Dont maintain their equipment and tried to pin charges on me after I returned not one but TWO faulty trailers after just 2.5 hours when I was supposed to drive across 3 states. Delayed my plans costing me big $. Had to dispute charges because manager is criminal-tier in their tactics of handling refunds. Luckily I filmed everything. Just avoid this place. Go to Reno if you need to rent something.

They helped me get the hitch, wiring, and trailer that I needed. They were friendly, quick and professional. Great service.

Worst experience ever. I had made a reservation for 24 hours and then needed it longer. I was told nope couldnt do it. They wouldnt help me try and find a place just left me hanging. The rude woman told me when I made a reservation that it might not be available and I would have to go somehwere else. Then wont work with me on returning a day later then expected. She has no idea how to work with the public and should not be in customer service. Extremely rude and I will not be coming back.

I went there to get propane with my 2 year old tanks and I was told, because they had paint scratches and a little rust, so she wouldnt fill them. Just two days prior I brought my other two tanks exactly the same purchase date with paint scratches and a little rust and she filled them. So stupid and full of bullcrap. They lost my business.

Their website claims they install trailer hitches, which is a lie. I was just there this morning.

Employees were negligent and lazy. Was told by another uhaul that they had a trailer. Drove 45 minutes to them only to find out that it had been “stolen” and they forgot to put that in the computer and also didn’t have time to notify the other branch of the fact when they got the notification that we were coming to pick it up... even tho they were all sitting there eating when we got there and only had 1 customer.
