (Skeletoes). The womens section, only had one color so Mr. Rodney helped me find a good fitting pair in the mens section and even went as far as looking in the back to find different colors.Well, unfortunately, a week later, after wearing the shoes a few times, I couldnt take them anymore; they were killing my toes. When I looked on the receipt, it said that I couldnt return the worn shoes, so I started getting nervous about having to return them but went in anyway, thinking that I may have to fight my way out of at least exchanging. Well guess what? Mr. Rodney was so understanding that he let me exchange them anyway and Brian, the handsome glass of water at the register, well, hes just a sweet piece of cake. I could not be more happier with the service there, in fact, I dont think Id find it any where else! Thank you Mr. Rodney & Brian, for making my experience at Rack Room Shoes, the best one yet!
