The store wasnt busy at all today. The young girl working the cash register acted overwhelmed and wasnt friendly at all. Took about 20 minutes to order a sandwich. Food ended up being fairly gross...had smears of mustard and mayo on it when I ordered it plain. This was my first and last visit to this HBH.

I wanted to surprise my sister for lunch. She was very busy and did not take time to come home for lunch. She said the sandwich, Turkey Classic, was great. The only bad thing I have to say is when I ordered it, I was given a 20 minute delivery time...it took 1 1/2 hours. Her place of work is only about 5 minutes away, just across the road basically. But, an 1 1/2 hours. I dont think so. Honey Baked Ham should reconsider using Door Dash as their delivery. It was so sad when my sister called and asked if I had forgotten about her. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A SURPRISE!I will never order again from someone uses Door Dash. Very Disappointed.

Awesome sandwiches! We also had the sweetest cashier. I believe her name was London. She had the biggest smile on her face. She was fast and polite and just a joy to talk to.

I love their ham sandwich and broccoli salad. Friendly service.

STAY AWAYOver the holidays, the Cartersville Honey Baked Ham was taking payment via paper order; hand written orders with the customers card information. When an order is paid, the order with the sensitive information should be shredded.It turns out, they are SAVING the paper orders and charged us 5 different times over a two week period. When calling the store to ask about the excessive charges, the manager was “too busy glazing hams”. When visiting the location, the manager and the employees were completely unprofessional and told my wife that she was “making a big deal about it”.Yes, Honey Baked Ham employees... saving a customers credit card information is an extremely big deal. Merry Christmas, enjoy your BBB complaint.

Very busy, but in and out pretty quick. Know what you want before you get there. They arent too keen on waiting for you to decide.

Called in and they put us on hold, which was understandable because it was lunch time. However, they forgot about us being on hold and took someone elses order (we were sitting outside). So we hung up and called back. Ordered, picked up our food. It was DROWNED in sauce. Could not finish.

First ham purchased in several years. They now have a quarter ham, which is perfect for singles or smsll groups. The mac-n-cheese, augratin potatoes & sweet potatoes were all great and the price was reasonable. Food was great! It was nice not to spend the entire day in the kitchen. Highly recommend!!

Christmas would not be Christmas without honey baked ham.

Sandwich nuked in microwave. Fell apart because bread was wet from so much mustard and microwaving it. no pickleAlso not cut in half salad was just as bad with stuff left off, wrong dressing. SOMEONE need trainingHandicap and can only get rides about once a month. so Im not going to be back in that area any time soon its shame to pay as much money as I did. Ive been going there for years. never had a sandwich heated in microwave or prepared improperly. Manager was not there when I called, and it was apparent after unwrapping my sandwich and salad. SOMEONE who knows what they are doing should be left at the shop. it looks like a 4 yr old made my sandwich. I couldnt even eat the sandwich.Yall need to get it together if you have any hope of customers coming back. could gave went to ingles and pay half that and get a better.meal prepared had pics but it doesnt give me that option

We decided against buying from them due to the high cost of a small ham.

Its hit or miss. For is good but a tad bit over priced. Service is questionable. Clerks can be a bit unfriendly or unhelpful at times. Overall its okay.

I thought the broccoli salad was a little off today. However. I love their sandwiches!

I glazed at the Stockbridge location during the holidays all through highschool and we never ran out of hams or turkeys, and the line stayed out the door. There were only 5 people waiting in line at this location and they had already ran out of turkeys. The owner should be able to better anticipate the demand... so much for the ham/turkey deal you advertised.

What more can you say about a Honey Baked Ham...absolutely delicious and the ultimate of ham delectations and delights! Service is appropriate to the season, either too busy or great, but the Ham is always worth the wait!!!

The service is always excellent and so is the food. I would suggest the Ham classic sandwich heated on ciabatta bread instead of a croissant.

My sandwich was made incorrectly, half of my bowl of soup was dumped in the bag. Not a good experience!

Horrible service. Got to the store with 5 minutes until closing...there was other customers still in the store. When they saw my vehicle pull up...they literally ran across the store and locked the door in my face.
