So I went in at around 10 til 5 on Sunday. I knew they were closing and just wanted to take a look at a car I seen online. I was impressed with it, my husband talked to someone he knew that worked there, and we left, telling them wed be back the next day for the car. I didnt want to make them work after hours on a Sunday. I came by around 11:20 on Monday, asked if how long it would take to appraise my trade-in and asking about the price of the car because checking KBB they were about $500 higher than the highest average for it. The salesperson kept referring me to his manager because he didnt know the answer to any of my questions. The manager, Larry, told me they could definitely work with my trade-in, our credit, and the car. Very happy, I told them we would be back when my husband got off work, between 4-5. At 3:42pm I received a voicemail that they sold the car, but have a lot of other options. This is the second time Ive been to this dealer and had them pulled something shady and I definitely will not be returning.

Friendly and Non-pushy staff. We went in looking for a truck and let them know we were just looking. They were helpful and answered all our questions. Rodney (sales agent) was kind and told us that he was not going to push us into anything we were not ready for, which was true. We were impressed because most of the time sales agents are all over trying to get a sale, but it was not like that here. The manager (Brent) was very friendly as well. He came over and introduced himself. We had all kinds of conversations with the staff, which was not the experience at other car dealerships we visited. We had an opportunity to sit back and watch the staff. They had great rapport with each other. They seemed more like friends than co-workers. JT with the financial department made the money side of things easy. One of their guys (Jose) even stayed after hours to help us set the trucks settings to what we wanted. We will definitely come back in the future. We are VERY happy with our Ram truck and our experience!

I just bought a car from them and I love it! The online sales selection and offers were great. Fernanda was SO helpful, responsive and perfessional. Additionally, the sales Rep’s; Brent and Noah were VERY pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. The service dept. was knowledgeable and friendly too. They even provided me with a rental (2018) when I brought my car in for repairs....BE WARNED: I was, however, EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of customer service from the Sales Manager; Brett Riggs. When my car needed service (with my remaining warranty miles) he was quick to tell me what he could NOT do for me. Not once did he ever apologies for the inconvenience or show any sincerity. I have been in customer Service (as a Supervisor for over 20 years) and believe me when I say; his integrity and bedside manner are LACKING. If it wasn’t for the rest of the great staff, I would have given this review NO STARS ⭐️

This is probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my 62 years. We bought a van from them in September of 2017. Im posting this in January of 2018. Since we bought it Ive had to make 6 trips to fix the same thing. After the 4th trip I finally got hooked up with a young man named Ian who was able and happy to help me. Before him I got the runaround. Ian is gone now from this business and Im dealing with a guy named Corey. Another issue with this newly purchased van and Im being told that they cant fix it and if they do I cant get a loaner car for the time that theyll have it. We bought this van for our business and its used on a daily basis. Admittedly its not a Hyundai but a Chevy so Im being told that I have to deal with GM for the repairs and for a loaner car. My problem is I bought it from Carson Car Care. I believe its their responsibility to do whatever paperwork is needed under the GM warranty and to supply me with a loaner car for however long it takes. It looks like thats not going to happen that Im on my own to figure out the GM warranty and how to get a loaner car while the van is being fixed. So the bottom line with Carson Car Care is they will be very happy to sell you a vehicle but once you drive it off the lot youre on your own.

I called to ask specifically about a Nissan Armada due to its black paint if there was any major paint issues such as swirls etc prior to driving 45 min away. I was told that it did not, when I arrived the vehicle looked as if it was buffed with sand paper and the “so called used car manager” that approached me in his very unprofessional attire told me good luck finding a car that is black and not have this issue.....what a joke considering the vehicle is a 2017!! This wouldn’t have been my first rodeo with a black vehicle and I have not seen something this bad conisdering it is a 2017. If they aren’t worried about your time they wouldn’t be worried about your pocket.

I bought a car in 2017 and was promissed the second key at that point,two weeks after buying the car I went to army basic training and job training for 5 months and when I came back I called about my key and was given a runaround ever since.. as of today I am still being given a run around and was told that they didn’t promissed anything at any point (which is typical after giving a fair runaround).I bought three cars in total from them and they do this to a returning customer like me,guess what they can do to someone who goes there only once .. very bad experience will never refer anyone else or go there again 😏😏 zero starts for service

These people are money hungry sharks. They lie, they dont care about the customer and will screw you over. They were suppose to put in a brake controller and hitch for our truck. It tookThem over three weeks and they brought it back to us with the bottom part of the dash and brake controller not installed. Instead they left it hanging out of the dash! Stay away... I wouldnt give them a star at all if it was an option.

Am looking for a car, I drove into your lot and a salesman, was literally running behind us, which totally turned us off, so we drove through, he continued to follow us. So, w just drove out. At that point he started yelling, and we went to drive it, he was throwing his hands up, and cussing. I will never buy a car their after that experience. It is too bad because you had s vehicle I was very interested in on your website. I purchase another vehicle at a lot almost across the street, but could have very well bought from you. I just wanted to share that experience with you in hopes you would consider your employees and train them on car salesman etiquette, and maybe not lose future sales. By the way, this was last weekend around 2 pm.

Stay far away from this Place!!! I bought a truck from them with promise of installation of brake controller, installation of a tow package and replace the odd ball tire they had on the truck all as part of the deal. First I had to wait two weeks for them to even order the parts then when they told me that the parts were in and I had an 8am appointment on a friday. I took the off from work and drove from from Reno to Carson in a foot of snow to be there by 8am. When I got there they gave me a rental truck like everything was good. I found out that they never never had the truck smogged when I bought it. They took my truck to get smogged while it was there so I could register it that morning. My wife and I spent 7 hrs in Carson to find out that they didnt even have the parts. A week later the parts came in and they drove a Hyundai Accent to reno to trade for my truck so they could do the install. I have a family of 6 and I am 64 so for them to put me into that tiny car was absolute BS! Found out they ordered the wrong tow package twice and then when they got the correct one they didnt know how to install it they had to send it up to Nissan of Reno for them to install it. Once there I found out that the brake controller would not work with my truck. They had to send the truck to Wahoe Metal to get a different brake controller installed. Meanwhile I had to spent a week in this little car until I complained so much that the service manager finally had a 6 seater SUV traded out for another 4days. We had to take two cars everywhere because I cant fit my family of 6 all In one car. Througout this entire time I called the store manager at least 6 times and every time he either never got the message or he just stepped out and would get back to me. Not once did he ever call me back nor did anyone else for that matter. I had to call to find out the status. Never once did they call to tell me there was a problem or the status of the install. When I called all I got was I understand Sir or I want to make this right, the best I can do is fill up your gas tank. Once they said the truck was done they delivered my truck to my work and I was absolutely dumbfounded that they would bring my truck dash back in pieces. The had the audacity to attempt to deliver my truck back to me with the entire lower dash laying on the passenger floor board and the tire jack laying on the back floor. I absolutely couldnt believe it!! Not to mention when looked at the gas tank it was only at a half tank just like when I purchased it. Once again no response from the store manager after several messages. Needless to say I took the truck to Nissan of Reno to get the dash put back together. This was absolutely the worst month and a half Ive ever had with a dealership. Absolutely no compensation for my troubles and the service department is the biggest joke in the area. I feel sorry for the people who take their vehicles here for service!!
