I found a Model 3 that these guys had listed on cars.com. The price was competitive so I reached out via the cars.com website. Brad Cook gave me a shout very soon after to let me know the car was indeed still available. Not one time did anyone ever try to pressure me into anything. I actually continued looking at Model 3’s all over the country and kept coming back to this one due to the great price and great experience with Brad. Decided to proceed and worked with them to have the wheels powder coated a dark gray which turned out amazing. These guys were 1st class from start to finish. I seriously can not recommend them enough. The car was in even better shape than it looked in the pictures. Everything about it is like new except the price. Called inquiring about a corvette, Brad Cook emailed me purchases order within minutes along with a 50+ gallery of pics of the car. The next day I called my bank and the buying process at idrive1 was amazing. I purchased, signed paperwork and would have been out the door in 10-15 minutes if they wouldn’t have offered to re-detail the cars interior for me. Definitely a solid 5 star high-end dealership.

Ill take it step-by-step, as iDrive1 and Kyle did a fantastic job throughout the process.-I started my search for a Tesla online, and had to look outside my own state as the supply is limited with such a high demand. I was extremely nervous about buying without being able to personally see the vehicle. I spoke with many dealerships on the phone, and none of them really instilled a lot of confidence in my to have a smooth process until I called iDrive1. Kyle answered the phone and immediately seemed on his game. Within the hour, we were FaceTiming and he was showing me the options they had that fit my criteria. After finding one I liked, he showed me the minor issues it had, and assured me the necessary repairs would happen before it shipped out.-Paperwork was completed within 48 hours (cash deal) and they had a shipping company scheduled to pickup within the next few days. Kyle always staying in touch with me.-The shipping company they used kept me informed along the way, and the car arrived a few days later. A few days after arrival, a call from Kyle to check and see how everything went.-A week later, the title shows up FedEx. Went down to the government center and all their paperwork was in line and it was a breeze to transfer the title and register the car.All-in-all, if you are looking to purchase from out of state, I highly recommend these guys. Sales:I came across iDrive1 while looking for a local dealer with lots of Teslas. The perfect color/wheel combo I wanted popped up and I called in and talked with Brad. Unfortunately even though the car was only on for a day it was already reserved by someone else. Luckily they backed out and Brad called me to get my deposit! Working with Brad was a breeze. Every question was answered quickly via emails and phone calls. He always kept me in the loop on what was happening in the process.Financing:My credit is probably average, maybe a little below. 2 Inquiries later they found me a great deal, great rate and for very little down. I was financed and ready to go within a few hours.Covid19:My family has mostly been quarantined since March / April. Brad was very understanding of the situation and made every effort to have all forms, delivery and subsequent service contact free! Not everyone understands this these days, so it was very appreciated. This was the first time Ive ever purchased a car sight unseen so I was a little nervous.Delivery:I signed all the paperwork online and Brad had the car out front with the keys in it ready to go. The exterior was in GREAT shape for a 16. I was VERY pleased. After I had the car for a few days and had a chance to go over the details a little closer I ended up with a list of about 7 minor issues which needed to be remedied and one major one. I wrote up a list of all the issues with pictures and sent them over to Brad. I was ready for a fight at this point. By all rights they could have told me to pound pavement as I had already signed on the dotted line and it was a few days past. To my surprise, Brad worked with Dink ( the owner ) and wrote me back a detailed email apologizing and guaranteeing all the issues would be addressed. I brought the car back and they had it just under a week working through the issues and they fixed every.single.one. Im 100% happy with the purchase now. All in all it was a pleasurable experience given I didnt even see the car before purchase. They Brad / Dink went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Rest assured that purchasing a Tesla from iDrive1 is a safe bet. Im sure all the sales people there are just as nice as Brad....but I would ask for Brad :) Thanks again guys!

He took his time explaining everything to us and really wanted us to make an informed decision. He talked to us about the pros and cons, and how the Tesla would best fit our family. I worked with Mike for my experience. I had originally found my 2016 Tesla Model S online listed elsewhere from their website. I contacted the dealership and was immediately met with prompt responses. Mike worked with me giving me a virtual tour. I quickly put down a $500 reserve to de-list the vehicle as I was already pre-approved for a loan elsewhere and worked to finalize that.I live in California while the car was located in Texas. Mike and company regularly ship Teslas across the US. And during the entire process of purchasing and arranging shipping, I was met with quick response time and professional behavior.The best part is that after I received the car, I noticed an issue with one of the door handles (a common issue with this car) and reached out. Mike said that he was unaware of the issue, but to pass along a maintenance receipt and they would take care of it. Just an amazing supportive response and really alleviates the issues of buying a car from half way across the country.Incredibly clean and well maintained car. I was looking for a used Tesla in the DFW area. IDrive Motorcars had the largest selection so I dropped by to see what they had. The selection gave me a good idea of the the different models and options. Brad showed me what was available and what questions he could not answer, their Tesla expert stepped in to fill the gaps. Mike Bell, the company finance person, was able to finance the car on the spot with a great rate and terms. When I returned the next day to finish up some paperwork, I asked about who Mike would recommend to repair a small tear on one of the seats. Bill gave me directions and covered the repair. The hardest part of buying a car here was finding the place. Everyone was friendly and personable. A great experience.

He iMessaged me short clips and images of the vehicle and also works with a delivery service that has a nice price only hiccup was the delivery service lacked communication but they still followed through wasnt iDrive fault. I found them on a post on facebook and went to the site and BOOM there was my dream car:) Strongly recommend this place car looks brand new! IDrive1 actually contacted me from Kelley blue book to buy my Prius hybrid and honestly it was like it was fate. I had been in the market looking for a Tesla for a little while and when I went and I didn’t even realize they were a Tesla dealership. I wanted to come in and see what they had.With social-distancing restrictions, I called beforehand to speak about what my options were. Mike B answered the phone and we coordinated a time for me to visit. I came by, found the car I loved, and signed that day. To share, on site, I felt very comfortable and safe. Distancing protocols were being followed by all of their employees and customers.My car buying experience went very smooth. Just wanted to post a couple of quick comments on my recent experience with iDrive1 and the purchase of my used Model S.It was great that they had so many cars in inventory and that they actually knew what they were selling. Despite a lot of research they still had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask and helped sort out some of the confusion around the different model and design variations that have taken place with the Model S. I worked with Anthony specifically who was great in terms of providing information without being pushy.It’s a bit of a leap to go from ICE to an electric vehicle but iDrive1 made it as easy as it could be. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to get into a Tesla. As for the car itself, it’s everything I thought it would be and more!

I traded my car there before, so I decided to give them a call and see what they can offer on my Tesla Model S. Unfortunately the guy that I worked with before left this dealership, so i had to deal with a new individual, when I sent my car for trade in, the value that was quoted for $5000 less than the other quote that I received from Tesla. So I thought may be they had different algorithm, when I updated the dealership to trade in my car to Tesla, they immediately increased the offer to match with Tesla. May be that should have been the last time i contacted them about the cars, but since I do like their owner and they have a car that I was interested in, I decided to trade-in my Model X and requested a quote from them, initially I was told that there was an accident on my Model X (on Autocheck report) and so the value was going to be $xxxxx because of the accident . I went and verified with Autocheck only to find that there was really no accident on this car, when I reminded the dealership that there was actually no accident on this car, for some reason the sales-guy mentioned that the value of this car had decreased by $2000 ( in 2 days) and when I informed him about the other offer, he just said take that and hung up. It makes me wonder about their practices, if there was really an Autocheck incident on this car or if it was just mentioned to get the price down. I like the ownership of this dealership, but the quality may have gone down with sales team.

IDrive1 is the real deal! Great customer service and a very fast response to my vehicle inquiry. Anthony called me regarding an SUV that I had questions about. After visiting almost a dozen dealers in the DFW area and, unfortunately, dealing with the typical lets see how much we can squeeze out of this guy attitude, I left them all without a car. I stopped in to iDrive1. Welcomed with a handshake, I got great vibes of car lovers...a small group of guys who you can tell love what they do. I received a fair price for my trade, and there were no games. So I was able to leave with my new car. I will be checking back with them first, the next time I am in the market for a new car.

I rarely write reviewsIn order for me to take the time, you either must be THAT good or THAT bad.I am happy to give credit where it is due and say that Anthony, Mike and Deet @ iDrive1 are THAT GOOD!!My transaction did not go flawless, mostly due to a salesman moving mid-transaction, and that is where iDrive1 separates themselves from the pack. Where most companies run from issues this group ran TO the problem and handled it with the utmost patience and professionalism.I have purchased ALOT of cars and I can honestly say this company is in the 1% that still believes in customer service and making things right.If their service wasnt enough, their inventory was by far the most impressive as well.
