Skip big box and find what you need quick. Might be little pricier but worth it for the convenience. Looks are deceiving, they have a little of everything.

I recieved excellent customer service from a young lady named Claire as well as another lady, could not catch her name. Claire was very helpful and courteous. There needs to be more Claires in service based industries. Great job Ace in hiring true professionals!

Excellent service!! The guys there know their inventory, and who else carries 1/8 inch individual steel ball bearings???? When you need something odd like that, its worth a lot more than the .42 that they charge for it. Also, great covid-19 protocols. All of the employees wore their masks properly. Ive been in other local businesses with employees that have them below their noses - on a food prep line!?!?

Always helpful always truthful even if they don’t have or can’t help with a solution. Like personal touch without having to send a trip at the big box stores.

Ace is the place. Of course there isnt the selection of the larger stores but I always find they have exactly what you need and service to help you find it. If you need 80 screwdriver options by all means but if you need just the right options this is your place.

Great store but they don’t enforce customers wearing masks. Even the employees aren’t wearing their masks over their nose. I have had to come here a couple of times to get stuff for our new house. I’m going to try Lowe’s even though it’s less convenient.

If youre looking for it its most likely here. Great inventory of hard to find parts.

Their customer service is great and their employees are knowledgeable and willing to help. They didn’t have a grill I wanted but went ahead and ordered it for me and had it delivered. I now have the grill when they said it would arrive. Please keep it up!

So 9-9-2020 I was in the store cutting open an o-ring bag with a salesman and left my knife sitting on the shelf. The next day I return and ask if anyone had found a knife on a shelf by the o-rings and sure enough they said in fact we did find a knife let me go get it for you.I was blown away to say the least.I predominantly shop at an Ace Hardware by my house and one by my work and I would have to say that if I had misplaced my knife at the other Ace the results would have been the same.I really enjoy the helpful employees at Ace that greet you with a smile and hello when you enter their store and ask you if you need any help finding what you’re looking for, y’all Rock and will always have my business.Try getting that type of service at Home Depot or Lowe’s.PS. I actually purchased this knife here when it was on sale about 2 years ago as well.

I had a dry erase board that was delivered without any of the necessary screws or measurements for them. Multiple representatives took their time to make sure I had all the necessary pieces. As someone who is not much of handy man this was greatly appreciated!

These guys get my vote for stocking the correct merchandise. Not a huge mega store, but they are very likely to have what you want. I was looking for a holiday light timer. They had the exact one I was looking for, costing $5 less than any mail order, and no shipping, and it is returnable at no charge. None of the big box stores carry it. Friendly helpful staff, clean store. They usually carry a good stock of holiday lighting supplies, including bulk light strings cut to fit, and bulbs in 25 count cartons.

I had a fantastic experience at this store. I went in for two items and to have glass cut for shelf doors. They cut the glass to size, had both items, but were able to give me advice, so I didnt even need one of the items I thought I did. Friendly, helpful, and above all, actually knowledgeable in hardware and home improvement!Thank you! And all at a good price.

I called to see if they had a zero water filter 4 our (water pitcher) and had the pleasure of speaking to lee. he pleasantly asked for my call back number. and returned call in a short time.. lee told me the filter... not in stock but could order it be in in a few days. lee offered A1 customer service. thz leetony quiles

I really love this place because of its intelligent stocking of hardware that you need and helpful and plentiful employees.I am willing to pay a little more and avoid the big box stores that dont seem to care about having enough staff at hand and training them, or hiring people in the first place who know how to fix things.

Poor customer service.. took forever for curbside pick up, eventually went in the store to collect the item and they did not have it ready.BTW, 50 masks for $16!! What a rip off.

Westlake Ace Hardware is a great store. Prefer it much more than the big box hardware stores. Sometimes more expensive, but they have so many more specialty items than the big stores. Management is fantastic!!! So very impressed!

Quick in and out and really has 99% of the things that you need so why go to the super hardware stores and wait in line.

In most cases the employees are eager and ready to help. They will show you where the item youre wanting is located. The clearance items are great for gift givers!

This ace is a great little shop to get some personalized help. They have a big selection of bolts nuts screws etc that can be harder to find at big box stores. Their rewards program also offers little discounts occasionally. They also have a large assortment of tubing available per foot which is difficult to find elsewhere.
