They have done a good bit on my fathers car that he bought here, but my mom pulled in because she needed her car looked at (also bought here) and an older worker stopped to talk, and he didnt even bother looking at her car they just told her they cant do repairs and sent us on our way. He was very rude and disregarding.

VIP has been more than generous with their understanding and patience covid has hit me very hard and they have worked with me to keep me with this car I would definitely recommend them

My friend bought a car here Saturday, drove it less than 20 miles and broke down that same day. She didnt even have it ONE day. Now they wont answer the phone.

I got an 2001 camry for pretty cheap. They were fast and reliable to get me in the car. Im a mechanic myself so of course I checked everything, control arms and suspension, if it overheated or not, listened for knocking or pinging but nothing was found. Only thing that was wrong with it was the egr valve which they were upfront about but thats was nothing to fix. Other than regular maintenance (oil changes tires and brakes) I had to do nothing to the car. It was reliable. And they are very generous to everyone, especially ones who have kept.up.with payments. They really do put the customer first. 10/10

Thank you for repossession my familys car. I was one week behind and they took my car while I was cashing a check, to pay them. Came out of krogers store and it was gone .it had all my kids car seats,and my kids bag, not to say my daughters EpiPen. Now there demanding 5000 to get it back. I had a 2001 Acura with 2000000 miles on it..5 Grand,do not recommend them.. definitely if you have a family. Would not let me get my belongings out.

Paul(the owner) has been the best blessing i my life . They have not only blessed me with 1 car but now 2 vehicles . They have been Phenomenal vehicles !! I wrecked my first one and had a mishap with the insurance guy . They worked for with me through it 100000% ! Im a very young and unaccountable most elderly folk . The day i purchased a car, i didnt even test drive . I upgraded 3 days ago, previous vehicle is still running and in stable conditon . Financially no i was not stable, but Eric, Shae, and Paul were a gift from God !!! I appreciate VIP automors for the loyalty, trust, respect, gratitude, and honesty.

Very friendly sales team. There were a few things wrong with the vehicle I wanted, they fixed them and called me a few hours later with the vehicle fixed and ready to go.

Used car dealer and if your buying a car from these clowns and your fuel pump at McDonalds they wanna wait around until the last minute or wait until McDonalds has to have car towed in at your expense then by the time your aware of whom has your car you get hit with a storage bill to go with the wrecker bill, but they wont adjust your weekly payment to negotiate

This is the worst car lot in history. Like most of the reviews on here. They Sell lemons.It is so sad and ridiculous how he gets to sell lemons give you the finger, then keep your money. I literally drove off the lot and did not make it to Kennesaw without the engine blowing on me. His reasoning for not compromising with me was because I was going 80 miles per hour. SMH. No matter what I did not have the car for an hour before the whole engine blew... You sold me a lemon Paul and quite frankly youre good at selling lemons.

Dont come here the cars are horrible! They sell lemon cars! The owner is not friendly at all, he picks and choose which car he wants you to have based off your race. Erick is the one who keeps the customers pleased! The cars have lots of miles on them and not reliable. DONT GO HERE! Take your hard working money else where!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT, GIVE YOU A HARD TIME TRADING, SELLING LEMONS, WANT FIX MAJOR PROBLEMS, GLAD I GOT RID OF IT, didn’t want to be a customer there, I have a newer model vehicle paid in full!!! No check engine light on or anything! Don’t waste your money!!! I should of check the reviews first, but if you very desperate for a vehicle you should come here!! But I was blessed with a better vehicle than that!! Y’all did me a favor with that raggedy car!!! Reap what you sow!!

Dont get a vehicle from this place they will take your money and then sell you a lemon and if you get another vehicle from them they will come and take it after their accountant failed to do their job and process the payment on time. They are crooks who just wanna take your money for cars that arent even worth what they are asking for them

My husband just recently bought 2 vehicles from VIP Motors. A black 08 Kia Spectra & a 97 Ford Ranger. Both exceptionally clean and well maintained vehicles. Reasonably priced and we recieved exceptional service from Erique and the staff. Would def recommend them to anyone.

Husband had already talked to the older white male and worked out a deal and told him I would come with money to finalize what they had discussed. When I showed up with my son, I had to follow the guy around just to talk to him and he wouldnt even shake my hand to greet me correctly or professionally. Everything he talked to my husband about he said wouldnt be good for me and went inside. I followed and confronted him about their conversation and he acted like I wasnt there so I told him thank you and to have a good day and my son and I walked away.
